Protect Nature and be truthful
The union of mind, body, and spirit is universal love.
All 8.4 million creatures—in water, on earth, in space—are the light of one God. Every creature has parents and children who love them. Ants feel the same pain we feel. A mother’s pain is the same, whether animal or human. The tree is a mother, giving oxygen, fruits, shelter to millions. Rain falls on everything without difference, like God. God gave you hands, legs, eyes, health—you are not poor. Yoga needs discipline now, not tomorrow. Give up killing animals. Yoga brings physical, mental, social, spiritual health. Practice āsanas and prāṇāyāma for a healthy life. Do not judge others. Support someone and your mistakes purify. If you cause pain, that karma returns. Love all creatures, not just your family. Human life has one milestone to heaven; miss it and fall back.
"God said, 'Careful, the first stone will that one throw who is not a sinner.'"
"Love your next one, means all creatures, all creatures."
