Eat well and practice
Lecture by Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Yoga really helps, if you practice every day. If you use too many chemical things for your make-up, it is not healthy. We need natural food, otherwise the body will produce the missing constituent. When you are practicing yoga in a proper way all parts of the body will benefit.
Practice well

Between meals, we should not eat at least six hours. The story of the Hatha Yogi and Shiva Bhagawan. Yoga is not only asana, pranayama, and the modern way of meditation. One or three years is not enough to become a real yogi. Reading books is not comparable to knowledge.
We all will come to oneness
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vienna, Austria. Everybody can do puja at the altar. There is God on the altar. We are equal but we should give respect newcomers also. We should give something to eat to the people to come to our ashram. Satsang is for everyone. Only God feed everyone, not us. We should respect every creature of God. Many years ago people gave food to sadhus in India but now not. After our death, there is only one light so we become one. Our religion is only the surface. We are only one drop but we all go to the ocean.
