Discipline
Discipline is the foundation for all attainment and realization.
Discipline is absent where selfishness or uncontrolled desire begins. When discipline breaks, laziness appears. Laziness brings fear, and fear creates anger, aggression, and destructiveness. A person with discipline is never afraid. Everything you wish to attain—wealth, a partner, success—has only one path: discipline. To develop it, start by fixing your wake-up time each morning. Upon rising, wash yourself, then go to your altar for a greeting and offering. Then begin your exercises. Additionally, fast consistently one day each week. Before sleep, read one piece from a sacred or good text. This creates a disciplined life.
"Discipline is God. A person who has discipline is never afraid in life, for everything you realize, you will realize through discipline."
"Whether in your profession, if you wish to become rich, to have money, to have a partner, or to have children—anything you wish to attain has only one path: discipline."
