The Path of the Vajranāḍī

The Vajranāḍī is the central channel for the mantra's energy. A proper Oṃ originates from the navel. The sound must not deviate into other directions. From this point, the beautiful Vajranāḍī ascends very finely and correctly. Its movement is serpentine, like a snake. Yet, when it encounters a boundary, it proceeds straight along that line. This channel is established directly from the navel center.

"Oṃ originates from the navel."

"The Vajranāḍī comes up very finely, very correctly. Like a snake, it always moves like this."

We have taken this mantra. The other is completely different. This is with the mudrā, or a mudrā, with the hands like this. Here we can also do it like this, with both hands straight up above. Or like that. Exactly. Both are good. Now, a proper Oṃ. And Oṃ originates from the navel. For example, hold one finger right on the navel, and like that, perhaps with our fingers. It begins from the navel. But from this navel, it should not go in any other directions. Also, the beautiful Vajranāḍī comes up very finely, very correctly. Like a snake, it always moves like this. But when it knows that along the wall—what is that, a wall—then it just goes straight along it. So the Vajranāḍī is here from the navel.
