Make a path through the forest

The path from theoretical knowledge to spiritual realization requires dedicated practice. The body is polluted by environment, food, and lifestyle, necessitating purification through techniques like Agnisāra and Nauli. Two paths exist: Lakṣyatī, the path of aim and practice, and Vācārtī, the path of speaking and theoretical study. Mere reading of scriptures, without practice, creates conflict between knowledge and action and does not lead to realization. Spiritual success demands a clear, sattvic path pursued with independence, as many companions will fall away. Theoretical knowledge alone is like collecting ingredients but never eating the meal. True wisdom comes not from endless reading but from realizing the essence within, which is embodied in the sacred scripture itself as the living Guru. Practice purifies body, mind, and consciousness, awakening energy through correct application. "Pothā paḍh paḍh jug bhaiyā, paṇḍit bhaiyā na koī, dhāī akṣhar prem kā, paḍe so paṇḍit hoī." "Guru Granth Ko Janiye... know thyself that this holy book is not a book but the embodiment of the Guru."

Around the world - Opening of new YIDL center in Nadlac, Romania

Morning satsang with Vishwaguruji from Nadlac, Romania.

Protect Nature and be truthful

The union of mind, body, and spirit is universal love. All 8.4 million creatures—in water, on earth, in space—are the light of one God. Every creature has parents and children who love them. Ants feel the same pain we feel. A mother’s pain is the same, whether animal or human. The tree is a mother, giving oxygen, fruits, shelter to millions. Rain falls on everything without difference, like God. God gave you hands, legs, eyes, health—you are not poor. Yoga needs discipline now, not tomorrow. Give up killing animals. Yoga brings physical, mental, social, spiritual health. Practice āsanas and prāṇāyāma for a healthy life. Do not judge others. Support someone and your mistakes purify. If you cause pain, that karma returns. Love all creatures, not just your family. Human life has one milestone to heaven; miss it and fall back. "God said, 'Careful, the first stone will that one throw who is not a sinner.'" "Love your next one, means all creatures, all creatures." Filming location: Nadlac, Romania

The sounds of AUM and RAM

The sound Aum and the movement of prāṇa are central to awakening inner energy. All language begins from the single center of the navel. The letter 'A' emanates from there, and 'R' returns to touch it, creating a cycle of expansion and contraction. In Kundalini science, one inhaled breath divides into ten prāṇas that energize the body. Chanting Aum is a Kriya Yoga practice. We expand into the universe with 'A' and contract, bringing the 'M' back to the navel. This awakens the Kundalini Śakti, moving energy from the navel to the heart, to the throat, to the brow center, and up to the crown, receiving the nectar of immortality. The cycle then brings this energy back down to the navel. By following this resonance, one purifies the body and connects with the universal energy. "By chanting Aum, we are awakening that Kuṇḍalinī Śakti, coming from the navel to the heart, from the heart to the vocal cord, lightening in the Ājñā Cakra." "Relax and close your eyes. Concentrate on the resonance. The vibration—through that resonance, you hear with your ears."

Give further what you have

The teacher's duty is to transmit the pure knowledge of yoga. A tree is planted from a tasted fruit, requiring care to bear fruit for others. Enjoying yoga's fruit necessitates planting its seed for students. Discipline is required, as knowledge unshared is lost at death. The system is like parenthood or education; a teacher must impart their faculty or the student and knowledge are lost. Theory must become practice, passing higher knowledge to students. Yoga maintains health through daily, non-competitive scientific movement, substituting postures for equal benefit. Diet is discipline; the tongue's taste and sexual desire are the two strongest, uncontrollable senses. Disease can originate from parental habits and genes, but yoga purifies the body to stop this transmission. The practice of Bāṛīkhaṭu Praṇām recycles energy, transforming body and consciousness. Food should be natural and vegetarian; consuming meat transfers the animal's fear and disease. Prayers and postures like Vajrāsana remove negative energy from food. This posture connects to the solar plexus, drawing energy to the brain and improving concentration. Practice perfects the transmission. "Yoga needs discipline. So, if you are a practitioner—even if some may go out or criticize—you are on the path because you have tasted that fruit and wish to give it further." "If you do not give this higher knowledge to your students, then this knowledge is lost. Finished. You die, and it is gone."

The origin of Yoga

Yoga is the science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul. It is the ancient principle of balance between consciousness and space, which is the true yoga beyond mere exercise. Creation began from the resonance of Oṁ, manifesting light and Śiva, from whom all multiplicity arises. Life is sustained by the elemental fire of hunger, where life consumes life. Humans, distinct among 8.4 million creatures, possess intellect and are bound by karma; every action yields a reaction, perpetuating the cycle of birth and death. The purpose is to transcend this cycle through righteous action, harming none, thereby enlightening the soul to unite with the cosmic Self. For the body, practice gentle postures and breath daily to ensure health and awaken inner energy. Consistent practice is essential, as time can be allocated from one's day for this vital discipline. "Yoga is a science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul." "Every action has behind it a reaction, and when you take the reaction, it will be again an action."
