Vishuddi Chakra and thyroid gland
1:40 - 1:58 (18 min)
Recorded on
A spiritual discourse on the viśuddhi chakra and the symbolism of swallowed poison. "Wish means poison. Wish means poison." "Śiva did not swallow it down; he held this poison in his throat here, and he digested it there... Similarly, we say this: in our throat, there is a poison." The teacher narrates the myth of Śiva drinking the ocean's poison to become Nīlakaṇṭha, using it as a metaphor for the emotional poison swallowed in daily life, such as unexpressed anger or harsh words. This is linked to the viśuddhi (throat) chakra, its purification, and its symbols—the elephant of strength and Brahmā with the Vedas. The talk connects this to broader concepts of the chakra system, kuṇḍalinī, and the necessity of consistent practice over contradictory advice. Filming location: Vancouver, Canada
Education for Flexible Identities
2:00 - 2:15 (15 min)
Recorded on
A conference presentation on education, identity, and spiritual philosophy. "If you are not able to recognize the guru in yourself, how can you recognize your guru in another person?" "We have to introduce a new... concept: that the other person is not an obstacle but a necessity for me to live my freedom." The speaker addresses the conference, exploring the themes of self-education and flexible identity. He argues that one must integrate the roles of teacher and learner, awaken self-education within, and move beyond systems that create fixed identities. He advocates for a concept of freedom where others are necessary for one's own liberty, and concludes by referencing Masaru Emoto's water crystal experiments to illustrate the impact of thought and words. "Sanātana Dharma is declared as a living religion, and other religions are dead religions. I would not say death, but finished." The lecturer leads an evening satsang, exploring the concept of destiny through the lens of karma and consciousness. He narrates a lengthy, illustrative story about the poet Kalidasa, from shepherd to prince to scholar, to demonstrate destiny's unpredictable nature. The talk expands into a comparative discussion of world religions, asserting the perpetual living tradition of Sanātana Dharma in contrast to others he describes as concluded. Make a path through the forest
3:10 - 4:01 (51 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from weekend Yoga Seminar in Nadlac, Romania. Prana is stronger than the physical body. There are always problems in daily life. Partners are together for a period of time then conflicts arise - that is similar to spiritual life. We need a clear path, a sattvic (pure) life, and have to make this path through the forest. Just reading does not help us. We should change ourself inside, otherwise, time is lost. The realisation of Atma Gyana (Self-knowledge) takes more time.
Desert tour with Swamiji in Australia 2011
4:05 - 4:13 (8 min)
Recorded on
A devotional hymn and discourse on the supreme importance of the Guru's grace. "What is the use of a beautiful form, a virtuous wife, glorious fame, or wealth as immense as Mount Meru, if the mind is not attached to the lotus feet of the Guru?" "What is the use of fame that has spread in all directions, of being a lord who bestows boons... if your mind is not attached to the lotus feet of the Guru?" The video features a sung Sanskrit hymn that rhetorically questions the value of all worldly and spiritual attainments—including family, wealth, scholarship, fame, and power—without devotion to the Guru. This is followed by devotional invocations praising the Guru as the savior and ultimate refuge. Accompanying remarks analyze the text's repetitive structure and logical focus on Guru devotion as the singular essential prerequisite.
Narada cursed Vishnu
4:15 - 4:58 (43 min)
Recorded on
A narration of the mythological story of Nārada's curse upon Lord Viṣṇu, followed by a discourse on its spiritual meaning. "You made me a monkey, and I tell you, when you will be in great trouble, only the monkey will help you, nobody else." "The merciful Lord said, 'Nārada, that was all My icchā. It was My will.'" The speaker recounts how the sage Nārada, enraged after being tricked by Viṣṇu's illusion (māyā), confronts the Lord to curse Him. In his anger, Nārada pronounces a curse that Viṣṇu will incarnate as Rāma, suffer separation from His wife, and be aided by monkeys. Viṣṇu accepts the curse, explaining it was His own divine will, and later dissolves the illusion. A remorseful Nārada seeks forgiveness, and Viṣṇu promises to give him a liberating Kriyā. The talk includes a tangential account of the churning of the ocean (Samudra Manthan) to illustrate Nārada's accusations. Filming location: Vép, Hungary
