The value of Satsang
0:35 - 1:20 (45 min)
Recorded on
The great mantra is Hari Om, where Om is Hari and Hari is Om, signifying the unity of Vishnu with the primordial sound. The mantra AUM contains the three tattvas of Brahmā, Śiva, and Viṣṇu within its resonance. From the original void emerged this sound, from which light and the deities appeared. The earth was brought from the cosmic waters and is now sustained by Śeṣanāga, the thousand-headed snake upon whom Viṣṇu resides. Human exploitation risks the earth sinking back. Spiritual practice is essential but difficult, as illustrated by the sage Viśvāmitra, who performed tapasyā for 72,000 years yet was plagued by ego. He sought the title of Maharṣi from Vasiṣṭha, leading to conflict. Upon hearing Vasiṣṭha praise the beautiful night and indirectly address him as "Maharṣi," Viśvāmitra repented, offering the fruits of his 72,000-year sādhanā. Vasiṣṭha offered instead the fruit of one minute of satsaṅg. To judge which was greater, they were directed to Śeṣanāga. He demonstrated that the earth, unmoved by the 72,000 years of tapasyā, rose up for the one minute of satsaṅg. Thus, devotion surpasses prolonged practice. All earthquakes are from Śeṣanāga's movements. The essence of all scriptures is that giving happiness brings happiness, and causing trouble brings trouble. Purification through sādhanā is the purpose of human life to reach liberation. "Are you blind? You don't see the judgment? For one minute of satsaṅg, the whole earth raised up, and when it was 72,000 sādhanās, that was not moving." "If you give pleasant to all... you will get the sukha. If you are giving troubles to others, you will also get a trouble." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is nothing higher than the Guru

The Guru is the supreme principle, greater than all gods. Even divine incarnations like Rāma and Kṛṣṇa had gurus and attended school, upholding this principle. God is one and present in every grain and cell, yet to know this and understand how to live and work, one needs the guru. The guru is not merely a physical body but the eternal name and the imparting source of all knowledge, from spiritual wisdom to practical skills like riding a horse. Without a guru, there is no progress; even perfect students require a teacher for certification. The guru principle is the highest authority, to which even Śiva, Viṣṇu, and Brahmā are subordinate. A true Satguru is complete Brahman, the source from which all completeness arises. Those who fail to recognize the real Satguru suffer through ages, while the guru's grace can transform poison into nectar. The guru may appear in humble forms, like a hardworking parent, not only in meditation. Ultimately, one must surrender fully to the guru. "Who is greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Kṛṣṇa? They too must have a guru." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvarāha, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī Guru Ve Namaḥa." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
I am one and you are all
2:15 - 2:54 (39 min)
Recorded on
The present moment is our true home, beyond past and future. The past is completely gone and dwelling on it holds nothing for us. The future remains unknown. We are here now, in this peaceful and harmonious present. We gather from many distant places, drawn by a shared intention, not by logistical concerns. This ashram is a holy place, connected to a lineage of teachers. The essence is oneness: we are all one, and the One is in all. Our practice must balance discipline with compassion for the body. Love your body as your dearest instrument. If a posture causes pain, adjust it comfortably. The practice of mantra and meditation should flow naturally, like a mala moving on its own. Our spiritual practice is a lifelong journey, as constant as the breath, continuing until the very end. Ultimately, we must enjoy life, be good, and remain happy and united. "The past is past. Even the very beginning of one second is already gone." "We are one, that’s it. I am one, and you are all, and you are all, I am one." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Follow the path faithfully
3:00 - 3:37 (37 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. During last year people could practise yoga individually. Meditation without mala and mantra is not good. We should follow our path. There are many paths but all comes together. Every creature have a path and they know that God has given them everything. Our yoga path is very clear. God gave everything to humans but we lost it. God is sitting in us. We should become one with God. We are human but we completely confused and don't know clearly our path. Mantra is very important which is always with us and show our path
You will be according to what you eat
3:45 - 4:21 (36 min)
Recorded on
Spiritual nourishment parallels physical nourishment. You have received atmosphere and practice, yet may not understand it fully. Food is tested by sight, heart, taste, and digestion. To enjoy taste, eat less and chew well so the stomach works easily. The body's internal processes are unknown to us. Many yogis advise eating less, drinking only as needed, and meditating more. Our modern habits of eating late and sitting after are poor. Yoga practice is vital for health. Respect the cooks who prepare clean, healthy food. There is a distinction: 'food' includes many items, but 'ān' specifically means seeds—the pure, essential nourishment. This seed is divine; God is in that 'ān'. What you eat influences your being, as parental seeds carry influences from their food and feelings. Habits form powerfully, as with alcohol, which was meant as medicine, not for consumption. Maintain harmony in relationships and in travel. "Eat less, drink only as needed, and meditate more." "God is An. Because in An is God." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Instructions for successful kriyja anusthan
4:25 - 4:58 (33 min)
Recorded on
The foundations of a healthy life are found in yoga, astrology, and proper nourishment. We live in Kali Yuga, a time foretold in scripture. Jyotiṣa, or Vedic astrology, is a precise science of constellations that determines our nature from birth, influencing health, marriage, and life path. Yoga aligns with these constellations. Practice involves physical exercises, breath control, and mental relaxation for lifelong health, but must be personalized. Nourishment is equally critical; we must be mindful of what, when, and how much we eat and drink. Various medical systems exist, like Āyurveda and allopathy, each with its approach. True well-being integrates disciplined practice, suitable nourishment, and spiritual awareness, using our God-given faculties to choose our path wisely. "Jyotiṣa asks, 'What is that which is 100% sure?'" "True beauty is the heart, the feelings, and the match together." Filming location: Bari Khatu, Rajasthan, India
Spiritual message of ancient India
5:05 - 6:09 (64 min)
Recorded on
The essence of spiritual tradition is the living Gurukul, where disciples learn from and support their master. Ancient paths like yoga, Jainism, and Buddhism emphasized pure, strict spiritual practice. Jain monks lived with extreme discipline, walking barefoot, not cooking, and minimizing harm to all creatures. Buddha embodied supreme knowledge, having renounced his kingdom. These traditions, alongside the ancient Sanātana Dharma revived by Śaṅkarācārya, shared a foundation of non-violence and high spiritual ideals. Centers of learning like Nālandā University, with its vast library, were destroyed by invaders who feared this knowledge. The widespread system was the Gurukul, a residential school where students lived with their guru. The true Gurukul is not merely a place but the living master. Being in this presence allows disciples to experience a bliss beyond ordinary yoga classes. This connection provides a tangible touchstone for the spiritual path, which is climbed step by step, reducing suffering and increasing purity each day. The ethical duty is to be compassionate towards the miserable and neutral towards the negative, protecting one's own spirituality. "Buddha means knowledge, all knowledge from past, present, and future." "I am myself Gurukul." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Our children are very spiritual
7:00 - 7:53 (53 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Children are very disciplined during the programs because their parents educated them towards spirituality. Vishwaguruji teaches many generations of yoga people. Sri Devpuriji appeared in some places at the same time. Holiguruji told many stories to Visheówaguruji in his childhood about Devpuriji and Mahaprabuji. Vishwaguruji realized the prediction of Devpuriji. We don't know where the seed will grow. Reading holy books every day new knowledge comes. The story of an Indian man who issued a newspaper in India and travelled with Viwshwaguruji in Europe. Knowledge takes the human healthy and happy. We should give further the knowledge of our forefathers to our children. The first university was in India. There were very many books but Muslims burnt them. God gives eating everybody in the world. Little more information about the first university in the world was in India.
Only Guru can change our destiny
8:00 - 8:54 (54 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Karma is only one. Karma is only there if we give seva. The story of Ravana his daughter and her husband. With negative speaking, we get double of negative karma of the other person. Destiny is coming from karma. We can't change our destiny but Guru can change it. Our destiny is written in our palms and in our soles.
The name of the Divine is always with us
9:00 - 9:29 (29 min)
Recorded on
We gather to prepare for Guru Pūrṇimā, the greatest festival, drawing disciples from everywhere. Our actions are from limited knowledge and devotion, not from the highest wisdom. The fundamental impulse is the fear of death, driving our efforts for health and longevity. Spiritual practice is an internal Kumbh Melā, a difficult purification where subconscious contents surface. We face our qualities, from the most base to the divine, to purify them. This work should not be done alone, only near the Master, for safety. Through this, a point may come where one sees the unity of all, questioning the need for egoic striving. We are on the karmabhūmi, the field of action, where action is inevitable. The central gift is the mantra, the Divine Name. The name is greater than the person, offering eternal support, as illustrated in the story of Rāma's bridge. The stones inscribed with "Rām" floated, while a stone thrown by Rāma himself sank, showing the name's power outlasts the individual. "Wherever your name is written, it will never go down. It will always remain and will be fluttering. Your name is the greatest protection, support, and blessing." "All that we do with our mantra, with our sādhanā, with our trying, we bring it up. Face to face we have it, and this we finally purify." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Be conscious in the present
9:00 - 9:44 (44 min)
Recorded on
Satsaṅg is a practice of purification through attentive presence and self-encounter. Open your ears and fill your chest to cleanse negative thoughts. You become your own guide. Every religion has good perspectives, but the root is one. When you come for prayer, ring bells and sing bhajans to relax and oxygenate the body. The essence of an āśram is work. If you are not making effort, it is not a true āśram. In a small āśram, you are forced to face yourself daily; there is nowhere to run from conflicts. These clashes are necessary polishing, like stones in a river becoming smooth. The spiritual work is to see that problems with others are projections of your own qualities. There are no others; what you see outside is part of you to work with. The practice is to be present, not lost in thoughts of past or future. "Tell your wife to sing properly. The husband must be good, but the wife will be even more than that." "In an āśram, basically, you are forced to face yourself every day." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
The Flame of the Life
9:50 - 10:34 (44 min)
Recorded on
The inner flame of life and consciousness is the true focus of trāṭak, not the external fire. This inner light is present in all beings, even the blind who perceive through vibration and heart. Our life energy is like a lamp's flame; when tired, we sleep, moving through states of waking, dreamless sleep, and dreaming. In deep sleep, there is darkness, yet awareness remains. The soul or jīva is this moving flame of consciousness, which can travel far, as in dreams. When the body dies, this flame departs, but life may linger subtly, as when a seemingly dead bird flew again because the ātmā was still present. Therefore, care for this inner flame through practices like Hatha Yoga, which sustains it with food and breath. A story illustrates this: a parrot, pursued by Śiva, entered a woman, leading to the birth of the sage Śukadeva, who sought immortality beyond the body, just as the inner flame seeks to travel far. "God has given them inner light. And that is in their trāṭak." "When the soul goes out of the body, then it’s like a flame going very far; we don’t know where." Flowing of prana and consciousness
10:35 - 11:41 (66 min)
Recorded on
The body must be kept akhaṇḍa—unbroken—for the free flow of prāṇa through its 72,000 nerves. Damage, like tattoos or wounds, creates leaks in this energy system. A story illustrates this: a king with a thigh wound was rejected as a ritual sacrifice because his body was not pristine. The central energy channel, Suṣumnā, is supported by Vajranāḍī, which governs immunity and is stimulated by postures like Vajrāsana. The body's many energy centers, or chakras, are mapped from the feet (earth) to above the head (divine). The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī energy from the Mūlādhāra Chakra is inherently safe and cannot be harmful. Parents shape a child through three foods: physical nourishment, ideally vegetarian; mental input from the senses; and the inculcation of qualities like truth and compassion. Establishing a daily routine of early rising, evacuation, exercise, and balanced meals creates a foundation for health and proper energy flow. "Therefore, we have to take care of our body so that we do not have any damage or wounds on it." "Parents have a very, very important role in how the child grows up. That is the time when we feed information into that system." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Soul is One
11:45 - 12:57 (72 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. We are all like paras. We can create good qualities in others. When paras touch the iron it becomes gold. Guru is more than paras, Guru can transform the disciple into Guru. If not, either Gurudev is not right, either there is a distance between the Master and disciple. The physical body is called annamaya kosa, while the energy body is called pranamaya kosa. Water is water in each of the forms. Similarly, Soul is one.
Proudness
13:05 - 13:57 (52 min)
Recorded on
The ego of a devotee is cured by divine grace through humility. Even great beings can develop pride in their service. Hanumān once believed Rāma's victory depended entirely on him. Earlier, Garuḍa also lost faith after rescuing Rāma from a snake-arrow, thinking God needed his help. Garuḍa, in despair, was told only the crow-sage Kakabhuśuṇḍī could cure him. As Garuḍa approached, hearing the sage's discourse restored his devotion, and he saw even the gods listening. To cure Hanumān's pride, Rāma sent him to deliver a ring to a sage in the Himalayas. The sage told Hanumān to throw it into a pond, which was filled with identical rings from every divine incarnation. Hanumān then understood his role was not unique but part of an eternal cycle, curing his ego. "Hanumānjī became proud. He thought, 'If I were not, Rāma would not be successful.'" "Hanumān, don’t be proud. Don’t think that through your help, Rāma was victorious... It was a test for you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
What Guru Purnima means?
14:05 - 14:55 (50 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Guru Pūrṇimā is honoring the principle of the teacher. The Guru is supreme, even above the divine trinity. Anything that imparts knowledge is a guru, from parents to animals. The true Satguru does not proclaim the title; it is received. The guru paramparā, the lineage, flows from Śiva through successive masters. A sannyāsī leaves the family yet has a duty to help all. One must work in the world while following spiritual practice. The guru gives the disciple a key, a staff, and a duty. Guru Pūrṇimā is the full moon, representing completeness. We worship the guru to become complete. "Gurur Brahmā, Gurur Viṣṇu, Gurur Devo Maheśvara, Gurur Sākṣāt Parabrahmā." "A true Satguru will not say, 'I am the Satguru.'" We prepare two distinct meals for athletes. The first is whole wheat pasta with sauce and a green salad for endurance. The second is vegetables with fava beans and tofu for muscle building. Both include a milkshake. For athletes, avoid sugar; use raisins or dried fruit. Use minimal water and oil. Start cooking harder vegetables first. Season lightly with Himalayan salt, tamari, and spices like cumin and turmeric for digestion. Add leafy herbs at the end to preserve aroma. The milkshake combines nuts, cottage cheese, milk, and natural sweeteners. It serves as a protein-rich energy source. Brewer's yeast can be added for B12. "A key principle in cooking is to never use too much water." "Sports food should not be overly spiced or heavily fried, but it should not be tasteless either." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia
Every drop will merge with the ocean
15:40 - 16:27 (47 min)
Recorded on
Devotion manifests through humble service, not through the ego's claim of action. In the story of the bridge, all creatures contributed according to their capacity; the divine's direct intervention sank the stones, teaching that grace flows through surrendered work, not personal ownership. The physical space here is sanctified by the presence of a great guru, whose power remains. His instruction for a shared Guru Pūrṇimā was a direct transmission of grace. The essence of all true teachings is humility and universality. The sun shines for all; possessive identification with "my guru" or "my God" is a limited, human construct. Great beings like Rāma and Jesus exemplified this humility. Spiritual practice aims to merge the individual drop into the ocean of purity, where all impurities are cleansed. The path requires looking beyond immediate obstacles toward the vast horizon of unity. The final test is always compassion, as shown when Yudhiṣṭhira refused heaven without his loyal dog. Our collective sitting in satsaṅg generates this unifying energy, which is the real practice beyond mere technique. "My dear squirrel, my dear squirrel, I love you so much. You also do high work." "If someone gives you a slap on one cheek, you should offer the other also." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Yoga brings you back to Thyself
16:30 - 17:14 (44 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is the science of body, mind, and soul, inseparable from spirituality. Its commercialization often neglects this spiritual core, leaving humanity like a body without a soul. Yoga purifies physical and mental impurities, known as vikāras. Physical vikāras are the body's substances and ailments; mental vikāras are jealousy, anger, and greed. Practice, including prānāyāma, purifies these. Spirituality is pure thinking, recognizing the one divine essence in all forms of worship. Without it, yoga fails. Humans, uniquely among creatures, pollute the world, but yoga with spirituality restores correct living and self-realization. "Yoga without spirituality is like a body without a soul." "Spirituality is that when we don't have impurities in our thinking." Filming location: Bratislava, Slovakia
The name is very important
17:15 - 18:06 (51 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is one unified path from the divine, yet expressed through many human traditions and teachers. It originates from a supreme source and encompasses far more than physical postures or intellectual study; it is a journey toward the cosmic Self. Many great masters throughout history have taught this one yoga, giving it various names like bhakti or karma yoga, just as different chapters belong to one book. Disciples rightly connect to this lineage through their teachers. We must honor all expressions of yoga, as we honor all humans despite our unique differences in body and mind. Our individual paths, like different drops from one rain, all contribute to the whole. The essential practice involves purifying the mind and body through dedicated techniques like breath control and cleansing methods such as netī and dhotī. True progress comes from surrendering the ego and personal will to the guru's guidance, recognizing that all capability flows from that grace. "Yoga is yoga. It comes from Bhagavān Śiva, who brought this yoga." "Everything comes from Vishwagurujī. I am just this body." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Educate your children spiritualy
17:55 - 19:21 (86 min)

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We should eat less not to be too sleepy. Many people sleep during kryja anusthan meditation. If you eat less your life will be longer and you will be more healthy. Many things changed in the education of children. In the beginning, many people went to yoga in Chechoslovakia. Slowly the whole Yoga in Daily Life system built. Before marrying boys and girls have to eat very sattvic meals to purify her body. Parents should educate their children about spirituality. Young couples would see Jyotish to decide in which constellation would be married. Humans shouldn't kill at all. Up to now, very many people became vegetarian in Europe also. Practising sarva hita asanas and ptanayama.
The beauty of yoga nidra
19:25 - 20:38 (73 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. We can realize the proper time of something by Jyotish and by the actual strength of our ida and pingala nadis. In the morning we should think first that we are human. It means I should not do wrong things for others. Nidra means half sleep and half awaken. There are three statuses aware sleep and dream. When you drive a car you have to be always awakened. In yoga nidra there are all three situations. We came from the earth we live in the earth and we shall go to the earth. We need a Guru to give us instructions and taking care of us if we do something wrong. Yoga is that force that consciousness that driver which leads our car which is our body.

Good evening. We had a beautiful day of practice. Tomorrow, you will have a free half-day after breakfast to walk in the forest in groups. Otherwise, do your own exercises. Integrate the lectures and practices into your heart and mind. The trees here give great energy; breathe deeply. The food here contains prāṇa. We should eat food that makes the body healthy, happy, and pure. Our gathering is limited in size, but it allows a relaxed feeling without daily chores. A study was shared involving over 7,000 participants across six countries. It found those on plant-based diets at least one year prior had less severe COVID-19 outcomes. This shows vegetarianism is good for health, the environment, and humanity. True yoga practice includes a vegetarian diet, avoiding alcohol and meat, fostering peace and love for all creatures. Never think that you are a Guru
23:15 - 23:58 (43 min)
Recorded on
The path of spiritual discipline requires the guru's grace and careful practice. Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna is a potent practice that must be preserved and not given improperly. Many who received it without true devotion later left and set themselves up as masters, losing everything. To receive the guru's grace is not easy; becoming a disciple is difficult. The spiritual path is like carrying a single flame through a strong wind on a dark night, or like walking on a sharp knife with dangers on both sides. Even divine figures like Kṛṣṇa and Jesus walked such a path. Sādhanā itself is that knife, requiring us to be peaceful, harmonious, and balanced. Just as a doctor must perform a heart operation himself and cannot delegate it, only a genuine guru from the paramparā can hold and transmit the Kriyā Śakti. You may have the practice, but do not think to give it to others. Yoga is more than āsanas; there are many sādhanās. What you have been given, you must handle correctly. Your real essence is what matters. "On the day you give up Guru Kṛpā, all sādhanā will be gone." "Only that one who could. This is also like a spiritual path."
