Meditation

Meditation is the spontaneous state of oneness with the Self, not a practice of concentration. The soul searches for its destination within. Coming home to oneself after daily duties is meditation. It cannot be forced, just as sleep cannot be forced by trying. Concentration on objects or thoughts is merely preparation. True meditation is like the unknowable moment of falling asleep, a natural arrival. The dream state reveals one's personal reality, which can be consciously mastered through training. Maintaining a single technique is essential, as changing methods creates disturbance. The guided practice is concentration, a step toward the distant goal of spontaneous meditation. "Meditation is that which you cannot practice. But it comes from itself." "The dream is your reality." Filming locations: Cherkasy, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine.

Preserving good health

Health begins with the elements of space (Ākāśa) and air (Vāyu). Modern life, with refrigeration and processed foods, leads us to consume dead, out-of-season food lacking life energy, which causes illness. We exist within and are sustained by space; it is the fundamental emptiness within the body, like in nostrils or intestines, where there is no pain. This internal space requires the support of air. We inhale and exhale air, which purifies the body, yet we pollute it by living in sealed rooms and using pesticides. Illnesses enter through these polluted spaces and air. Purification is achieved through prāṇāyāma, conscious breathing that cleanses the entire body. Our skin also breathes, but we block its pores with oils and creams. To be healthy, we must eat fresh, seasonal food cooked at home, live in naturally ventilated spaces with earth-based materials, and regularly connect with the earth. Our artificial environments and habits are the true causes of disease. "If you put a dead body in a fridge and after some days, months, or years you bring it out, do you think it is alive? The soul is gone. Similarly, it doesn’t matter if it is a vegetable or anything else." "This air and space, these two, are the cause of illnesses. The space is not purposely becoming polluted. And air also doesn’t become polluted, but this is what we humans are doing." Filming location: Cherkasy, Ukraine

The Soul and the Guru

Receiving a guru's guidance is life's supreme gift, creating a duty to nurture the future. Hearing sacred teachings signifies past good karma. A guru's presence confirms this fortune. Following these teachings transforms life, an unexplainable spiritual magic. This gathering is not by chance; only seeds in good soil bear worthy fruit. The young practitioners demonstrate yoga's future; they are tomorrow's culture. Their direction determines the world's path. Upholding tradition is a sacred duty. Parents are the first gurus, shaping the child like clay. Education in wisdom, love, and yoga is the primary responsibility. Various teachers appear, but the spiritual master provides ultimate guidance. The physical body is temporary, like water in a palm. The eternal soul seeks purpose. True fulfillment comes from creating good karma. One must seek a genuine master within an authentic lineage. The real guru is singular, like one father and mother. Do not hurry or seek miracles. Hold to your roots. Water the roots to sustain the entire tree. "only the grain that gets into the land of the righteous gives fruits worthy of the one who planted it." "Children are the culture of tomorrow; children are the success of tomorrow." Filming locations: Cherkasy, Cherkasy Oblast, Ukraine.

The fire element

The fire element is crucial for spiritual and physical health. Fire represents both divine light and destructive forces within us. The light of wisdom brings peace, harmony, and positive thoughts, creating a beautiful spiritual atmosphere. Without this light, darkness and ignorance lead to depression and blaming others. Anger is a negative fire that burns consciousness, and modern burnout stems from this inner pressure. Various sacred fires exist: the crematorium's fire, the altar's divine light, and ceremonial fires for foundations, housewarmings, and marriages. These Agni rituals establish harmony; neglecting them invites discord. Digestive fire, jāṭharāgni, governs physical health and temperature. All illness begins in the elemental space. Maintaining the five elements through yogic principles is essential for good health, recognizing God in all things. "Do not do any mistakes. For example, you drink poison and think, 'Afterwards, I will do good things.' But after this poison, it has killed you already." "When you give a donation, it is not yours anymore. And if you give, and then you are giving some commentary, then you are giving good things, it is not anymore valid for your good." Filming location: Cherkasy, Ukraine
