1:45 - 1:57 (12 min)

A tree is blessed for peace and wishes on the International Day of Yoga. Yoga is for the environment, not just humans. This tree symbolizes peace, like the Vṛkṣāsana posture derived from trees. The ceremony involves circling the tree with positive wishes. Attendees are given instructions for photos and seating, with a focus on children. Sanskrit prayers are chanted for peace. A welcoming ceremony includes the singing of a Slovak folk song. The event involves distributing items, primarily to children, and concludes with a call for everyone to perform their ceremony. "Yoga is not only for humans but also for the environment, this tree will do its duty." "This tree stands here for peace, harmony, and love. Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
2:30 - 3:31 (61 min)
Recorded on
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop. "All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated." "Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound." Filming location: Garrison, NY, USA
The Power of Hatha Yoga and the Journey Within
3:35 - 4:12 (37 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga is profound willpower and inner purification, not merely physical postures. It is a disciplined path where the yogī, through steadfast practice, becomes supreme. The term 'haṭha' signifies the forceful union of the lunar and solar energy channels. When these channels are purified and flow together, the central channel awakens, leading to samādhi. A true Haṭha Yogī renounces all worldly needs, even divine boons, embodying ultimate will. This is illustrated through types of will: a child's persistent desire, a woman's unwavering resolve, a king's commanding decree, and a yogī's free, determined intent. The yogī's power is such that even Śiva approaches cautiously, as the yogī desires nothing, not even liberation from the god. The practice involves six purification techniques to cleanse the body for longevity and spiritual awakening. Modern reduction of Haṭha Yoga to āsanas misunderstands its depth, as those are steps within Rāja Yoga. Correct practice avoids dangers; using improper mantras can have severe consequences, just as only a trained pilot can fly a plane. The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī brings clarity and peace, not physical sensations. The spiritual journey is a safe passage, and leaving the path risks karmic dangers. "Śiva said, 'Pārvatī, he is a Haṭha Yogī. Don't argue with him. It's better we go silently.'" "The yogī said, 'If you want to give, then just go away from here. I am asking you to go.'" Filming location: Vép, Hungary
The Power of Tapasyā: Pārvatī's Resolve
4:15 - 5:03 (48 min)
Recorded on
Tapasyā, or austerity, is the essential power for spiritual attainment and overcoming all obstacles. A dream instructs Pārvatī to perform tapasyā, affirming the truth of a sage's words. This practice grants happiness, removes troubles, and is the foundation of endurance for all saints. Obstacles on the path are natural; one must master physical and mental discomfort without letting them disturb the inner self. Fighting through leads to the aim; giving up leads to failure. The creative, protective, and destructive powers of the universe itself operate through tapasyā. This inner willpower prevents small things from destroying our aims. Without it, one quickly breaks down. Therefore, real sādhanā is essential. It makes the impossible possible, but must be practiced with contentment and oneness. The body's demands must be secondary; the consciousness must be fixed on the divine. Extreme endurance, like forgetting the body for millennia and sustaining on minimal sustenance, demonstrates this power. Do not give up. Fight against your inner weaknesses like sadness and jealousy first. "Tapasya is the giver of happiness and the remover of all troubles." "Nothing is impossible through sādhanā. Impossible things become possible, but sādhanā should be with santosha." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic DVD 150b

The reflection of the Self
10:10 - 11:22 (72 min)
Recorded on
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light. "Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Utilizing the Vajra Nadi
19:35 - 20:30 (55 min)
Recorded on
The Vajra Nāḍī is the strong trunk needed to balance the three primary energy channels. Our systems are in chaos because people change authentic names and teachings, leading everyone astray. Āyurveda is the best but is now untrustworthy due to conflicting advice. Yoga is similarly confused; even the Bhagavad Gītā's 18 Yogas are ignored. Sanskrit and reality are unchangeable, like a poem. Our body has sections: divine above, human and animal in the middle, and vegetative below. The Vajra Nāḍī, meaning iron-strong, is the foundational support. It is located between the big and second toes, connecting to the navel. Balance in the navel is essential; an imbalanced pulse indicates physical issues and blocks spiritual progress. A simple leg-stretching technique can correct this. Without this balance, practices like prāṇāyāma will not awaken the kuṇḍalinī. "Āyurveda is the best, but don't trust it blindly because everyone gives different instructions and medicines." "Unless your navel is in balance, you can do all your Kriya yogas, and nothing will happen." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand
The Glory of Alak Purījī
20:35 - 21:52 (77 min)
Recorded on
The name Alak Purījī signifies the indescribable and spotless divine reality. Alak means indescribable glory. Purī signifies completeness and the monastic duty to serve in settlements. The title connects to the Nāth tradition and siddhas, perfected beings who possess all spiritual powers yet have no personal desires; the miracles serve them, not the other way. Such a being is called Avadhūta or Abhūṭa, beyond all longing. A core practice for purifying the ego is bhikṣā, asking for food like a beggar, as even Śiva does this to bless the giver. One must give charity without judgment or expectation of return, as the recipient may be divine. Do not condemn others while ignoring your own faults. True spiritual progress requires inner purification above all ritual. Visions of such beings confirm their living presence beyond the physical body. "Alak means we cannot write his name. What we can write, whatever we write, is not He." "When you give a donation, then you have no right to take it back. And if you take that back, you are the biggest sinner." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
There is one Soul
22:00 - 23:23 (83 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from retreat at Mt. Shasta, Washington State, USA. The ocean is the origin, the creation. Nada is the resonance, it is the Supreme. Vishwaguruji creates a sound from the sea-shell. The elements were emerging from the sound of the creation. There are uncountable Souls in the body like the cells. Humans are fighting in vain, there is one Earth, each of the drops are from the same origin and will dissolve again. Similarly, there is one Soul. Real yoga is to love and understand the body, like when we are practicing Yoga in Daily Life.
