Bhastrika Pranayam And Meditation

A gentle evening practice for body and mind.

Slowly move your fingers, wrists, and palms. Close and open the fists, then fold and lift the palms. Warm the facial muscles thoroughly with the hands. Place hands on the knees, then on the ground. With open eyes, gently bend forward until the head touches the ground if possible. Feel the palms fixed and the back muscles stretching. Feel the blood circulation flowing more towards the head, benefiting the senses and the thyroid. Slowly raise the head up.
