Awakening of Kundalini

Evening satsang with Vishwaguruji from Tbilisi, Georgia. Energy is circulating in the whole body and controlling our whole being. Manipura chakra is there where our life begins. The first human was born in the Himalayas and the whole Himalaya was the kingdom of Lord Shiva. To be born as a human is the last milestone in the development of consciousness.

God is the father of all creatures

Spirituality is rich food for development, not easily digested but granting health and happiness. Satsaṅg clarifies doubts through discussion of the divine, beyond all dualities of form or belief. God is one, whether perceived as personal or impersonal; the impersonal is the ātmā, where non-duality is knowledge. Seeing God's light in every creature is essential—loving them is loving God. A mantra is a seed requiring cultivation. Two seekers received a seed to safeguard. One stored it statically, and it was lost; the other planted it, nurtured it, and harvested abundance. The true disciple actively cultivates the seed in the field of the heart, clearing thorns of doubt and stones of ego, watering it with devotion. Practice is essential; theory is insufficient. Yoga supports the body for spiritual life, distinct from mere sport. Purify inner desires like passion and anger, cultivating good qualities like righteousness and discernment. Human life is for giving love and removing fear. Live in the present, without expectation, and forgive the past. "Where there is duality, there is ignorance. Where there is non-duality, there is oneness; there is knowledge." "Tons of theory are nothing compared to a gram of practice."

The way out from the cave of this World

The cave symbolizes the soul's journey from primal simplicity through spiritual seeking to ultimate liberation. Ancient nature was pristine and abundant, a direct manifestation of the Divine Mother. Humans were happier with less, finding palaces in natural caves whose pyramid-like shape held energy for health and long life. This was a time of spiritual focus, not religion. Yet, existence was not entirely safe, and some caves held negative energy. Over time, individual ego corrupted pure teachings into divisive religions, creating conflict where mutual understanding is needed. The human body itself is a cave, and the individual soul is lost within the cycle of birth and death across millions of life forms. Attaining human life is a rare chance for liberation. This freedom comes from cultivating divine consciousness through compassion, recognizing the needs and love in all beings. One must purify the inner channels through practice to end suffering and help others. "Understand everyone’s pain doesn’t matter, human or animal." "The holy person is one who understands others and loves them."

Searching for the Guru

The body is a divine vehicle for the soul's journey. A disciple suffered severe brain damage and paralysis from an accident. Years later, a second accident caused further injury, with doctors offering a dire prognosis. A spiritual teacher was urgently summoned to the hospital's intensive care unit, where access is typically restricted. The teacher arrived, and the disciple, while in a coma, perceived a profound light entering his being during the teacher's blessing. This experience is held as a testament to the miraculous potential of yoga and complete devotion. The physical form is a wondrous coach pulled by the ten senses, with the intellect as the reins and the soul as the king within. This intricate body, a divine miracle no scientist can replicate, operates with profound intelligence, like the heart's ceaseless labor. True yoga involves exploring this inner universe through practice, expanding consciousness, and surrendering to grace. One must discover and share their unique talents; otherwise, these gifts are lost. The highest practice is satsang and offering a heart full of devotion. "By the blessing of Gurudeva, He is the Supreme; everything He can do. But there should be complete confidence, devotion, and surrender." "This body—some aspects we understand, and some we do not. No scientist can do that; it is a God-made world, and that is God's work. It is a miracle."

Questions to Gurudev

Spiritual practice is an immeasurable inner process, not a quantifiable study. It cultivates humility and compassion, guided by the principle of non-violence: do not do to others what you dislike for yourself. Techniques like seeing auras are mere toys compared to this core development. Liberation is the culmination of lifelong practice, realized fully at life's end when no new karma is created. In physical practice, correct breathing is typically through the nostrils, though specific techniques may vary. Maintain total devotion and focus in your practice, as you would when driving. If confronted by overwhelming energy during meditation, you must seek to control it, for instance by opening your eyes and moving. "To see the aura, to do this or that, is all for your contentment. There is an inner process, you know, that you cannot measure." "Practice and practice and practice. Perfect mokṣa will be the last minutes of life. Because then there is no chance to do any karma."

Around the world - Practice in Ukraine

Begin the practice of āsanas, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Close the eyes and attune to the practice. Scan and relax the entire body. Observe the complete yogic breath. The first āsana is Ānanda Āsana, the posture of relaxation. Lie down comfortably and consciously relax each part of the body. Physical relaxation leads to spiritual relaxation. This posture must be performed at the beginning and end of every session. Next, train in abdominal breathing by placing a hand on the abdomen and observing its movement. Conscious abdominal breathing leads to relaxation and improves circulation. Practice stretching the body by extending the limbs in rhythm with the breath. This releases accumulated tension. Perform head turns and twists while lying down to increase spinal mobility and harmonize the breath. Always observe the effect of each exercise. Move through shoulder exercises while standing to relax and strengthen the joints. Shift body weight from leg to leg to strengthen muscles and improve balance. Conclude by returning to Ānanda Āsana. Scan the body and observe the deepening relaxation. Gradually conclude the practice by moving the fingers and toes. Rise carefully, always moving from lying down through a transitional seated position. "Physical relaxation leads to spiritual relaxation."
