Merging into light
0:00 - 0:50 (50 min)
Every day is a new birth, a glorious occasion for devotion. We mark an anniversary of a great saint's Mahāsamādhi. Sadness arises from attachment to form, not from the immortal Ātmā. All creation reveals divine beauty; negativity originates within our own judgment. Objects touched by a holy personality hold value through that connection, not through material worth. Rituals aligned with natural cycles, like moon phases, support spiritual and physical well-being. Modern life often forgets this harmony. Great saints are immortal; their presence remains accessible through pure love and remembrance. The physical heart may feel longing, yet wisdom understands their eternal nearness.
"Anything that is your Gurudeva’s, keep it. Because one day will come when he or she is not here."
"O God Beautiful... In the forest, in the mountains, in the meadows and the deserts... everything is beautiful."

Satsang on the occasion of the 48. anniversary of Mahaprabhuji's Mahasamadhi
0:55 - 1:55 (60 min)
The Guru Tattva is the highest divine principle, balancing the eternal truth and the illusory world. This principle incarnates in two ways: the Nimittāvatāra appears in specific times to protect dharma and liberate souls, while the Nityāvatāra is an ever-present manifestation. The individual soul originates from the pure realms but becomes enveloped by ignorance and the layers of the five elements. The Guru, as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva, creates positive qualities within, protects the disciple, and destroys negativity. The divine incarnations take form to benefit devotees, endure worldly suffering, and ultimately merge back into the formless light. One must follow the teachings without egoic identification, seeing the divine unity in all, and maintain unwavering devotion.
"Guru Brahmā is the creator who creates positive sāttvic, wise, divine vṛttis in us."
"See God in everyone. That is your duty. That is the Satya Sanātana, the eternal law."

Mahaprabhuji Divine Incarnation
2:00 - 2:53 (53 min)
A bhajan reveals the hidden nature of a divine incarnation and the challenge of recognition. The divine light incarnated in human form, a riddle for the mind. Many met him but could not understand. Recognition is not intellectual but a deep heart realization—to see God in the human form. This is hindered by māyā, the illusion of the physical world that captivates the ignorant. Māyā is our reaction to the world, attacking our weakest point. Spiritual progress ends when one becomes entangled in māyā, losing common sense. Only through the guru's mercy can this veil be lifted. Our practice must cultivate humility, the sole qualification for that grace. Those who recognize the guru achieve the immortal; they become transformed. The disease of worldly desire is cured only by that recognition, bringing true satisfaction.
"Apne āpko chupāne vāle." "Jisane Jānā Mahāprabhujī Ko, Usane Pāyā Amṛta Khāna."
The Silent Revolution: Yoga as the Antidote to Mind Pollution and Failed Leadership
3:00 - 3:23 (23 min)
We need a silent revolution in leadership and consciousness. Old models have failed, creating crisis. Leaders are overwhelmed, lack self-awareness, and cannot inspire, leaving people disengaged. The solution is changing leaders. We are entering a cognitive age where mind care is paramount. Control your thoughts, for they become your destiny. Media exaggerates violence; data shows heart disease and cancer are far greater threats. The real danger is mind pollution—the poisoning of our minds. Yoga is for non-violence and peace. It is a systematic science for mastering the mind and achieving inner peace. A peaceful society guarantees the right to self-realization. Yoga accelerates human growth and is vital for well-being and social harmony. We must go public, integrate yoga into all education and leadership training, and promote it globally.
"Control your thoughts, for they trigger your emotions and feelings. Control your emotions, for they become your words."
"Yoga is a systematic, conscious science of human development. Its main technique is gaining mastery over the mind, stopping the internal dialogue."

Build your intellect supportive
5:15 - 6:31 (76 min)
A clear aim is essential to prevent the intellect from becoming a destructive distraction. Without a definite purpose, the mind wavers among endless possibilities, changing direction with every new suggestion. This lack of clarity makes one susceptible to external influences and gossip, which act like poison, spoiling spiritual practice as lemon curdles milk. Negative talk and jealousy introduce destructive thoughts that can damage years of spiritual effort. One must therefore cultivate an intensive, unwavering aim and avoid all sources of negative influence. Protect your consciousness from harmful information that creates doubt and disturbs your peace. Spiritual progress requires guarding the mind and maintaining humility, allowing the intellect to become a supportive tool rather than an obstacle.
"Your aim must be very clear, intensive, and good. Nothing should be able to change you."
"One stupid thought, one stupid person, can destroy all your spiritual sādhanā."

The Soil of Sandalwood
6:30 - 7:00 (30 min)
Meditation is the only way to the self and to God. Yoga is the science of body, mind, and soul, given by Lord Śiva, the first being, Swayambhu. In the beginning was endless space and the cosmic consciousness, Chaitanya, resting within it like a child. This formless consciousness desired, "I am one; I shall become many." This first desire, Īcchā Śakti, is the root of all problems and began creation. From this desire came resonance, the sacred sound Om, which is the fire element. This brought movement, feelings, and the other elements: air, space, water, and earth, forming all creation. The individual self and the cosmic self cannot coexist; one must surrender to become one, like salt dissolving in the ocean. All spiritual science, including meditation, is the gift of Śiva.
"What you search, you will get, but then you will not be aware of what you got."
"Ichchā (desire) is the root of all problems."

Real stories about Sri Mahaprabhuji
7:35 - 8:19 (44 min)
The guru's grace manifests as foresight and transformative power, transcending human limitations. A master once foretold of gold within distant hills, a prophecy met with confusion. Decades later, precious stone was discovered precisely there, causing conflict as predicted. In another village, the master instructed the digging of a well. While all other wells run dry, this one remains perpetually full of sweet water. A saint once willingly took on a disciple's physical ailment, embodying selfless love. Our capacity to affect others is not limited by physical distance. A negative vibration, like insults from a tribe that can kill a tree, carries power. Similarly, a person's inner peace or turmoil subtly influences any environment. The key is to become a clear channel. Do not attempt to generate this force yourself. The master transforms the divine current into a voltage the disciple can bear. Become a pure instrument through dedicated practice and mantra. Calm the mind's fluctuations to allow that light to flow through you to those in need.
"There’s gold in those hills. It’s full of gold."
"Since the time they dug that well, it didn’t matter if every other well in the area was dry; that one had never been dry."

Avatar Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
8:25 - 8:52 (27 min)
The eternal presence of the master transcends physical form. Two types of incarnations exist: the recorded Nimit Avatāra and the countless Nitya Avatāra, the holy saints who maintain dharma on earth. Their presence calms the inner fires of negative energies and radiates spirituality that sustains all life. In this age, materialism leads to unhappiness and forgetfulness of life's true aim. The human body and life are priceless gifts. One must not let worldly experiences change the inner self or sever the connection to the spiritual guide. Breaking this chain leads to a fall. At death, one faces the consequences of accumulated karma, leading to heaven, hell, or liberation. A saint's passing is Brahma-līna, immersion into the omnipresent Brahman. Though formless, the master's presence is universal, within every element and atom. Attachment to the limited self brings suffering, while attachment to the all is freedom. Realization depends on the devotee's own devotion and removal of doubt.
"The holy saints calm down this inner fire through their spiritual teachings, through their being on this earth."
"No one can hold me. I'm like a wind, no one can hold me because I'm everywhere."

Life Is A Kriya
9:00 - 9:29 (29 min)
Life is a sacred process of purification through prescribed rites. Earth is a realm of action where the soul comes to work towards Brahman-knowledge. The body is alive through action; its cessation is the final act. Vedic tradition outlines sixteen saṃskāras for the human soul, serving as initiations to overcome past karma. These begin at birth, with rites like writing Om on the infant's tongue to bless its speech. Subsequent ceremonies mark key developments: the first solid food, symbolized by immortal rice, and the first haircut. The Upanayana ceremony initiates the student into wisdom near a master, receiving symbolic threads. For a girl, a different saṃskāra honors her as a goddess of prosperity and wisdom. Each rite purifies a karmic layer, much like a snake shedding old skin to move freely. Possessing sixteen kalās (attributes) is likened to being an incarnation. The final rites after death vary, with cremation considered best to release the soul. Other methods, like exposure to elements as in Zoroastrian tradition, are also described. All these rites are a human science for the soul's journey, aiming for true birth into Brahman, beyond the cycle of wandering through various realms and problems.
"My words should be sweet like honey, not bitter like poison."
"Each ceremony is like... the snake liberates itself from the dead skin."

Keep your spirituality
9:35 - 10:24 (49 min)
Time's passage is inevitable, and the continuity of life proceeds regardless of human effort. The sunset symbolizes this natural progression into age and reflection. Youth is preoccupied with action, while age brings contemplation of legacy and what slips away. Society often dismisses the elderly, yet true value lies not in appearance but in accumulated wisdom. Gray hair signifies hard-earned insight, not something to disguise. The essential support in life's dusk is spiritual light and lineage, not worldly achievements. Having children continues a lineage of dignity, but its quality depends on spiritual purity, not mere birth. True continuity is found in authentic spiritual practice and association, not in crowds or mixed intentions.
"Let your reality come. In white or gray hair is the wisdom, my dear."
"No matter how strong you are or how much you practice, when that Kuśaṅga is in you, your body and everything will be destroyed."

Harmony unity and balance
10:30 - 11:25 (55 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Sri Devpuruji Ashram, Raumati Beach, New Zealand. Yoga is the science of harmony unity and balance in the universe. Love is God and God is love. First God is Mother. Space is the mother principle. The soul is the part of the universe. Consciousness is in the space but space is not in the consciousness. We should follow natures life. Allopathic medicine is not natural but sometimes can save our life. Cancer is in our body but if we do not go against nature it does not become aggressive. There are five elements which protect the soul. There are five koshas in us. Don't eat the dead body. Energy is in the natural things not in plastic. Say no to plastic. Uppranas are very powerful.
Every soul is pure
11:30 - 12:23 (53 min)
The truth is unchanging reality, while the world is temporary illusion. From childhood, we inquire into our nature, yet remain in ignorance, claiming superiority over others. Only Brahman is real; this world is like a soap bubble. Our inner instrument, the antaḥkaraṇa, consists of mind, intellect, awareness, and ego. When purified, it leads to liberation. Every soul is pure but coated by karma and destiny. We must love all beings, for a tiny soul contains immense power. Social education requires understanding time and place, acting with positive intention. In the end, we face truth alone; our worldly companions and fears fall away. What is everlasting is real.
"Brahma satyaṁ, jagan mithyā. Only Brahman is the truth. And this jagat is mithyā."
"Every soul is coated by karma. The soul is pure, but coated by that destiny. And that destiny is what we are creating."

Advice for practicing Yoga
12:30 - 13:21 (51 min)
Satsang with Vishwaguruji from Barcelona, Spain. The body consists of five elements. These element are present within us and outside as well. There are different techniques to purify and balance the elements. We should take care of the body while practicing Yoga. Pranayama is also important to practice. It is said that every breath is counted.
Return back to happiness
13:25 - 14:17 (52 min)
Sādhana, or spiritual practice, rests on two pillars: the changeable physical practice and the permanent spiritual practice. Our physical practice must adapt to our changing age and condition. While yoga āsanas like śīrṣāsana benefit everyone by improving circulation and health, the ultimate goal is not mere longevity but a contented life. Modern life generates stress and endless desire, which destroys contentment. Accumulating possessions only multiplies sorrows. True happiness, or sukha, is found not in external things but in inner śāntoṣa, or contentment. This contentment is cultivated through steady spiritual practice, primarily mantra. Your mantra is the unwavering pillar that purifies consciousness and leads to perfection, regardless of your beliefs. Do not abandon this practice, for it protects you and brings peace. The physical practice supports the body, but the spiritual practice of mantra and devotion is the essential, unchanging path.
"Śāntoṣī nārśada sukhi, who is always content, is always happy."
"As many things we have, that many sorrows we have."

The Paths and Practices of Haṭha Yoga
14:25 - 14:55 (30 min)
Haṭha Yoga is a distinct branch of yoga concerning disciplined willpower and energy. The Bhagavad Gītā references eighteen yogas, while Patañjali's system outlines four primary paths: Karma, Bhakti, Jñāna, and Rāja Yoga. Haṭha Yoga integrates into this framework. One local explanation describes four types of willpower: the innocent persistence of a child, the determined will of women, the commanding will of a king, and the striving will of a yogī. Classically, Haṭha Yoga begins with six purification techniques, the Ṣaṭkarma, not merely postures. Its foundation lies in balancing the nāḍīs, the energy channels. The union of the Ha (Iḍā) and Tha (Piṅgalā) channels creates yoga. Practice starts with the left nostril to calm the moon channel, which governs the ever-changing mind, before proceeding to the right, sun channel.
"According to Patañjali’s teaching in the Patañjali Yoga Sūtra—a very good book—yoga is not only physical exercise. It concerns the mind, consciousness, and the vṛttis (mental modifications)."
"Classically, according to the yogīs, the given techniques are these six kriyās. Then we go further with our meditation, mantras, and achievements."

The power of Mantras
15:00 - 15:55 (55 min)
Sound, speech, and harmony possess inherent healing power. Mantras from ancient siddhas create positive vibrations affecting earth, air, fire, water, animals, and humans. Sweet words bring happiness back to the speaker, while harsh words generate lasting inner suffering. This principle extends to all life; speaking with love to plants or animals fosters their well-being. Many diseases originate from wrong food and negative thoughts like anger and jealousy, which create bodily tension. Harmony between parents and sattvic nourishment during pregnancy are crucial for health. Dietary discipline is essential; one should eat fresh foods and avoid aged products like cheese. Meal timing should align with the sun's movement, consuming different foods at breakfast, lunch, and evening. Bathing in a river's flowing water before sunrise draws upon its immense energy for purification. Human pollution and misguided experiments damage the earth and rivers. The Sanskrit language's fifty-two letters each carry specific vibrations that permeate the body and environment when spoken. Sound is the foundation of all creation.
"Speak such words which make you very happy. You make others very happy and relaxed, and it makes you also, the reflection coming back to you."
"The sound is everything. The creation took place from the sound."

Satsang will bring us to the Aim
17:40 - 18:54 (74 min)
The path requires following an authentic spiritual lineage under a perfected master. Different traditions have their successions, like the papal lineage. One must remain within this paramparā; leaving it is like jumping from a moving train. The masters are Siddhas, perfect beings connected to the divine source. Their words are Guru Vākya, divine speech that manifests as truth. Total renunciation is the ideal, but progress requires patience and steady practice. The disciple's perception must mature to see the divine reality within the master, beyond physical appearance. The grace of the lineage is like nectar raining down, purifying the practitioner's inner turmoil. This blessing is equally available to all who faithfully follow the path.
"The perfected ones are the Siddhas."
"Guru Vakya is only for them who follow the Guru Vakya, not temporarily."

Satsang with Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. Every culture has its own way to celebrate the New Year. Beyond time and space there is Atma, the one without second, as it is explained in the bhajan Shivo Ham.
Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji
19:50 - 20:57 (67 min)
Today is the day of Bhagavān Mahāprabhujī. Brahmalīna beings are embodiments of the supreme, everlasting Brahman, which merges within devotees as both nirguṇa and saguṇa. Obstacles like negative thinking block this divine flow, just as a stone blocks a water pipe. Siddhas, who are transparent to divine vibration, manifest for purification. Cheating others creates lifelong negative karmic reactions; it is better to be cheated. Backbiting steals negative energies but also affects the victim. Maintain humility and positive thoughts to keep your path clear, like an elephant ignoring barking dogs. Reading holy texts purifies daily consciousness. External possessions are like dust, but your inner self is an eternal treasure. The mantra "Om Prabhu Deep Niranjan Sab Dukha Bhanjan" removes all troubles. Masters can turn obstacles into fog for the faithful. Divine beings appear in visions to guide and bless. The described bhajan celebrates Mahāprabhujī as the radiant source and ocean of immortal nectar, whose glory resonates everywhere.
"Deep Niranjan means purities. Prabhu Deep Niranjan, Sab Dukha Bhanjan removes all troubles."
"On whom this nectar of immortality rained... who have drunk this with a full heart... his or her coming and going back is finished."

How to use the mantra to release the stress
21:05 - 22:02 (57 min)
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Auckland, New Zealand. Stress is created by our response to the outer world. Yoga is one of the best ways to live a happy and healthy life. Emotional problems and pollution can create diseases such as cancer. We need to concentrate on using Mantra in order to avoid stress. Vishwaguruji gives a demonstration and detailed instructions on how to practice Mantra and Meditation, which is able to remove restlessness, anxiety and fear. Pranayama is also good for this purpose.
Yoga brings balance between space and consciousness
22:10 - 22:59 (49 min)
The spiritual path is a rare journey from primordial void to pure consciousness. We exist in Kali Yuga, a dark age of sin and conflict, yet protected by unseen sages from Satyayuga, the age of truth. Spirituality is not ritual but crystalline purity without duality or negative thought. From the void (śūnyākāśa) arose a singular vibration—"I am one, I will multiply"—initiating creation. Human life is a precious chance among 8.4 million life forms. However, the human condition inherently accumulates karma like dust. True aspirants must purify continuously, as even a spot of criticism defiles the consciousness. The goal is to become desireless and awake, harmonizing consciousness and space. This awakening is not personal but universal and endless.
"Holy are they who will swallow this negative life, words, or subject, and it purifies—like you put your laundry in the washing machine."
"Spirituality means purity, pure, crystal clear. There is not any spot of darkness or gray."

Resonance is God
23:05 - 0:01 (56 min)
The human body is a network of prāṇa, nerves, and glands, best maintained through natural harmony. An anecdote tells of women painted gold who died because their skin could not breathe; this illustrates that our entire skin breathes prāṇa. Tight clothing like jeans restricts this flow. The body has 72,000 nerves, a network where blockages cause disease. Natural treatments from Prakṛti, unlike altered chemicals, heal without side effects by becoming one with the body. Marriage symbolizes a sacred merger, a knot or gland from which new life emerges, aligning with natural cycles. Lineage and tradition preserve this purity. Sound originates from the navel; conscious speech creates positive or negative vibrations affecting our nerves and organs. Practices like Vajrāsana activate the Vajra Nāḍī, promoting digestion and energy flow by awakening awareness in the body.
"Prakṛti, the nature, is slowly, but this nature accepts our body. This will turn into our body, as our body."
"Sound is sound, but which kind of sound? How does it appear? So from here, you still have control of the heart, and you still have control of the vocal cords."
