Guru Tattva cleans everything
The essence of Guru Tattva is realized through the dual forms of the Guru. The manifest, personal Guru is the accessible form for worship and guidance. The unmanifest Guru is the same reality, present within. The personal form is the practical means to reach the impersonal truth. The Guru principle is transmitted through an ancient spiritual lineage, symbolized by earrings representing the union of masculine and feminine divine energies. Spiritual progress requires purifying the inner instrument. This is achieved by cultivating pure relationships, seeing all beings through the lens of kinship—as mother, father, sister, or brother. This equal vision purifies thoughts and dissolves ego. Surrender is not a physical act but an internal melting of the heart. The Guru's words are a nectar that cleanses negative energies and cuts through karma, bestowing liberation.

Develop your wisdom, do not steal
In Kali Yuga, imitation and stealing extend beyond money to spiritual works. People misappropriate scriptures, changing names, but holy words cannot be altered. The cow of wisdom is the intellect. Feed it with love and devotion, then the butter of discrimination arises. A man complained that past saints had taken all the butter, leaving only sour yogurt. The guru said: the cow remains; milk it with love and you will have enough butter. Those who merely copy from books are bookworms; they do not produce their own knowledge. True knowledge comes when wisdom seeds are placed in the intellect’s womb, born from knowledge and devotion together. Many become self-made masters, neglecting the guru, and wisdom lies in dust. The mind, once rich, loses everything through bad company. Leaving the shelter of the satguru, meditation and devotion are lost. Good deeds are forgotten, and one walks a wrong path. Patience, dharma, meditation vanish, replaced by tamasic desires. Keeping the eyes constantly at the master’s lotus feet restores all.

The ways of Purification
The mantra provides refuge and purification. Recite it mentally in daily life to invoke divine presence and protection. All five elements purify. Earth absorbs impurity, water blesses, air carries life, fire transforms, and space contains all. These elements cleanse body, mind, and atmosphere. Use pure food, breath, and thought for health. Sattvic diet and pranayama remove inner impurities. Joyful practices like song and dance also elevate the spirit. Purification through elements and discipline leads the soul upward.

Ashram needs dedication
Seva, or selfless service, is the highest spiritual practice. Karma Yoga, the yoga of action, is the most accessible path. It involves using one's abilities for the benefit of others, leading toward liberation. God incarnates to perform seva, and saints hold a unique power to alter destiny through compassion. True service requires dedication and freedom from jealousy, which harms both the giver and receiver. The foundation of all seva begins with honoring one's parents, the primary pilgrimage. Cultivating pure relationships through selfless action is the essence of yoga in daily life.

Around the world - YIDL at he Sziget Festival Budapest 2011
Yoga is offered as a sanctuary within a large music festival. For eleven years, we provide a daily practice, showing festival-goers how to relax deeply. Many newcomers try yoga here for the first time. We adapt to the fast-paced environment by offering 20-25 minute sessions tailored to individual requests for rest, asana, or meditation. Initial interest often comes from seeing dynamic asana practice. We always begin with simple, grounding exercises, not advanced postures. We emphasize preserving the tradition's purity and spirituality, contrasting with the popular strength-based styles. Our presence in this community space is essential, as many might not seek out a dedicated center. People practice even amidst loud music, achieving a withdrawal of the senses. This demonstrates that deep relaxation is possible anywhere.
