There is one Soul
0:30 - 1:53 (83 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from retreat at Mt. Shasta, Washington State, USA. The ocean is the origin, the creation. Nada is the resonance, it is the Supreme. Vishwaguruji creates a sound from the sea-shell. The elements were emerging from the sound of the creation. There are uncountable Souls in the body like the cells. Humans are fighting in vain, there is one Earth, each of the drops are from the same origin and will dissolve again. Similarly, there is one Soul. Real yoga is to love and understand the body, like when we are practicing Yoga in Daily Life.

The Glory of Alak Purījī
3:02 - 4:19 (77 min)
Recorded on
The name Alak Purījī signifies the indescribable and spotless divine reality. Alak means indescribable glory. Purī signifies completeness and the monastic duty to serve in settlements. The title connects to the Nāth tradition and siddhas, perfected beings who possess all spiritual powers yet have no personal desires; the miracles serve them, not the other way. Such a being is called Avadhūta or Abhūṭa, beyond all longing. A core practice for purifying the ego is bhikṣā, asking for food like a beggar, as even Śiva does this to bless the giver. One must give charity without judgment or expectation of return, as the recipient may be divine. Do not condemn others while ignoring your own faults. True spiritual progress requires inner purification above all ritual. Visions of such beings confirm their living presence beyond the physical body. "Alak means we cannot write his name. What we can write, whatever we write, is not He." "When you give a donation, then you have no right to take it back. And if you take that back, you are the biggest sinner." The Endless Glory of the Rāmāyaṇa
4:20 - 5:11 (51 min)
Recorded on
The Rāmāyaṇa is the endless glory of God Rāma, a source of divine joy and wisdom. Listening to it grants devotion and liberates one from ignorance. Its blissful nature is compared to the full moon, bringing pleasure to all, especially saints. Lord Śiva originally narrated it to Pārvatī, and Tulsīdāsa conveys that telling. The glory of God and this narrative are infinite, like an ocean without borders. Entering this spiritual wisdom is gentle and blissful. Countless versions of the Rāmāyaṇa exist, as saints have always sung God's praise in diverse ways. Hearing it with love and without doubt is key. We naturally crave these stories because we are part of God; hearing them reconnects us to our source amidst life's worldly conflicts. Different devotees require different spiritual approaches, just as batteries need specific charges. Pure-hearted listeners are not surprised but enjoy this endlessly. I bow to my Guru and Lord Śiva, seeking blessings to describe Rāma's qualities. This was begun on a holy day in April. The sacred river Sarayū in Ayodhyā is where devotees bathe and remember Rāma, purifying their karma. One must always remember God, in happiness and trouble. That holy land liberates all beings who die there. Keep God in your heart, making it a temple. "Those who listen to it will gain wisdom and bhakti devotion, and will cross the ocean of ignorance." "Rāma is endless, and His qualities, His guṇas, are also endless. His līlās and the telling about Him are also without any boundary." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic DVD 147a

The speech of the Ambassador of India to Hungary Mr. Kumar Tuhin. It is important to keep the original message of the Yoga. It is Sanatana Dharma, India is the cradle of culture. If we are doing only physical asanas we are not going to be successful at all. Sanatana Dharma stands above the duality. Ayurveda and yoga are much elder than five thousand years.
How could Tulsidas see Rama?
6:45 - 7:53 (68 min)
Recorded on
The soul is caught in the mortal body, and we do not truly know it. Many believe existence ends with the body or that one merges into light after death. Others seek heaven or liberation. Theory is not enough; personal experience is required. The story of the bandit Vālmīki shows that even a great sinner can be transformed through a mantra and sincere repentance, becoming a sage who writes scripture. The story of Tulsīdās illustrates that divine vision requires alertness; God may appear, but one must be aware to see. The human body is a temple, a Garbhagṛha where the soul resides, and must be respected and kept pure. Do not defile it. The goal is to realize the blissful self within. "Does it exist, or does it not? Is this whole game only within this body?" "Therefore, we have to understand what human body God has given us. And that is within us, but we cannot see it." The origin of Yoga
10:00 - 11:07 (67 min)
Recorded on
Public lecture by Vishwaguruji from Hotel Continental forum, Arad, Romania. At the beginning of the Universe there was only empty space and consciousness. Yoga is the balancing and harmonising principle. Space is like the mother. Human should not harm anyone. Give help, understanding, peace, harmony, protect and love all creatures, then you will bee again one with the Cosmic Self.
The reflection of the Self
11:15 - 12:27 (72 min)
Recorded on
The light of the Self is realized through grace and alert practice. Time is a human construct; only the Supreme is unchanging. We are bound in saṃsāra, coming and going due to karma. The body is a temporary bag discarded at death, but the soul remains. Do not depend on others for your spiritual work; you must eat the food yourself. Holy books and teachings are like injections of wisdom to awaken us. Practice sādhanā and ātmācintan—thinking deeply on the Self. This reflection, or 'chilka', of consciousness is glimpsed through repetition like in bhajan. Remain alert and awakened, using tools like the mālā to maintain this awareness. The five sheaths of the body are temporary; you are not these layers. The soul is one in all. Do not become overly attached to worldly life and sorrow. The work is to realize and spread this inner light. "Guru Kripa Hi Kevalam." "Don't depend on someone to do it for you." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Be healthy, be happy, be good
12:35 - 13:39 (64 min)
Recorded on
Evening Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Szeged, Hungary. Either you use your time or you will lose it. We should clean the antahkaranas. Attachment is the cause of our problems. There are two things: hope and the desires. There are four ways we create karma. Don't leave your parents in the dying room where there is no hope. The first wealth is good health. Clean your body inside with proper food, practising asanas and pranayama. Do not go to restaurants too often. Vishwaguruji invites everyone to Sri Alakhpuriji's cave in the Himalayas.

Practicing of the system 'Yoga in Daily Life', Level 1 - Part 5
15:00 - 16:06 (66 min)
Recorded on
Welcome to a yoga practice based on the "Yoga in Daily Life" system. This session is conducted from a desert retreat in Rajasthan, a spiritual center founded to serve humanity and offer a path through yoga. The practice follows an eight-level system of physical, breath, and mental exercises, including Karma Yoga and a vegetarian lifestyle. We begin with Oṁ chanting and relaxation in Ānanda Āsana, mentally relaxing each body part with the exhalation. The practice includes learning the full yoga breath, combining abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular breathing into a single wave, coordinated with arm movements. We perform side and diagonal stretches while lying down, followed by rolling. Seated in Vajrāsana, we practice Mājārī (cat stretch) for spinal flexibility. Standing exercises target the shoulders and chest, followed by forward bending. Seated poses include the half butterfly, full butterfly, and Pavanamuktāsana. Prone exercises involve stretching and strengthening the back. We relax in a side-lying tiger pose. The session concludes with Prāṇāyāma, specifically Nāḍī Śodhana to balance the brain hemispheres, and ends with Oṁ chanting. "The light and teaching of this yoga science... was systematised as 'Yoga in Daily Life'." "Prāṇāyāma... influences not only the physical body but also the brain centres... we balance the function of both brain hemispheres." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Kundalini, chakras, and consciousness
19:55 - 20:56 (61 min)
Recorded on
We explore the soul, chakras, and the oneness of consciousness. Every creature has chakras and an effect on nature. Our skin is a vital protective layer connected to these energy centers. Misusing chemicals on our skin or harming animals creates negative karmic effects. The individual soul, or jīva, is like a drop of water. All drops originate from and return to the one ocean, which is the universal soul or paramātmā. Our bodies are mostly water, circulating like rivers seeking the ocean. The chakras are round energy centers, like the symbol of the sun. All major religions point to the same divine principle, often expressed through sacred sound like Oṃ. Our nervous system contains thousands of channels connecting these centers. Kundalini awakening is the conscious vibration of energy through every gland in the body, not a physical ascent. You already possess this divine consciousness. Realization comes from understanding you are part of the one ocean, not a separate drop. "All this living jīva is only one. We are all one, but we are separated." "Everything begins with sound. In the beginning, there was sound." Filming location: Garrison, NY, USA

What is the most precious thing in life?
23:40 - 0:35 (55 min)
Recorded on
The most precious thing in life is good health, which yoga provides as a gift from Svayaṁbhū Śiva. This primordial consciousness, unborn and without parents, manifested all creation from the single thought, "I am one, and I will multiply." This manifestation is Sanātana Dharma—the eternal principle of oneness in all existence, not a religion. Humans have lost this spirituality, creating separate religions instead. True religion is to realize your relation to God, leading to Self-Realization where the individual soul and God are one. Life's quality depends on aligning with the positive, divine power (Devī Śakti) of love and non-violence, not the negative (Āsurī Śakti) of harm. In the current Kali Yuga, suffering prevails as humans become selfish, governed by material desire like gold. The only solution is to renounce attachment and thereby enjoy true freedom and enter the kingdom of God. "Realize your relation to God is the religion." "Renounce and enjoy."
