5:15 - 6:04 (49 min)

Evening satsang with Swamiji from Wellington Ashram, New Zealand.Yoga is a very ancient science of the body, mind and soul. It supports our physical, mental, social and spiritual health. In the human life we are very close to the final aim. If we change our practice and behaviour we lose the healthy energy. We are trying to meditate, but we can't. We should start with the principles of yama and niyama to develop the best quality. Hold on, it is still not too late.

A spiritual discourse on the nature of God, human divinity, and traditional wisdom. "A child asks a mother or father, 'What is the horizon? How far is it?' But he said, for you, Arjuna, it is easier to worship in form." Swami Anand Arun explores the concepts of formless (Nirākāra) and personal (Sākāra) divinity, using the analogy of the unreachable horizon. He discusses the path of worship, the significance of divine forms and symbols in Hindu tradition, and the importance of sacred language and human relationships. The talk connects these themes to the science of the cakras, the significance of Vedic rituals like marriage, and the practical application of yoga and speech in daily life. Filming location: USA

Swami Māheśvarānanda addresses a global audience, sharing a personal nocturnal reflection on the limitations of external seeking. He emphasizes that true peace and divine connection are found within, using metaphors of water sources and a hungry child looking at pictures of food. "What this sleep means is that we are 100% aware about our Self, and so it is very comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful. That is your life." Swami Madhvānandaji addresses the community, explaining the three common states of waking (Jagrat), dreaming (Svapna), and deep sleep (Suṣupta). He emphasizes the divine quality of sleep as a time to be with the inner Self (Ātmā) and introduces the higher state of Yoga Nidrā, described as a conscious sleep where yogis are awake to the Supreme.
