You are the king of your own inner kingdom. Our primary aim is health and balance. No nourishment or medicine compares to movement, like yoga and walking. Many physical problems can be addressed by adjusting your diet based on your own condition; you must become your own doctor. Eating is individual, not a religion. You must know if you are a slave to your taste. Your entire being—body, senses, mind, intellect—is your kingdom. You are its king, not a slave to its faculties. If you have no control over your eating, your senses are governing you. Only you can help yourself regain your sovereignty.

It is a great joy to see you all here from different parts of the world: Paris, London, and many other towns, cities, and countries. So your program begins today already, with this program. Another point is that many physical problems can be overcome by increasing or reducing the diet. You should know your own physical condition. If you have minus kilos or plus kilos, the one with minus kilos should increase the diet, and the one with plus kilos should reduce it. Your kingdom is your whole being: your body, your senses, your emotions, mind, buddhi, intellect, memories, dreams, consciousness, words—everything. You are the king of all this. The intellect is one faculty of your kingdom, like one faculty in a university, or memory, or an emotion. Different senses, different habits—all this together is a beautiful state, a country. That's it. Don't translate; I know. You are the king of it. You are the king of your mind and senses. O my inner lord, ātmā, the Self, so you are the lord of your senses and your mind.
