Bhajans from Oosterhout
0:15 - 1:20 (65 min)
Recorded on
The sole longing is for the dust of the holy feet, surpassing all worldly and heavenly desires, even liberation itself. Meeting the true Guru dispels all mental confusion and wrong knowledge, revealing the inner truth. The individual flame unites with the cosmic flame when all doubt is gone. External forms veil the one eternal truth within. Many speak only few words, but the Guru's word is profound. The devotee seeks to be accepted at those lotus feet. A true yogi, drunk on the divine name, is imperturbable, seeing no distinction between diamond and stone, free from all desire and fear. "Please give me the dust of your holy lotus feet. This is the only thing I am searching for and longing for." "He’s unmovable, and he’s strong or firm as a mountain, he’s the same in life and he’s the same in death." Filming location: Netherlands
Gurudev found all of us
1:25 - 2:34 (69 min)
Recorded on
The path of Karma Yoga and the Guru's grace are essential for spiritual progress. Karma Yoga is selfless service performed without expectation, which burns away ego and impurities like desire and anger. All actions yield results, but only the Guru can alter destiny. The human birth is precious, granted to pursue self-realization and escape the cycle of birth and death. Four blessings guide this journey: the blessing of the gods for human life, the blessing of scriptures for knowledge, the Guru's grace as paramount, and the crucial blessing of one's own effort to walk the path. The Guru's presence contains all pilgrimages and divine beings; thus, sincere devotion and selfless work under his guidance lead to liberation. "When we do something and we are looking around, like, 'Who is watching? Where are the cameras?' then that is not true seva." "In the lotus feet of Gurudeva, everyone—all gods, all goddesses, all pilgrimages—everything is residing there." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Sources of happiness
2:40 - 4:02 (82 min)
Recorded on
Health is the foundational wealth for happiness, achieved through the balance of yoga and Āyurveda. Health is the first wealth; without it, everything is nothing. Yoga and Āyurveda are two wings for balance: yoga harmonizes astral energy and emotions, while Āyurveda maintains physical health. The primary happiness is a healthy body. The second is having sufficient resources to feed one's family and guests, avoiding greed, which is insatiable like a beggar's bottomless pot made from the human mind. The third happiness is harmony and mutual understanding between husband and wife. The fourth is obedient children. The fifth is good neighbors and social harmony. Worry is a destructive termite that erodes health. Āyurveda is the knowledge of life, focusing on nourishment and natural remedies. Desires, especially of the tongue, are enemies to control. The soul is like a queen bee; when it departs, the bodily systems follow. Simple Āyurvedic techniques, like gentle touch or using a feather, can alleviate issues. Purification practices like Śaṅkhaprakṣālana should align with seasonal changes. True well-being comes from natural living, not excessive consumption or artificial means. "Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health." "The first wealth is good health." Filming location: Raumati Beach, New Zealand
Remember the beauty of the world
4:10 - 4:43 (33 min)
Recorded on
The tree is a mirror for the self, revealing the nature of perception and memory. Observe the external world with full concentration, then close your eyes to visualize it. This tests and develops inner sight. The tree, with its roots in earth and branches in air, reflects the human system from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. One is not a singular entity; the body hosts a universe of microscopic life, a community within. Memory stores all experiences. Consciously retain only the beautiful and nourishing visions, letting go of the unpleasant. These stored impressions become the material for deep meditation. When the mind is scattered, return to these reservoirs of natural beauty to restore focus and peace. "Similarly, it is with our spine, from the Mūlādhāra Cakra to the top of the head." "So when you cannot concentrate, you cannot meditate, then go to that beautiful vision, that beautiful view." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Samadhi
4:50 - 5:53 (63 min)
Recorded on
Prāṇa is a subtle life force distinct from physical oxygen. Our physical body requires this earth-specific oxygen, but the astral body, composed of prāṇa, can travel without it. Consciousness operates through various states. Sleep is a natural samādhi where dreams occur, yet they offer imagination, not verified knowledge. Deeper samādhi allows for conscious travel and accurate perception beyond the senses. Bhāva samādhi is a devotional trance, while dhyāna samādhi is deep, tranquil meditation. Higher states transcend time and seed-based desires, leading toward nirbīja samādhi, a state of pure knowledge without duality. True spiritual progress requires guidance, self-realization of one's inherent qualities, and a foundation of holistic health through proper diet and self-reliance. "Prāṇa is something more than oxygen. Oxygen is a subtle energy, and it is more specific to our Earth." "In samādhi, you can say the shop was closed. This is the difference between sleep, dream, and samādhi." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Practicing Asanas 2
6:00 - 7:03 (63 min)
Recorded on
A gentle yoga practice integrates postures, breath, and focused awareness to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Begin by relaxing in a comfortable position, observing the natural breath. Practice postures like Pavanamuktāsana and Vyāghrāsana with smooth, controlled movements and coordinated breathing. Maintain awareness of alignment, such as keeping the pelvis level. Vīrāsana is highlighted for its benefits to the feet and mental state, despite potential discomfort from inflexibility. The practice emphasizes eliminating unnecessary movements to settle mental restlessness. Postures like Skandharāsana and Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā are detailed for their physical and energetic effects, including strengthening muscles and balancing prāṇa. Always breathe consciously and maintain control, concluding with relaxation and observation of the body and mind. "When we have many vṛttis... you are restless inside. That is why we practice āsanas: to ensure we do not have extra movements. By eliminating extra movements, we calm our mind." "Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā is excellent for your circulation... It influences your Bindu cakra. You will regenerate energy very quickly." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
There is no end of learning
7:10 - 7:51 (41 min)
Recorded on
The ashram is heaven on earth, a place of immense energy where the Guru is always present in essence. A journey unfolds through divine guidance, not personal will. A trip to India for Guru Pūrṇimā was redirected by unseen forces, leading one back to the ashram family. Later, guidance came through a spoken sentence about Romania, which led to the establishment of an ashram there through inner instruction, not conversation. A pilgrimage to holy sites in the Himalayas was similarly guided, with paths clearing miraculously to allow darśan. In all endeavors, the Guru's direction is for self-learning. Yoga is a path to discover who one is. Scientific research into modified prāṇāyāma, inspired by the Guru's words, later fostered a university collaboration and a successful public yoga event, where a protective cloud appeared as a sign. "With our yoga in daily life, it is not just āsana. It is a way to learn about ourselves and to look at ourselves." "One sentence from Gurudev can change and influence so many things." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Self-inquiry meditation
7:55 - 8:44 (49 min)
Recorded on
Self-inquiry meditation purifies the restless mind and heals the earth. Prayer is a tonic for spiritual development, leading to self-realization. The primary practice begins when consciousness becomes concentrated. Modern worries about the environment and society originate from the human mind. Modern science and thinking create complications leading to disaster. The solution is returning to ancient scriptures and yogic science, which research the self. This path reunites the divided individual. Meditation cultivates inner love and harmony, guiding one to ask "who am I?" Ādiguru Śaṅkarācārya taught non-violence and non-duality. Where there is duality, there is violence. Pollution of water is a profound violence, as every entity is oneself. Humans must reduce pollution and heal the earth. Vegetation has an equal right to live, yet it is destroyed. Recovery is possible through protection and planting trees. The people have the power to demand organic food, transforming agriculture. Similarly, meditation heals the illness of materialism by purifying selfish desires. Self-inquiry leads to the realization that all life is one's own self, fostering compassion. This practice is essential to save humanity from suffering. A simple, necessary action is for all to become vegetarians, as a plant-based diet is the first principle of non-violence and health. "Where there is non-duality, there is ahiṃsā, non-violence." "Viśvaprāṇī merī ātmā hai. Every entity is myself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Our source is Alakhpuriji
8:50 - 9:42 (52 min)
Recorded on
Mastery requires disciplined training, perfection, and practice before one can teach. Everything, from engineering to medicine, follows this sequence. In yoga, mere physical postures are insufficient; one must master the inner world—desires, likes, and dislikes—across the five kośas: the bodies of nourishment, energy, mind, knowledge, and bliss. This inner engineering demands a guide. Without a master, perfection is impossible, as the ten senses—like wild horses—require the mind and intellect to control them. True yoga leads to self-realization through dedicated practice and lineage guidance, not commercial pursuit. Advanced practice may involve secluded, arduous journeys to sacred places like the Himalayas, where natural barriers and specific herbs aid deep meditation. Ultimately, all sincere paths converge. "After training comes perfection. After perfection, you practice. Then you can teach others." "Koti upāya kare koī chāhe—you can try thousands of techniques. Na bhavasindhu tere—but you cannot cross that ocean by the strength of your arms." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Influence Of The Full Moon
9:50 - 10:47 (57 min)
Recorded on
The moon's influence connects nature, human consciousness, and spiritual practice. The full moon profoundly affects our emotions and the natural world. In scripture, moonlight is a nectar entering vegetation, linked to the idea of a honeymoon, where honey symbolizes health and immortality. We must protect bees, crucial for this nectar, as their decline is an ecological disaster. A practitioner should be like a bee, extracting only the good from the world without causing harm. The bee's hum is its mantra. To balance the moon's strong energy, one may fast on a full moon day. The moon symbolizes emotion; like ocean waves, high emotions obscure clarity, so important decisions should wait for calm. Our journey involves consciousness moving through energy centers, from the root, which holds past karma, to higher states. We must purify subconscious desires in this life to avoid future suffering. True practice involves healthy living, compassion, and meditation to perceive the divine beauty in all existence, living purely like a lotus in a polluted world. "Arjuna, I enter into the vegetation as a nectar through the moonlight." "If you would like to have all as your friends, then give up harsh words." Filming location: New York, USA
Bhramari pranayama can help against many problems
10:55 - 11:34 (39 min)
Recorded on
Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. In reality, yoga is one but it has many branches and names. Yogis usually gave the names of animals to the positures because they don't want to come back to the world in the body of that animal. There are also many kinds of kriyas, Some of them are hatha yoga kriyas. There is a big misunderstanding in the western world about hatha yoga. Vajra nadi controls our all nerve systems. Practise every day and go step by step. Pranayama has also many technics. Breathing is happening also towards our skin. The story about a France king and girls covered with gold. Explanation and demonstration of one kind of Bhramari pranayama.
Purify The Karmic Layers
11:40 - 12:33 (53 min)
Recorded on
The human journey is governed by the law of karma, which creates destiny. Positive karma purifies the layers surrounding the soul, while negative karma obscures it. This destiny automatically guides each being through various realms, including heavenly worlds where one stays only until their merit is exhausted. The ultimate aim is to use the human birth for spiritual practice to realize the Self and attain liberation, thus ending the cycle of rebirth. A true aspirant must first purify their consciousness to receive the master's teachings, becoming a receptive vessel. Spiritual development requires removing karmic impurities through discipline and grace, not merely intellectual knowledge. We must live harmoniously, respecting all life as divine and protecting the natural world. "God gave us freedom to do the karma, but he didn’t give us the freedom to harvest the fruits of the karma." "Unless the disciple’s consciousness, the energy, is not pure like this glass, whatever you put, it will be polluted." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
Do not live a selfish life
12:40 - 13:09 (29 min)
Recorded on
The Vedas are divine knowledge given to humanity for spiritual advancement and self-realization. These scriptures form the foundation of Sanatana Dharma and contain immense energy and mantras. This knowledge marks the beginning of human civilization and is the base for a blissful life. The Vedas are for everyone, not a particular group, and are to be realized according to one's qualities. They consist of four texts: the Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda. The Rigveda declares the oneness of truth, while the Atharvaveda proclaims the victory of truth. The Samaveda details the glory of devotional singing and melody. Human life is meant for protection, harmony, and realizing the divine, not for selfish destruction. Learning and applying this Vedic knowledge is essential for both inner and outer joy. "Ekam Sad Viprā Bahudā Vadanti." "Satyameva jayate." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Keep balance while you are practicing
13:15 - 14:15 (60 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is a lifelong practice for body, mind, and spirit. It is an ancient science for health and self-realization, not merely physical exercise. Many misunderstand it, turning it commercial, but true yoga overcomes stress and brings peace. It is for all ages and walks of life, a daily system like eating or breathing. Practice must be balanced, without competition or strain, and includes postures, breath, and meditation. Breath harmonizes the body, and the heart works loyally; we must care for it. The body is a temple for the inner self, which dislikes aggression and falsity. Spirituality is devotion—a higher, respectful love—not a temporary, misused emotion. True devotion leads to oneness and God realization, harmonizing life and family. "Health is the first wealth." "Yoga should be for every walk of life." Filming location: London, UK
Whole world is one family
14:20 - 15:49 (89 min)
Recorded on
Yoga is an ancient discipline embodying unity and a holistic approach to well-being. Its global propagation promotes peace and interconnectedness. The world faces turmoil, war, and pollution, requiring fresh thinking and humanism. Security cannot come from arms alone but from a peaceful mind. Problems like greed and corruption are globalized, demanding global solutions and sustainable lifestyles. The spiritual path involves losing negative tendencies to attain peace and feel oneness. Helping others automatically brings happiness and peace. "Yoga is not about exercise, but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world, and nature." "Unless there is peace around us, we ourselves cannot be peaceful." Filming location: Vép, Hungary
Give Up Your Ego!
15:55 - 16:52 (57 min)
Recorded on
The divine status of the saint is absolute and inseparable from the divine itself. Holy Bharat is the land of ancient Sanātana Dharma, the eternal law. Saints are the eternal incarnations. A story illustrates this truth. The sage Nārada once questioned his mother's constant visits to saints. His mother instructed him to approach saints only after surrendering all ego of position, wealth, and knowledge. Each step toward a saint then carries the merit of countless sacrifices and removes the fear of death. Nārada later asked Lord Viṣṇu about the many wandering saints. Viṣṇu declared there is no difference between himself and his saints, stating they dwell in every part of his being. Lakṣmī, the goddess of wealth, then affirmed she is the servant of saints, residing wherever they place their feet. True devotion is tested not by wealth but by reverence for the saintly principle. A parable tells of Viṣṇu and Lakṣmī testing a rich man's devotion. The man chose the saint appearing as Lakṣmī, adorned with gold, over the simple saint who was Viṣṇu. He thus failed, proving his devotion was to wealth, not the divine. The guru is the source of everything. Meditate on the guru's form, worship the guru's feet, and follow the guru's words. Liberation springs solely from the guru's grace. A disciple must cultivate pure quality, acting on the guru's wish without question. The guru refines the disciple's ego through teachings, shaping them into an instrument for serving all creation. That service is the true service to the guru. "O Nārada, there is no difference between me and my saints, there is no difference at all." "Where my saints step on this earth, I put my palm. They are walking on the hollow of my palms." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
Around the world - Yoga exercises specifically for women
17:00 - 17:36 (36 min)
Recorded on
This is a gentle yoga sequence for menstrual well-being. We begin with relaxation and full yogic breath to harmonize body and mind. Specific postures target the pelvic area and lower back. The first exercise involves bringing one knee to the chest, then extending the leg, performed slowly and consciously. This is followed by Marjari, the cat pose, to create a supple back. We then practice hip-opening postures like the half and full butterfly. A key squatting pose is emphasized for menstrual issues, grounding, and leg strength. We proceed to Setu Āsana, the bridge, to strengthen the lower body. A final side-lying balance pose benefits the lower abdomen. Conclude by feeling the effects of the practice. "This exercise is especially good for menstrual problems, and also beneficial for the lower back, constipation, and hips." "This pose is especially good for women... for irregular menstruation, or for heavy bleeding between periods."
Heart and intellect
17:40 - 18:19 (39 min)

The discipline of vṛtti is the foundation of yoga. All sacred words are Vedavākya, sharing the same essence. Humans misuse divine gifts, becoming selfish. Two śaktis exist: positive devī śakti and negative āsurī śakti, which can awaken the positive. Vṛtti is your attention, thinking, and where your consciousness moves. Without vṛtti, you become depressed; with uncontrolled vṛtti, you are distracted. Intellect is pure, but greed confuses it. The heart is a bag of feelings like fear and love, but it is weak. Selfishness directs vṛtti toward personal desire. Your vṛtti can be elsewhere even while your body is present, causing restlessness. Therefore, do not merely think from the heart; the heart feels, but the intellect thinks. Discipline is required. Patañjali states yoga is calming the mind's fluctuations. Control your vṛttis; do not let them wander. Bring your vṛtti to rest in the heart, where devotion resides and qualities like mercy awaken. Begin with discipline to control the vṛttis. "Yogaḥ citta vṛtti nirodhaḥ: through practicing yoga, your mind's fluctuations are calmed, or without controlling them, your practice will not succeed." "My body is here, but my vṛtti is there where my beloved Kṛṣṇa is." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The Awakening of Consciousness: Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras
19:15 - 21:09 (114 min)
Recorded on
The science of yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness. Yoga is the eternal balancing principle in the universe, not a religion or dogma. The cosmic vibration, declared as OM, exists within and outside us. Human life is a precious chance within the cycle of rebirth. The human intellect can be trained endlessly, and dormant abilities within are connected to the cakras, or energy centers. The subtle body has 72,000 nāḍīs, or channels, for transmitting consciousness and energy. The mind functions between the subconscious and conscious, taking in impressions that become desires. The intellect's duty is to give judgment. We normally experience three levels of consciousness: waking, dream, and deep sleep. Past deeds create our destiny, or prārabdha karma. The Kuṇḍalinī energy and the cakra system are responsible for developing consciousness and freeing it from subconscious fears. The major nāḍīs are Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā, balancing emotion and intellect. Haṭha Yoga unites these sympathetic and parasympathetic principles. The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process of becoming wise and calm, not a physical sensation. The cakras are located along the spinal column and are psychic energy centers. They are connected to the five elements and influence the body. Mastery leads towards liberation, the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness. This requires lifelong practice and guidance. "Yoga is not a religion, it is not a philosophy, it is not a dogma, but it is the eternal principle in this universe." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī is a divine process; you don't feel it as a physical sensation. You feel happy, as if in the lap of the mother." Filming location: Zagreb, Croatia DVD 188

The heart is purified through service, love, and dedicated spiritual practice. This inner transformation is the true celebration. "Who will get me? Who has the nirmala heart?" It means who has the pure heart. "This whole world is a dream." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
