anusthana which should be
followed. By mantra japa, we
can attain the peace of mind
quickly. By prolonged and
constant practice the inherent
power of the mantra will be
awakened and will fill our very
existence with the divinity of
the mantra. The sankalpa gives
strength to the mind and sets up
a good pattern for our practice.
After the anusthana we feel
relaxed, pure, uplifted and spiritual.

directing the energy. It is blocking
the harmful energy and should
be placed at the right place.
