Meditation on the Self

Meditation is a practice of being fully present with the body and the inner Self. Stay fully with your body, glowing and relaxed. Tense the entire body to feel it and your thoughts. Think of yourself as the Ātman, being one with your own existence. Do not think of anything from the outside. Recite or think five times, moving awareness from the navel to the head and back. Look at and feel your navel always, as the breath is always connected to it. Be who you are in your inner Self through this practice.

"Think of yourself as the Ātman. Be one with yourself."

"Look at your navel; think and feel your navel always."

Glory to Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān, Dev Purīṣa Mahādeva, Satguru Svāmījī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān, and the Eternal Truth of Sanātana Dharma. Oṃ Śāntiḥ, Oṃ Śāntiḥ, Oṃ Śāntiḥ. As we practice meditation, stay fully with your body—fully glowing, fully relaxed. Tense your entire body; feel your entire body and your thoughts. Think of yourself as the Ātman. Be one with yourself. Do not think of anything from the outside. Be your existence. We will recite or think five times, from the navel to the head and back to the navel. Think of your navel, then the head very clearly, and then the whole body. Be who you are in your inner Self. Look at your navel; think and feel your navel always, no matter where we are—awake, polished, in the vein, or asleep. Our breath is always connected to the navel. Five breaths from the navel. Peace, Peace...
