Meditation
A simple practice for awareness through physical movement.
Begin with normal breath. Close your fist, then open the palms. While the fist is closed, stretch the elbows and shoulders, giving the stretch to the back and spine before relaxing. Open and close the palms. Fold and rub the palms, then place the hands on the face. Bend forward to place the palms on the ground, touching the forehead if possible. Feel the circulation in the head, face muscles, and all five senses. Slowly raise the hands, lift the head, and relax.
"Feel the circulation towards the head, the face muscles, all the five jñāna indriyas."
"Slowly raise your hands, lift your head up, and relax."
