Purify your body from poison
0:40 - 1:54 (74 min)
Our subject is the Kuṇḍalinī, the chakras, and human life. Happiness is within ourselves. Unhappiness comes from outside, from disappointment, but it also resides within. Like a shadow, death walks beside us always. Unspoken grievances become a poison stored in the body, specifically in the Viśuddhi chakra. A couple suffered for fifty years because she never told him she wanted the hard crust of the bread. Swallowing negative words creates this poison, affecting health. The mythological poison from churning the ocean was drunk and held by Śiva in his throat. Similarly, we must purify our inner poison through communication, forgiveness, and practice. Do not blame others. Speak humbly: say you are sorry and ask for forgiveness. Practice prāṇāyāma, like Ujjāyī, to cleanse this energy. What we eat creates impurities; a vegetarian diet is purer. Swallowed negativity can manifest as illness. Purify your consciousness through sādhanā, prayer, and mantra. Release negativity and proceed on a positive path.
"Unhappiness and happiness are within ourselves also. But if we use yoga, then this unhappiness will, all the time, be pushed down."
"Viś means poison. Viśuddhi means purification. How to purify this poison of our negative thinking, negative hearing, that all this is unhappiness and everything is within us."

Around the world - Yoga for Kids from Hungary
2:00 - 2:05 (5 min)
Welcome to a family yoga program where children and adults practice together.
This is a monthly event at our yoga center, open to all regardless of experience or age. Yoga helps children gain flexibility, concentration, and health, supporting their natural, non-violent development. We practice using a specific children's yoga book, connecting postures with animals and plants in a complete cycle. After practice, we relax with storytelling, crafts related to festivals, and watching short Indian animated films. The children enjoy the movement, the praise they receive, and the stories, even if some elements are challenging for them. The experience is positive and rejuvenating for all participants.
"Yoga begins from the child's inner needs and helps them overcome their problems and complexes."
"Although she becomes skillful in these movement sequences, the little girl enjoys the fact that she has already received so much praise."

Yoga, Stress, and Cardiovascular Disease: A Cardiologist's Perspective
2:10 - 3:57 (107 min)
Chronic stress is a key, overlooked cardiovascular risk factor requiring treatment equal to hypertension or smoking. Cardiovascular disease is the global leading cause of death, with India having a particularly high burden. Despite medical advances, the disease grows, indicating a need for inexpensive interventions like yoga. A landmark study shows amygdala activity is anatomically linked to arterial inflammation and cardiovascular events. Yoga down-regulates the inflammatory NF-κB pathway, countering stress. Meta-analyses confirm yoga improves blood pressure, cholesterol, and other risk factors, but robust, multi-center trials are lacking to provide conclusive evidence for global acceptance. Integration of yoga's full holistic practice into mainstream medicine requires this high-quality data.
"Chronic stress should be treated on par with the other cardiovascular risk factors like hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and smoking—but we ignore it."
"These practices are associated with a down-regulation of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway."

The Inner Conflict of Śiva
4:15 - 5:10 (55 min)
The inner conflict arises when devotion is tested by personal attachment. Śiva knows Satī has concealed her test of Rāma. She claims she only paid respects, hiding that she took Sītā's form. Śiva meditates, sees the truth, and praises Rāma's protective power. An inner dialogue begins. Śiva faces a dilemma: Satī is pure and cannot be rejected, yet loving her now feels like a sin because she assumed Sītā's form. He fears losing his devotion to Rāma. This crack in resonance cannot be repaired. He decides inwardly that unity through this transformed body is impossible. Śiva, steadfast in devotion, leaves for the Himalayas. A divine voice praises his solid devotion. Satī, hearing this, is scared and sad, realizing her mistake but struggling with doubt. Finding the way back from error is hard. Reality cannot be changed by any philosophy. Negative talk divides oneness.
"Thank you, Lord. It is your power, your māyā, that always protects me."
"If I will love now the Satī, then my bhakti, part of my bhakti, will be lost."

Attachment towards God
5:00 - 5:44 (44 min)
True attachment is a spiritual oneness that lasts eternally.
We all have attachments. The great attachment is like a river flowing to the ocean, leading to positive thought and speech. Positive thinking within the family is crucial. Many marriages break, which is painful. Separation might seem easier, but one must consider the children. This attachment lasts until the grave and grows stronger, for parents are then within you. This dynamic exists between mother, father, and children. A pure, forever attachment to God is the right way. Remember your ancestors and heritage; this attachment may bring you back. Your love lives on in your children; you must protect it. Be together. If you cannot, remember you are human. Why marry or have children? People turn to substances because they have lost something. Our positive attachment is very important. We have attachment to God. We believe without seeing; it is a hope from cradle to grave. God is neutral. This attachment has pulled me here to see you all. What I teach is the endless universe. God is everywhere. Before other religions, there was only Sanātana Dharma, encompassing all life on earth. Those born from a womb are human, not immortal. You must have that tested attachment, which becomes one, like milk and water. Where are you looking for God? In your search, you will see. When purity is in our body, we are that God. Therefore, mother and father should not separate, or you will suffer the sorrow of the children in a future life. Do not say this is not yoga. Yoga means union; separation is its opposite. Husband and wife can become great, like a god. God is love, and love is God—it is of the heart and endless.
"If we can cultivate such an attachment, it leads to positive thinking and positive talking."
"Yoga means union, oneness. Separation means no yoga."

The origin of Yoga
9:00 - 10:07 (67 min)
Public lecture by Vishwaguruji from Hotel Continental forum, Arad, Romania. At the beginning of the Universe there was only empty space and consciousness. Yoga is the balancing and harmonising principle. Space is like the mother. Human should not harm anyone. Give help, understanding, peace, harmony, protect and love all creatures, then you will bee again one with the Cosmic Self.
The reflection of the Self
10:15 - 11:27 (72 min)
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light.
"Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you."

How could Tulsidas see Rama?
11:35 - 12:43 (68 min)
The soul is caught in the mortal body, and we do not truly know it. Many believe existence ends with the body or that one merges into light after death. Others seek heaven or liberation. Theory is not enough; personal experience is required. The story of the bandit Vālmīki shows that even a great sinner can be transformed through a mantra and sincere repentance, becoming a sage who writes scripture. The story of Tulsīdās illustrates that divine vision requires alertness; God may appear, but one must be aware to see. The human body is a temple, a Garbhagṛha where the soul resides, and must be respected and kept pure. Do not defile it. The goal is to realize the blissful self within.
"Does it exist, or does it not? Is this whole game only within this body?"
"Therefore, we have to understand what human body God has given us. And that is within us, but we cannot see it."

Yoga in Daily Life: The Fifth Level
19:05 - 19:43 (38 min)
Yoga is a science of body, mind, and spirit, where every practice has a clear purpose. We begin by relaxing in Ānandāsana to release daily stress, focusing on abdominal breathing to calm the heart and massage internal organs. Practice should always stay within the limits of comfort to prevent injury, never forcing. The postures activate complete yoga breathing and circulation. Āsanas work on the physical body, correct behavior, and influence consciousness. Feeling the effects in relaxation is crucial, as the postures continue to act afterward. The practice balances the body by working both sides equally and integrates breath with movement to harmonize and remove stress.
"Yoga is the science of the body, mind, spirit, and soul. In science, you must always have an answer for why you are doing something."
"Āsanas do not act only on the body. They are also a correction of our behavior; they act on our consciousness; they affect our entire being."

Vegetarian cooking lesson 4, Vegetable Soup
20:00 - 20:23 (23 min)
Hungarian lentil soup is easy to prepare and popular. Soak lentils for a day or at least an hour, then wash them. Heat olive oil and add basil, bay leaf, and oregano. Remove from heat to add paprika, preventing bitterness. Add salt, lentils, and water, then bring to a boil. Prepare vegetables: carrot, parsley root, onion, tomato, and sweet pepper, cutting them to preference. Add vegetables to the pot. Boil for 25-30 minutes until lentils and vegetables are soft. Adjust salt and water as needed. Serve, avoiding paper napkins to protect the environment. Cooking on an open fire enhances the flavor and can appeal to those new to vegetarian food.
"If we want our family to enjoy vegetarian food, we can take care of these small details."
"Even friends who are not vegetarian... like this soup very much, and in this way, they come to appreciate the vegetarian kitchen."

The Glory of Alak Purījī
23:25 - 0:42 (77 min)
The name Alak Purījī signifies the indescribable and spotless divine reality.
Alak means indescribable glory. Purī signifies completeness and the monastic duty to serve in settlements. The title connects to the Nāth tradition and siddhas, perfected beings who possess all spiritual powers yet have no personal desires; the miracles serve them, not the other way. Such a being is called Avadhūta or Abhūṭa, beyond all longing. A core practice for purifying the ego is bhikṣā, asking for food like a beggar, as even Śiva does this to bless the giver. One must give charity without judgment or expectation of return, as the recipient may be divine. Do not condemn others while ignoring your own faults. True spiritual progress requires inner purification above all ritual. Visions of such beings confirm their living presence beyond the physical body.
"Alak means we cannot write his name. What we can write, whatever we write, is not He."
"When you give a donation, then you have no right to take it back. And if you take that back, you are the biggest sinner."
