The Role of Yoga and Meditation in Improving Quality of Life for Cancer Patients
2:00 - 3:07 (67 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a body-mind practice studied as an adjunct to allopathic cancer treatment. Research shows it can improve stress, anxiety, depression, and quality of life for patients. However, data on improving physical function or sleep is less clear. Crucially, yoga is not a cure for cancer. Giving false hope that yoga, prāṇāyāma, or herbs alone can cure cancer is harmful and delays effective treatment, often until the disease is advanced. The ethical principle for all healers is to first do no harm and work for the welfare of all. A proper lifestyle with balanced diet, conduct, and thought is foundational for health. For younger patients, who are more prevalent in some societies, yogic intervention may offer particular benefit by improving well-being and potentially aiding tolerance to therapy. More robust, standardized, large-scale studies are needed. "Please do not give false hope that cancer will be cured." "ever engaged in the welfare of all... We should at no time do any harm." Release your bad qualities
3:15 - 4:07 (52 min)

The Austrian culture is very rich and beautiful. Many books of ancient Indian culture was destroyed by Moguls. We can digest everything except the truth. Tell honestly yourself your negative qualities. Remain natural as it is. Culture and education we should get from our parents. Short meditation how to turn negative to positive.
What is the most precious thing in life?
4:15 - 5:10 (55 min)
Recorded on
The most precious thing in life is good health, which yoga provides as a gift from Svayaṁbhū Śiva. This primordial consciousness, unborn and without parents, manifested all creation from the single thought, "I am one, and I will multiply." This manifestation is Sanātana Dharma—the eternal principle of oneness in all existence, not a religion. Humans have lost this spirituality, creating separate religions instead. True religion is to realize your relation to God, leading to Self-Realization where the individual soul and God are one. Life's quality depends on aligning with the positive, divine power (Devī Śakti) of love and non-violence, not the negative (Āsurī Śakti) of harm. In the current Kali Yuga, suffering prevails as humans become selfish, governed by material desire like gold. The only solution is to renounce attachment and thereby enjoy true freedom and enter the kingdom of God. "Realize your relation to God is the religion." "Renounce and enjoy." Filming location: Maribor, Slovenia
Relation of the Master and disciple
4:30 - 5:39 (69 min)
Recorded on
The essence of Ārādhya and Guru Tattva is the worship of the personal master who is the source of all knowledge, protection, and liberation. Ārādhya is the God or Master we worship for help in all matters. We perform sādhanā for our Ārādhya. God is one, though called by different names in various languages and cultures. Our spiritual practice is directed toward that one reality. A true Satguru is recognized upon entering samādhi, as a living teacher's mind may change. The Guru embodies the divine trinity: as Brahma, the Guru gives knowledge; as Vishnu, the Guru protects the disciple from wrong paths; as Shiva, the Guru destroys ignorance and grants liberation. The Guru is Parabrahma, the supreme reality. All worldly skills require a teacher, a guru. True knowledge is preserved in a living paramparā, a lineage. The ultimate instruction is to meditate on the form of the Gurudev, for meditation, worship, mantra, and liberation are all rooted in the Guru's grace. "Ārādhya means that God or that Master whom we are worshipping." "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Guru Devo Maheśvara, Guru Sākṣāt Parabrahma." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Development and Chakras
5:15 - 6:29 (74 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from retreat at Mt. Shasta, Washington State, USA. Classical dance from Bhakti Devi. Explanation of some symbols in the pictures of the chakras. In order to purify the Svadhistan Chakra we should purify the Agya Chakra first. Mind and intellect play an important role in this process. It is important to learn about the science of Kundalini. We should follow the indication of the Master.
Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
6:35 - 7:36 (61 min)
Recorded on
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop. "All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated." "Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound." Filming location: Garrison, NY, USA
Yoga in the park
7:40 - 8:49 (69 min)
Recorded on
Program with Vishwaguruji from yoga event in Mozirje Nature Park, Slovenia. International Day of Bees was announced by the United Nations. Bees populations are already decreasing. There is hidden energy of humans in the chakras. Swamiji gives a short summary of the 8 chakras. Practicing Bari Khatu Pranam and other asanas in the park near the floral chakra displays.
The reflection of the Self
8:55 - 10:07 (72 min)
Recorded on
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light. "Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Be healthy, be happy, be good
11:30 - 12:34 (64 min)
Recorded on
Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. Either you use your time or you will lose it. We should clean the antahkaranas. Attachment is the cause of our problems. There are two things: hope and the desires. There are four ways we create karma. Don't leave your parents in the dying room where there is no hope. The first wealth is good health. Clean your body inside with proper food, practising asanas and pranayama. Do not go to restaurants too often. Vishwaguruji invites everyone to Sri Alakhpuriji's cave in the Himalayas.

The origin of Yoga
13:45 - 14:52 (67 min)
Recorded on
Public lecture by Vishwaguruji from Hotel Continental forum, Arad, Romania. At the beginning of the Universe there was only empty space and consciousness. Yoga is the balancing and harmonising principle. Space is like the mother. Human should not harm anyone. Give help, understanding, peace, harmony, protect and love all creatures, then you will bee again one with the Cosmic Self.
Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 2 - Part 1
15:00 - 16:03 (63 min)
Recorded on
We proceed to level two of the Yoga in Daily Life system, engaging with real āsanas. The practice follows a structured sequence: starting position, movement into the pose, holding with normal breathing or returning on an exhale, and feeling the effect. We begin with relaxation in Ānanda Āsana, systematically releasing tension from toes to head. Breath awareness is central, as breathing is both an involuntary process and one that can be consciously guided. We practice the full yoga breath in three parts: abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular, combining it with movement. Several level-two āsanas are introduced. Śaśāṅkāsana improves head circulation and digestion. Meru Ākaraṇa Āsana stretches the trunk and improves balance, though it is not recommended for those with kidney stones. Bhūnamanā Āsana involves twisting the spine. Aśva Sanchalāsana strengthens the core but is contraindicated after abdominal surgery or during late pregnancy. Utthāna Prastha Āsana strengthens the back and abdomen from a prone position. Standing āsanas include Hasta Uttānāsana for shoulder relaxation and Utthita Lolāsana for stimulating energy, which is not for those with high blood pressure. Akaraṇa Dhanur Āsana opens the chest. The session concludes with prāṇāyāma, specifically alternate nostril breathing to balance energy and brain hemispheres, followed by relaxation and OṂ singing. "Breathing is a natural process in your body which doesn’t require any of your will. But also, it is a process in your body which can be influenced by your will." "Prāṇāyāma techniques balance the flow of energy in the body by influencing the flow of breath through the left and right nostrils." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

The Purifying Path of Haṭha Yoga: An Introduction to Ṣaṭkarma
17:00 - 17:47 (47 min)
Recorded on
Haṭha Yoga's essence is the six purification techniques, or Ṣaṭkarma, for cleansing the body and balancing energy. Our polluted modern environment necessitates these natural cleansings using water, salt, and air. These practices purify the physical system and uniquely influence the vegetative nervous system, which is typically beyond our control. The goal is to balance the Iḍā and Piṅgalā energy channels, allowing the central Suṣumnā to flow. This mastery brings many benefits, fostering willpower and overcoming inertia. Regular purification, especially during seasonal changes, removes metabolic waste that causes illness and stagnation, keeping energy flowing. Specific techniques like Netī cleanse the nasal passages, while Agni Sāra and Naulī stoke the digestive fire. These are potent tools that require proper guidance from an experienced teacher regarding the correct method and timing. "Haṭha Yoga is not only that we clean and purify our whole system, our whole body, but it also has a great, very great effect on our nervous system, especially the vegetative nervous system." "When they are balanced, then the third one, the Suṣumnā Nāḍī, will start to flow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
The completness of our being
17:50 - 19:01 (71 min)
Recorded on
The soul is on an eternal journey through the cycle of birth and death. Understand your complete being. This body is a house, a bungalow, within which God Himself speaks. In every creature, God speaks according to its capacity. The body is a chariot pulled by ten horses—the five senses of perception and five of action—controlled by the mind, with the soul seated within, guided by discernment. The body does not die; its five elements merely return to their sources. You are protected by the supreme power. Control hunger and thirst to purify the body. Emotions like jealousy are weeds that grow and cause disease. Yoga is not acrobatics but a gentle science to purify body, mind, and soul. Postures alone do not bring liberation. Prāṇāyāma purifies the physical and mental impurities, cleaning the energy channels. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life-giving nourishment, not dead food like meat, which can carry disease. The soul accumulates karma through action and reaction, rolling through existence like a snowball growing. It travels through various realms, and as a human, it seeks liberation but is often diverted by desire. Your next birth is determined by your karma; you may not return as a human. Various funeral rites exist, but the soul has already moved on. This human life is precious; do not waste it only on sensory pleasures. Purification is essential. "Jisme Nārāyaṇa Bole, Par Guru Binā Bheda Kaun Kholē." "Where there is action, there is a reaction." Filming location: London, UK
Atma is in every creature
18:30 - 19:32 (62 min)
Recorded on
The teachings of the paramparā convey that true knowledge leads to oneness with the divine. Historically, ṛṣis established kings to protect people, a discipline called Rāja Yoga. Modern times bring equality, allowing everyone a turn to lead. There are two paths of knowledge: Lakṣatī, the inward journey toward union with Brahman, and Vācartī, the intellectual study of books, which is limited to this life. The essence is captured in a single prayer line: all beings, seen and unseen, contain the same ātmā. The body and its components are temporary, but the conscious mind exists even in small creatures. Humans should not consider themselves superior, as world problems stem from human action. True wealth is not money but freedom from being enslaved by it. The goal is to realize the one soul within all. "Śrī Guru Ātmā Parāptamā Ho Mātma Puruṣottama, Sakal Jag ke Antaryāmī, Cara Car kī Ātmā Prabhu, Cara Car kī Ātmā." "To which doctor will you go? To the doctor in the picture, or to a real, alive doctor?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Every soul is pure
19:05 - 19:58 (53 min)
Recorded on
Truth is eternal and unchanging, while the world is temporary illusion. Our mental modifications, the vṛttis, arise from the inner faculty, the antaḥkaraṇa, composed of mind, intellect, awareness, and ego. This world is not reality; it is temporary like a bubble. Only Brahman is truth. The soul is pure but coated by the karma we create. When the antaḥkaraṇa is purified, one is liberated. We suffer because we are ignorant of the true self. Past and future are unknown to us; the soul leaves the body instantly at death. Every soul is equal in essence. We must love all creatures. Social education teaches us to act appropriately to time and place. Good deeds create lasting impressions within. "Only Brahman is the truth. And this jagat is mithyā. This world is not reality." "Every soul is pure, but it is coated by negative qualities." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Keep the original message of Yoga
20:05 - 21:33 (88 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. We worship the Moon, the Sun and all of the creatures. One in All - the Jiva is everywhere. The speech of the Ambassador of India to Hungary Mr. Kumar Tuhin. It is important to keep the original message of the Yoga. It is Sanatana Dharma, India is the cradle of culture. If we are doing only physical asanas we are not going to be successful at all. Sanatana Dharma stands above the duality. Ayurveda and yoga are much elder than five thousand years.
There is one Soul
21:40 - 23:03 (83 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from retreat at Mt. Shasta, Washington State, USA. The ocean is the origin, the creation. Nada is the resonance, it is the Supreme. Vishwaguruji creates a sound from the sea-shell. The elements were emerging from the sound of the creation. There are uncountable Souls in the body like the cells. Humans are fighting in vain, there is one Earth, each of the drops are from the same origin and will dissolve again. Similarly, there is one Soul. Real yoga is to love and understand the body, like when we are practicing Yoga in Daily Life.
Understand your body
23:10 - 0:28 (78 min)
Recorded on
Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Vep, Hungary. Bad inspirations are coming from outside, we should solve certain life-problems. We are happier if we have less property. Reach people are just taking care of the money, they are not using it in a good way. Educate our children free, by respecting all of our bodies. Try to study and understand the skin in order to understand life more and reach higher consciousness. We are taking too many artificial things.
