Take time to know thy Self
The well-being of the self is found within through spiritual practice and selfless action.
When the mind is restless, use breath awareness along the spinal column to awaken spiritual energy. When you have work, stop and work. True joy is not found outside, as external happiness changes and brings disappointment. Within you is an indescribable ocean of bliss and the immortal self. To access this, practice mantra and inner focus. This does not mean withdrawing from the world. Humans are here as protectors and helpers. Selfless service, like giving, creates harmony and happiness. Manage relationships positively. Avoid bad company and gossip. Great people forgive and see the divine in all. Meditate daily by closing your eyes, relaxing, and repeating your mantra without imagination. Pure devotion to God, without doubt, is what liberates and sustains us.
"Within you is the ocean of bliss, that paramānanda, supreme bliss."
"Great are they who can forgive. Great are they who can accept again."
