The path of the human
1:50 - 2:52 (62 min)
Human life is a struggle to find the path back to our origin, like a river flowing to the ocean or rain seeking the sea. The soul travels through ages, and a human birth is a chance to return. We are all moving toward the light, bound by belief and destiny, which exists whether we accept it or not. Attachment leads the soul astray, causing it to descend into lower lives. The Guru principle is supreme; it can alter what seems destined and guides the soul back. Following the Guru's instruction is essential for liberation from the cycle of birth and death. Our spiritual lineage originates from the Himalayan master Alakpurījī, connecting through a succession of masters to the present. We are fortunate to have this guidance toward merging with the eternal light.
"Anhoni guru kar sake, honi deta mitai, par Brahma Gurudev hai, sab kuch deta banai."
"Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Gurudev Maheśvara, Guru Sākṣāt, Parabrahma, Tasmai Śrī, Guru Vedam."

Active and passive meditation
3:00 - 3:54 (54 min)
Meditation is an ancient practice with two forms: active karma yoga and passive inner absorption. This world is a mortal field of action where all that is born will die and all that is created will be destroyed. It is also a living planet, a home for countless creatures, not just humans. Humanity's error is believing the planet belongs solely to us, using our intellect to govern and destroy it. There are two worlds: the perfect God-made world and the imperfect man-made world, which are now in disharmony due to human selfishness. We have become a destructive force, stealing from and harming nature for our comfort, leading to climate crises as nature's reaction. True success is not personal gain that causes another's loss, but action that considers all beings. Therefore, return to karma yoga—selfless, protective work—as your worship. After such active work, practice passive meditation by withdrawing the senses, surrendering burdens to the divine, and seeking oneness. Meditation requires techniques to concentrate and ultimately merge, allowing you to see the divine beauty in all creation, which physical eyes alone cannot perceive.
"Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam—through the practice of karma yoga, you will be successful in your yoga practice."
"Mother Nature has enough for everyone’s need, but not for the greed."

Diwali Celebration
4:00 - 4:44 (44 min)
The Guru brings light to darkness, incarnating to liberate devotees and unite them in divine light. This Diwali commemorates Lord Rama's return, symbolizing the inner lamp Guru ignites within each heart through mantra and devotion. That flame must burn eternally, like the continuous lamp in the ashram. The Guru built this sacred space not for himself but for future generations; our duty is to preserve it. His grace alone is the disciple's auspiciousness.
"The Guru is the one who brings light to darkness."
"Once lit, that dīpa should not go out."

The truth is tapas
4:50 - 5:56 (66 min)
The Kumbha pot symbolizes the nectar of immortality, a truth within spiritual practice. During the Kumbh Melā, bathing at the sacred confluence during an auspicious constellation cleanses karma and bestows blessings. I took the ritual bath for all devotees, transferring the merits for their health and realization. The immense gathering generates a collective spiritual energy that awakens inner strength. However, the spiritual path is often obscured by false claims of psychic powers and siddhis. Many pretend to see auras or tell futures, exploiting pure-hearted seekers. Such lies are a great sin and a major obstacle. True spiritual power manifests naturally through presence and goodness, not for show or gain. Do not be deceived by those offering magical solutions or creating fear. Your focus must remain on genuine devotion and practice under a true lineage. Expectations lead to disappointment; be like the steadfast banyan tree, providing shelter without attachment. The ultimate goal is self-realization, ending all suffering.
"Satya barabar tap nahi, jhoot barabar pāp—there is no austerity more than truth, and no greater sin than to lie."
"Be that banyan tree which welcomes everyone, is never overwhelmed, and never sad."

Yoga, the inner engineering
7:05 - 7:57 (52 min)
Satsang with Vishwaguruji, summer retreat in Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are different levels of our being such as: Atma, Jivatma, consciousness/awareness, mind, emotion, senses, desires, physical body and energy body. There is an inner balancing mechanism to distribute energy to the whole body. With proper inner engineering we should avoid destroying our system. We need healthy seasonal eating and enhanced practice such as Pranayam.
Mansik Puja to Vishwaguruji
8:05 - 8:31 (26 min)
A guided meditation for a spiritual teacher's birthday, performed mentally by disciples who cannot be physically present.
Visualize the teacher seated before you. Perform a mental worship: apply sacred mark to his feet with a chant, light an imagined lamp, and perform ritual circling with it. Offer flowers, make full prostration, and ask for forgiveness. Feel the teacher's hand blessing your head, transmitting light and power. Offer him imagined food. Express profound gratitude for his incarnation, work, and guidance. Pray for peace, happiness, and steadfastness on the path. Pray for the teacher's health and strength, stating that while he can heal all, your prayers and love are what sustain him.
"Visualize in your heart that he is sitting in front of you, and we are sitting in front of him."
"As a guru, Gurudev cannot fix himself. That is going against the laws... But our prayers and our love are the only things that can give him the strength."

We are Humans
8:35 - 9:03 (28 min)
The nature of practice is to inquire into what you are not, to discover the Self.
We perform many actions and yoga postures, naming animals and forms, but you are not that movement or those names. You are not the body practicing. We identify with elements like water, necessary for life, yet you are not that either. We live within a body and a world, like passengers in an aeroplane, but this too is not you. Life appears and disappears, and we question where the prāṇa goes. We speak of God but have not seen God. The ultimate reality is described as light, yet even that description falls away into nothingness. The practice is to see that all these appearances—the body, the world, the elements—are not you. The true state is a oneness beyond all forms and descriptions, where there is no separation. Be with this inquiry.
"All that is moving is not you; it is that."
"There is no light also, it’s going dead."

The Four Aspects of Grace and the Path to Self-Love
9:10 - 9:43 (33 min)
The four aspects of Kṛpā illuminate the path to self-love. Deva Kṛpā is the mercy of the gods, granting the human incarnation necessary for liberation. Śāstra Kṛpā is the mercy of the holy scriptures, which contain the teachings of the gurus. Guru Kṛpā is the mercy given by the guru, triggered by the disciple's devotion and service. Kuṭkī Kṛpā is the mercy one gives to oneself. This self-love is not ego, which is a low vibration of taking, but a high vibration of giving. Many avoid self-love, fearing it is ego, yet one cannot truly love others without loving oneself. A practical form is sending loving, healing energy to one's own body, which can have profound physical effects. The process to cultivate this begins with self-acceptance, proceeds through self-understanding via inquiry, and culminates in the desire to give and forgive oneself. This inner work is essential for spiritual growth.
"Love each and every living being, if not more, then at least as much as yourself."
"We cannot really love others if we don’t love ourselves."

Master should have equal vision
9:50 - 10:15 (25 min)
A master's teaching adapts to the student's background but arises from a place of non-discrimination. Teaching varies based on a student's inherent culture, like learning to cook at home versus from scratch. Language also shapes the delivery, as perfect translation of meaning is difficult. However, the true master holds no distinction in heart, like a sun shining on all. The story of Eklavya illustrates this: though formally rejected, his devotion to his guru as a statue made him a great archer. The master teaches from within, beyond speech, through divine love. Disciples who perceive favoritism are mistaken. The master knows each student's needs and administers many tests. True service is to see oneself not as a successor, but as eternally serving the guru.
"Love does not require any words. Love does not need any explanation."
"The master is like a sun, and the disciples are like all of us who benefit from the sunlight."

Blessed moments with Holy Guruji
10:20 - 10:40 (20 min)
The guru's presence is a transformative teaching beyond words.
I met Gurujī but did not know Hindi, creating a perceived barrier. Yet, his storytelling was a profound lesson; he fully embodied each character, making them instantly known. That moment taught me the power of non-verbal communication—how body, voice, and movement express inner states and can change our inner world. Every action was a teaching; singing a bhajan, he transformed the atmosphere with immense energy. Being with him was full of that strong energy and love; language was unnecessary. Great souls possess tremendous humor and love that transforms. To be near such energy requires strong nerves and preparation through sādhanā, or one may fall asleep from the intensity. Though Gurujī is no longer physically here, he is present in every satsaṅg and bhajan. Through the bhajans, which are rare and preserved from the paramparā, the guru is with us. We owe the opportunity to know this lineage and these bhajans to Viśva Gurujī.
"Gurujī became every actor, every person in that story."
"Language was never a problem; there was no need to talk."

The Sole Necessity of Guru's Grace
10:45 - 11:32 (47 min)
Guru's grace is the sole reality. Without it, nothing is possible. All life exists within a web of interconnected grace. Parents give life and inherent blessings. The community, village, and even street animals provide protection and sustenance, reflecting divine care. This interconnected life is to be respected and loved. True spiritual duty may conflict with worldly attachments, as family may not comprehend or support a deeper calling. The ultimate test of devotion reveals that no worldly relationship can sacrifice for one's spiritual path. Only the guru's unconditional grace grants the disciple peace and fulfillment.
"Guru kṛpā hi kevalam. When Gurudeva’s blessing is present, then everything is possible."
"Only the guru's unconditional grace grants the disciple peace and fulfillment."

Protect the animals
12:25 - 12:56 (31 min)
A prayer for protection and balance in response to suffering.
An earthquake has caused loss and hardship. Prayers and ceremonies have positive effects. We are in Kali Yuga, a distracting age. Shiva will now balance all negatives to bring a better time. Messages suggest more challenges will come. We must act. First, protect all life: in water, on land, and in the air. Do not destroy creatures; love and feed them. From your own food, give a portion to animals. This protection of others is protection for ourselves. Spiritual progress is like drawing water from a deep well; negative actions can break the rope, causing a fall. We should also practice yoga: postures like Sarvahitāsan and prāṇāyāma. These bring health. Breathing is life itself.
"Shiva will balance all. He will bring that kind of energy so that all the negatives or distracting things will slowly, slowly be brought into a good position."
"If we cannot give them something good, then at least we should not destroy them or make problems for them."

The same light lits in all of us
13:00 - 13:44 (44 min)
The Guru is the ultimate guide and embodiment of the divine principle, surpassing all forms. The scriptures equate the Guru with the trinity of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśvara. When having darśan of a deity, one must not break concentration for any saint except one's own Guru, who is considered higher. The highest reality is where all three divine aspects unite as one, which is our Satguru. Even incarnated gods needed a Guru to teach. Satsaṅg refreshes existing knowledge; the ultimate peace we seek is already within but obscured. Realization comes from shifting focus from 'I' to 'thy' and going within. The Guru provides guidance and grace, but the disciple must perform the work. Spiritual progress requires time and personal effort, like metal being heated and hammered into shape. We are the witness, not the doer. The body is temporary; love opens the door to the divine. Inner enemies must be conquered first. Practice reduces negative tendencies. Be content with what you have, yet seek more spiritual devotion. The Guru gives light unconditionally, without background checks. The disciple must preserve and forward this light. Periods of difficulty are necessary phases for growth. Surrender to the Guru's will and have faith. Worldly knowledge differs from spiritual knowledge, which brings growth. Achieve peace by reducing thoughts and expectations. Nothing we possess is truly ours; only spiritual practice accompanies us. Live in the present with gratitude, focused on the path toward self-realization.

Bhajan evening in Jadan Ashram
21:30 - 22:09 (39 min)
The yogic sleep of the realized being is a state of wakeful awareness. In that sleep, one knows wakefulness and makes the night bright as day. The senses are withdrawn yet perceiving, unattached like a white lotus in muddy water. One abides in the self, radiant on the throne of the heart. Wherever one looks or hears, there is no ordinary thought or sight. This is the sleep known to saints and sages, where consciousness remains fully conscious.

23:00 - 23:35 (35 min)
The essence of spiritual transmission lies in the Guru's grace and the disciple's receptivity. The sacred words and hymns originate from the enlightened masters. These teachings are preserved in extensive texts. The precise historical details are less significant than the living truth they convey. The fundamental reality is known directly through this grace. Logical analysis of form cannot grasp this essence. The path is sustained by devotion and attentive listening.

Self is happiness
1:15 - 1:53 (38 min)
The sense of life is to become happy and free from past suffering and karma. Satsaṅg is the best way to attain this peace. Our inner self, which seeks happiness, is a part of God. We often search for this self externally, but it cannot be found that way. To understand God and oneself, one must attend satsaṅg and study the scriptures. Yoga is the union of the self with the Cosmic Self. All who take physical form, even God, must endure certain sufferings according to cosmic law. We are here due to our karma, while God incarnates by free decision, yet He too must accept difficulties, sometimes due to curses. Even a great devotee like Nārada once cursed Viṣṇu, causing Him to incarnate again. This occurs when one's intellect becomes confused. We must always pray for positive intellect.
"If the self is searching for the self somewhere, we will never find it anywhere."
"The difference between us and God is that we came to the world because of our karma, and He came according to His own decision."

10:00 - 10:44 (44 min)
The Guru brings light to darkness, incarnating to liberate devotees and unite them in divine light. This Diwali commemorates Lord Rama's return, symbolizing the inner lamp Guru ignites within each heart through mantra and devotion. That flame must burn eternally, like the continuous lamp in the ashram. The Guru built this sacred space not for himself but for future generations; our duty is to preserve it. His grace alone is the disciple's auspiciousness.
"The Guru is the one who brings light to darkness."
"Once lit, that dīpa should not go out."

The truth is tapas
10:50 - 11:56 (66 min)

13:05 - 13:57 (52 min)
Satsang with Vishwaguruji, summer retreat in Strilky Ashram, Czech Republic. There are different levels of our being such as: Atma, Jivatma, consciousness/awareness, mind, emotion, senses, desires, physical body and energy body. There is an inner balancing mechanism to distribute energy to the whole body. With proper inner engineering we should avoid destroying our system. We need healthy seasonal eating and enhanced practice such as Pranayam.
Mansik Puja to Vishwaguruji
14:05 - 14:31 (26 min)

14:35 - 15:03 (28 min)

15:10 - 15:43 (33 min)

15:50 - 16:15 (25 min)

16:20 - 16:40 (20 min)

16:45 - 17:32 (47 min)

18:25 - 18:56 (31 min)

The same light lits in all of us
19:00 - 19:44 (44 min)

Active and passive meditation
20:20 - 21:14 (54 min)

This world is a mortal field of action where all that is born will die and all that is created will be destroyed. It is also a living planet, a home for countless creatures, not just humans. The path of the human
3:20 - 4:22 (62 min)

Around The World - Vegetarianism and top sport, Part 3
5:00 - 5:23 (23 min)
We prepare two distinct meals for athletes. The first is whole wheat pasta with sauce and a green salad for endurance. The second is vegetables with fava beans and tofu for muscle building. Both include a milkshake. For athletes, avoid sugar; use raisins or dried fruit. Use minimal water and oil. Start cooking harder vegetables first. Season lightly with Himalayan salt, tamari, and spices like cumin and turmeric for digestion. Add leafy herbs at the end to preserve aroma. The milkshake combines nuts, cottage cheese, milk, and natural sweeteners. It serves as a protein-rich energy source. Brewer's yeast can be added for B12.

Self is happiness
7:15 - 7:53 (38 min)

15:00 - 15:54 (54 min)

16:00 - 16:44 (44 min)
The Guru brings light to darkness, incarnating to liberate devotees and unite them in divine light. This Diwali commemorates Lord Rama's return, symbolizing the inner lamp Guru ignites within each heart through mantra and devotion. That flame must burn eternally, like the continuous lamp in the ashram. The Guru built this sacred space not for himself but for future generations; our duty is to preserve it. His grace alone is the disciple's auspiciousness.
"The Guru is the one who brings light to darkness."
"Once lit, that dīpa should not go out."

The truth is tapas
16:50 - 17:56 (66 min)

Mansik Puja to Vishwaguruji
20:05 - 20:31 (26 min)

20:35 - 21:03 (28 min)

21:10 - 21:43 (33 min)

21:50 - 22:15 (25 min)

22:20 - 22:40 (20 min)

22:45 - 23:32 (47 min)
