Meditation on the Path of Light and Guru’s Grace
This is a guided meditation on the path of light and Guru’s grace.
Close your eyes, relax, exhale all worries. The path walked by saints and yogis now opens. Walk, and see flowers blossoming—each a virtue. Notice the river of life, holding every memory. Kneel, look into the water. The reflection is the eternal soul, unified with the Divine. Rest in that awareness. Imagine a radiant light, brighter than the sun, gentle, unconditional love. Let it enter the heart. Every cell glows with peace and grace. Bring awareness to the Guru’s lotus feet. The Guru smiles with infinite compassion. Sit silently, like a child. Nothing needs to be said. Absorb love and grace. Repeat: I am protected, stronger than fears, filled with divine light, forgiving self and others. Send blessings to all beings: may all be happy, healthy, free. Rest in silence, no effort, just presence. Return, feeling that light within, lit in the heart. Wherever you go, the Divine, blessings, and peace go.
“This ātmā is Paramātmā, a unity that never dies; it always lasts.”
“You do not leave the meditation; you carry the meditation into your life.”
