The Union of Love and Vision: An Oasis in the Desert

Yoga is the uniting principle of balance, harmony, and peace. This principle is as ancient as the universe itself, arising from the interplay of cosmic space and consciousness. From this divine resonance, the five elements and all life emerged, governed by the dual forces of positivity and negativity. Humanity was endowed with intellect and compassion to be a protector and liberator within this creation. True peace is realized not through conflict but by cultivating inner knowledge and love, recognizing the universal soul within all beings. The path involves tolerance, respect, and understanding in daily life, using kind words and compassionate actions. World peace begins with individual inner peace, achieved through self-inquiry and meditation. "Yoga means balance, harmony, and unity. Where there is balance, harmony, and unity, there is perfect peace." "Jñāna, knowledge brings peace; ignorance brings fight." Filming location: Alexandria, USA

Satsang for the occasion of Guruji's Birthday

Divine incarnations manifest to guide humanity, yet recognition often comes too late. The fortunate realize the Master's presence in life, avoiding later regret. Service under the banyan tree was a profound spiritual discipline, involving predawn hymns, collecting alms, and meticulous cleaning, all performed with surrendered joy. This labor was divine communion, where fatigue vanished in the Master's energy. True devotion is tested through humble service and the dissolution of ego, as illustrated by the parable where even the divine submits completely. The outer ashram's harmony reflects one's inner state. Value those who correct your faults, for they help remove the heavy rocks of pride and doubt obstructing the spiritual path. "This tree knows what Mahāprabhujī was, and this tree knows how fortunate I was that I was mostly in the service of our Divine Lord." "Please keep on correcting me lifelong, Gurudev. Your blessings should be there." Filming locations: Alexandria, Washington, USA.

The Influence of Nutrition on Life

Our nourishment directly influences our consciousness and life. Creation arises from the union of Puruṣa, cosmic consciousness, and Prakṛti, matter, linked by Prāṇa. When matter is pure, prāṇa is pure and connected to cosmic consciousness. Taking a physical body introduces impurities, disturbances, and ignorance, making us feel like separate individuals. Cosmic laws govern existence. The highest is Ahiṃsā, non-violence. Every action has a karmic reaction. Therefore, yogis advise vegetarianism. It aligns with non-violence and avoids absorbing the individual vibrations present in animal prāṇa. Plants have less differentiated consciousness, offering purer prāṇa. Modern food modification diminishes both nutrients and prāṇa. A balanced vegetarian diet with fresh, organic, and minimally processed foods best supports purity across all our energy layers, the kośas, aiding our return to unity with cosmic consciousness. "Prāṇa unites consciousness with Prakṛti." "As long as we have slaughterhouses, we will have battlefields." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

A Retreat in Hungary: Reflections on the Upaniṣads and Spiritual Stories

The Upaniṣads are the essence of the Vedas, requiring one to sit at the master's feet and understand with the heart, not the intellect. Self-realization needs both knowledge and devotion, like a bird needs two wings. The ego is strong, making obedience to the Guru's instructions difficult. Spiritual growth often involves searching outside ourselves for what is only found within. Stories illustrate these truths. Education and guidance are vital, as is helping one another. Practice must combine Karma Yoga to cut the ego, followed by the discipline of Rāja Yoga. Trust in the Guru is paramount, and all teachings ultimately point inward. "The Upaniṣads are the essence of the Vedas. 'Upaniṣad' means to sit at the feet of your master and to listen." "A bird can only fly if it has two wings. It is the same with us. We need knowledge to understand why we are doing our sādhanā. We need to understand how we can grow in bhakti." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The Timeless Wisdom of the Vedas and the Dynamics of Life

The timeless wisdom of the Vedas addresses the unchanging principles of the universe, unlike modern science which evolves with time. Vedic science speaks of fundamental, timeless elements like Agni and Soma, representing convertible matter and energy. This wisdom applies to life's dynamics, such as the interplay between the male principle of Brahm, which is free, and the female principle of Māyā, the active energy that encircles and gives form to creation for the purpose of union. Human life is precious because it holds the unique potential to rise to the divine. This potential is realized by understanding and navigating desires, which are the operation of Māyā. Life is governed at the emotional heart level, not the intellect. True interpersonal connection and spiritual progress require surrendering the ego and learning to love, which is the essence of bhakti. One must dissolve desires, not suppress them, to cross the barriers Māyā creates and fulfill life's purpose before the body expires. This path involves meditation to be present and to understand the dualities inherent in existence. "Modern science changes with time. But the wisdom in the Vedas is for all times to come." "Human life is important because human beings have the potential to rise to the capacity of Bhagavān Himself or Herself." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

A Gathering in Vépr

A profound societal shift is challenging the natural foundations of love and family. A mother's inability to feel love for her unborn child signifies a deep crisis. Society is governed by women at its core, yet modern influences are distorting essential roles. Educated mothers now participate in female feticide, seeking to avoid passing on perceived suffering. The purpose of marriage extends far beyond procreation; it is the Gṛhastha āśrama designed for mutual spiritual growth over a lifetime, ultimately transforming worldly affection into devotion. Contentment requires understanding and dissolving unrealistic desires, then distributing surplus. Dreams are a vital spiritual tool; we must learn their symbolic language to receive guidance from higher energies. Media, as a business, often fails its educational duty by fostering unnecessary desires. "Love cannot be created." "The major purpose of marriage is to spend those 50 or 60 years in harmony and in spiritual growth, so that we can cross the barriers of the death and rebirth cycle." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The Value of Human Life and the Purpose of Practice

Spiritual practice reveals the true value of human life and its mission. Human life is a rare opportunity to awaken inner qualities beyond mere animal functions. Devotion to spiritual practice, not just theoretical knowledge, leads to success. Reflecting daily on being human, its meaning, and its purpose protects against wrong actions. The mission of human life is to protect, serve, and realize the divine within. An unbroken life-energy flows from the first seed of creation through all beings, carrying purpose. Living by external information creates false masks; true wisdom arises from within. Happiness comes through giving, and the divine potential resides equally in every heart. "Tons of theory is nothing compared to a gram of practice." "All those who believe in giving will always be smiling. All those who believe in taking will always have gloomy faces." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Summer seminar in Vep (5/13)

The divine presence is love, manifest in all things. Practice is superior to intellectual discussion. God is omnipresent, existing in every atom and creature as universal, equal love. This love is best approached through a personal form for easier connection. Negative thoughts return to harm the thinker, just as a boomerang returns. Spiritual gatherings are for purification; attend as you are. The core of any spiritual work is consistent practice, not theoretical debate. Utilize time for sādhanā, mantra, and mauna. "God is love and love is God." "Tons of theories, nothing compared with a gram of practice." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Summer seminar in Vep (2/13)

Āsana is a comfortable seat for meditation, not merely physical exercise. It creates a protective personal space for practice. Patañjali defined yoga as the cessation of mental fluctuations, which occurs in deep sleep and meditation. A steady, motionless body allows the mind to become still, like calm water in a stable glass. Physical mastery leads to contentment, or śāntoṣa, the greatest inner wealth. True happiness arises from accepting one's destiny without greed. The ultimate devotion is Īśvara Praṇidhāna, surrendering all actions and attachments to the divine. All material possessions become as dust when one possesses inner contentment and dedicates life to the higher Self. "Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ." "Jab āy santosh dhan, sab dhan dhul samān." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Summer seminar in Vep (1/13)

The path of devotion is essential, for without love the world is barren. Human love is limited, but a greater universal love flows through all creation and the prayers of saints. Destructive forces within must be understood: attachment, jealousy, passion, anger, pride, greed, delusion, and ego. Among these, attachment manifests both as artistic resonance and as spiritual bondage. The first step on the spiritual protocol is satsaṅg. It purifies the inner instrument and awakens discernment, clarifying one's aim for God-realization. The individual consciousness longs for union, to merge with the supreme consciousness, which requires surrendering individual qualities. Satsaṅg is the truth and the school for humanity's divine development; it is the greatest necessity. Karma yoga, performed selflessly, burns past impressions. Engage in work while repeating the divine name for double benefit. The planet needs universal love—care, respect, and oneness. "Without devotion, without Bhakti, you cannot achieve your goal, or you cannot come closer or near to God." "Satsaṅg is the truth. Satsaṅg is a school of humanity." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Summer seminar in Vep (4/13)

The essence of spiritual practice is the mantra, the sustaining thread that holds all other practices together. Without it, a practitioner becomes lost. This personal mantra is the breath and soul of sādhanā, a torchlight in darkness. True spiritual awareness begins with a thirst, leading one to practice and gradually to deeper states of consciousness. Do not compare teachings or create conflict; ancient knowledge remains ever fresh and is our supportive evidence. The ultimate aim is Jñāna Yoga, the yoga of wisdom and self-knowledge. It rests on viveka, the discernment between the eternal truth and the transient world. The primary obstacles are the inner afflictions like attachment and aversion. By realizing the inner treasure of virtues, one cultivates dispassion. The soul then becomes free, attaining a state of supreme, non-dual consciousness beyond all qualities and distinctions. "Without soul, the body will be declared as a dead body. Mantra is a torchlight to walk through the darkness." "Brahmanandam param sukhadam kevalam jñānamūrtim. The supreme bliss is a form of knowledge only." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice

Renunciation is the pillar of spiritual life. Our attachments, anger, and jealousy will not accompany us after death; we must prepare to renounce them now. A monk living on a pillar taught that to gain eternal life, one must give everything away through charity. True renunciation means sacrificing not just material things but also inner emotions like hate and jealousy, which only torture us and shorten our life. Material love, while good, becomes painful and must be transformed into eternal love within the heart. Selfishness causes suffering; we must realize our fundamental oneness with all. Do not give children toy weapons, as this reflects a failure to educate them with true love and spiritual values, like the child Prahlāda who taught others devotion. Our duty is to love, respect, and help others without blame, for in the end, nothing goes with us. "Who knows who will be with us or not at the next Kumbh Melā? Nothing will go with us." "Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Even a stupid man can become wise by the continuous practice

Practice makes perfect through constant, loving effort, transforming even a dull mind into wisdom. Just as a rope, by repeated motion, cuts a groove into solid stone, so does persistent practice carve skill and knowledge. Conversely, indulging in blame and unhappiness moves one in the wrong direction. The choice is in our hands. A 103-year-old woman attributes her vitality to yoga, sharing her master's mantra: "Use it or lose it." Therefore, do not create an unpleasant atmosphere within yourself through your own thinking. "Through constant, loving practice, even a dull-minded person can become wise and knowledgeable." "Use it or lose it. There is yoga, do it." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

With inner peace for the world peace

Rakṣābandhan symbolizes the promise of protection and respect between brothers and sisters, a tradition for societal harmony. It is celebrated on the full moon day. This practice is for the protection of human society, where accepting someone as a sister or brother is a sacred bond akin to a blood relation, precluding marital intentions. The spiritual path of Sanātana Dharma respects all religions and cultures. Yoga in Daily Life is a global model of tolerance and understanding, needing more teachers to spread its practice. Recent travels involved promoting "Inner Peace for World Peace" in America, where there is a thirst for authentic yoga. The world faces challenges, with some questioning why to be good, highlighting the need for parents to educate children in humanity and environmental protection. The youth in our union exemplify health and concentration. Constant spiritual work is essential, as free time can lead to idle thoughts. "They also have seen you all through the internet or webcast, and I must tell you if it is true or not, they said you are very good people." "When someone has free time, then one is thinking stupid things." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Yoga gives Hapiness to Body, Mind and Soul

The call is to awaken from spiritual sleep. You came to yoga seeking harmony for body, mind, and soul. This is the stated goal. Yet, the promised transformation has not occurred. The problem is not with yoga, which is the divine principle of universal balance. The problem lies within. Where there is indulgence and attachment, there is illness. Yoga dispels these, just as sunlight dispels darkness or fresh air clears a fogged window. But you cling to your desires. Human life is meant for realizing the Self and attaining the knowledge of immortality. Without this knowledge, one remains like an animal. Time is passing. Every lost moment is gone forever. You suffer because you are entangled in the world of illusion, where fear and conflict reign. The only true refuge is in divine grace and sincere devotion. Surrender completely. Pray with a pure heart, and liberation from this chain of suffering is possible. "Either yoga is not that which can give you harmony, or you didn’t understand; it didn’t touch your heart yet." "Human life is given to collect and realize knowledge."

The Guru, the Disciple, and the Awakening of Kuṇḍalinī

The supreme Satguru is the essential power for awakening and liberation. A true guru established in Brahman is revered as the very form of the divine. The blessing of such a guru spontaneously dispels inner darkness, awakening the kuṇḍalinī śakti from its base. Mere listening to discourse is insufficient; one must practice diligently. This energy, present in all creation, rises through the cakras, purifying the being and merging individual consciousness with the universal. Impure diet and negative mental states like anger and worry obstruct this flow and harm health, shortening life. Fear, especially from consuming animals, introduces disease and distances one from the divine. To clear obstructions, practice specific prāṇāyāma techniques with humility and care. Correct guidance is essential, as one who is bound cannot free another. "Such a Gurudev is said to be greater than Rāma and Kṛṣṇa; who could be greater than Bhagavān Rāma and Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa?" "When you yourself have acknowledged, O King, that you are bound in bondage, how will you liberate others?" Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

The Youth for Sustainable Future

The future is shaped by what the mature generation passes to the young. You cannot expect from children anything other than what you give them. The educational system and family upbringing determine a child's capacity for expression. True communication is learned through practice and requires attentive feedback, not harsh reactions. Self-understanding is essential for societal transformation, yet this knowledge is often absent from conventional education. Unconscious choices lead to disorder and suffering. Engage with the world mindfully, recognizing the consciousness in all beings. Value direct experience and reflection over mere consumption. "You cannot expect from the children anything different than what you give them." "First, we would like to draw your attention to the awareness of animals. This creation lives life just as we do." Filming locations: Zlín, Zlín Region, Czech Republic

Mental food

Yoga is a science of body, mind, consciousness, and soul. It is a holistic practice for health and union. Illness first manifests in the subtle psychic body before reflecting in the physical form, making prevention essential. Health is the primary wealth and requires a disciplined life, including conscious eating. Nourishment comes not only from physical food but also from mental peace, harmonious relationships, and positive thinking. Yoga teaches a relationship with oneself, which fosters harmony with the surrounding world. Its exercises improve digestion, circulation, and glandular systems, leading to mental calmness. Yoga is not about extreme postures but a comfortable, practical science of union. Practice is paramount over theory. Specific advice includes weekly fasting, not eating after sunset, daily physical and breath exercises, walking, and an organic vegetarian diet. The human body is a precious vehicle for achieving divine consciousness and peace, distinguishing humans as messengers of God through positive qualities. "Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health." "Yoga means union—union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness."

Repeat the mantra

This is a serious place of discipline for purification and self-realization. A mantra repeated consistently purifies the inner instrument, the antaḥkaraṇa. The mind is purified, allowing spiritual thoughts. Intellect is dual: negative leads to suffering; positive leads to liberation. Unpurified consciousness is like fog, creating clouds of doubt and jealousy that cause spiritual accidents. The first awakening is to see the divine light in all beings. One must then guard the mind's borders against negativity. Without this vigilance, negative influences enter like a cancer. Early recognition requires seeking the company of truth. Success demands personal discipline. Yoga begins with discipline. Neglecting discipline returns one to suffering. Human intellect must understand life's purpose and follow principles. The weakest point is attachment, like to food. True discipline means mental and physical observance. If animals can fast with discipline, humans must excel. Discipline makes one perfect; it is the highest practice. One must have a personal vow and never break that promise to oneself. Life can bring unimaginable trials; mastering them with wisdom makes one a hero. Worldly attachment is the greatest enemy. Longing for God is the cure. Many saints achieved realization through strict discipline. Love for truth must change you. "While repeating the name of God, sin is destroyed." "Yoga begins with discipline."

Viveka

Consuming spiritual truth requires discipline and viveka, or discernment. Knowledge is difficult to integrate, unlike other consumables. The holy seat, Vyāsa Gaḍī, represents the channel for divine speech, where protocol is to speak only what is spiritually good for all. To be an instrument means to be used by a higher will, which requires firmness and internal clarity. A story illustrates this: a snake, having taken a vow of non-violence from a master, was being abused. The master instructed it to hiss to protect itself, teaching that discipline and dignity must be maintained with discernment. Another story tells of a sādhu who repeatedly built and dismantled a hut to demonstrate that persistent work and unwavering self-confidence lead to success. Spiritual growth is like a banyan tree, developing strong aerial roots over time through continuous effort. Fixed ideas and attachments are hard to remove, yet one must remain humble without surrendering self-respect. Self-discipline is the key. "Please reside in my heart; enlighten my intellect. May the Saraswati, the wisdom of my language, be strong." "I told you not to bite. I told you not to frighten them. So if someone comes near to you, you frighten them."

Cooking is a vital art and a foundational life skill. Proper food is medicine for the body, sustaining the connection between body and soul. Modern habits of packaged and fast food lead to illness and disharmony within the body's systems. Healthy cooking requires knowledge of ingredients, combinations, and timing to preserve nutrients. One must understand which foods and spices complement each other and which do not. Eating should follow a natural biorhythm, as improper timing disrupts health. The quality of food directly influences the quality and length of life. "Good eating keeps the body and soul together, and when there is no good cooking, good food keeps the soul together." "Eating—you eat what you are, and that is very important."

The Imperative of Daily Practice

A call to serious, daily yoga practice is essential for health and purification. Many appear as practitioners but do not practice consistently at home, leading to physical problems. The body naturally produces vikāras (illnesses) and is dominated by the tamas and rajas guṇas. A sāttvic body, free from vikāra, must be cultivated through disciplined effort. When the body is impure, the mind and intellect become clouded with negative thoughts and dullness. This obscures one's reality. Therefore, consistent practice of āsana, prāṇāyāma, and cleansing techniques is the only means of thorough purification. Daily discipline, along with seasonal Śaṅkha Prakṣālana and weekly Kuñjalakriyā, prevents health issues. Diet must also become sāttvic, avoiding meat and eggs, while learning how and when to eat properly. The foundation is purifying āhāra (diet), vihāra (recreation), ācāra (behavior), and vicāra (thought). "Practicing means at home, not just here. Here, you are only learning." "When the body is not healthy, when it is full of vikāras, then the thoughts are also full of vikāras." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Genesis

The world is a field of change where every thought and action plants a seed of karma. Our emotions connect deeply to situations, creating vibrations of happiness or sorrow. The planet and life itself are a perfect, designed architecture. All existence is the source of our life; to protect it is to be protected. The soul manifests in a body, driven by forces like hunger, and all must pass through the door of death. This cycle of birth and death continues through actions, especially violence. The human intellect possesses viveka, the discerning principle to see truth. Use this viveka to choose non-violence, for causing pain to any creature is sin and creates bad karma. All worldly happiness is temporary and ends. What is eternal is the unchanging Cosmic Self, beyond this world of change. Reduce sin through good deeds and overcome inner, unbearable pain by seeking help, never resorting to suicide. In critical times, show equanimity and forgiveness. Do not act impulsively; meditate and remain peaceful, maintaining faith. "Through that, you will be happy, and you will be able to avoid unpleasant situations in your life." "Whatever seeds you sow in your field, like that you will harvest; the harvest is our destiny. And the seed is our karma."

Disciplin

The seer is the truth, not the dream. A story tells of thieves who removed a thorn; to do so, one must first remove the finger from the ear. This illustrates that to perceive truth, one must first relinquish attachment. Many are slaves to superficial knowledge, seeing only the skin, not the content within. Life itself is the truth witnessed by the inner self. To reach this truth, renounce selfishness, greed, anger, and jealousy. Establish a simple discipline, such as not eating after sunset. Most take vows they cannot keep, but true discipline arises from sattva, or purity. Adherence to principle is required for success. "Who has seen, that is the truth. This life is the truth. Not the dream is the truth. The truth is the seer." "Humans understand the principles, and if you don’t follow the discipline, you can’t be successful."

Kindness

The water here is beneficial and should be taken home in plastic bottles, as its strength can break glass. Accommodations are generously provided despite not being patients. Carefulness is essential, as accidents occur without warning. This place serves for rehabilitation with a strict regimen. You are welcomed, and arrangements are made for your comfort. We discuss understanding others, not just oneself. A community member was injured in an accident, reminding us to be mindful with every step. We are among patients from many places. "An accident never warns us before; that is why it is called an accident." "Carefulness doesn’t cost anything. And carelessness can cost even our life."

Purnima satsang

Human life is a singular, precious opportunity for spiritual awakening within the cosmic cycle. The universe operates under one law, with all beings part of a circulation through 8.4 million life forms. This human form contains the immortal divine light, but this truth is forgotten, causing suffering. The human intellect is a powerful tool requiring spiritual, ethical, and moral education. Without spirituality, a person is incomplete. The greatest tragedy is to die without God-realization, wasting this sole chance. Awakened consciousness respects all life as representations of God. Negative qualities like anger and greed are not human but animalistic. Modern distractions erode spiritual practice and family bonds. Strong attachments, like stretching cheese, eventually break, freeing the soul. Only spiritual realization allows one to transcend the cycle of rebirth and death. "The most terrible tragedy which will happen is that we will die without God-realization." "Human qualities are understanding, forgiveness, love, support, contentment, beauty, spirituality, divinity, God." Filming locations: Jalan Ashram, India.

Rishi

The human condition is defined by ignorance and distraction, leading to pollution, fear, and conflict. Peace requires addressing greed and awakening spiritual consciousness. Current education leads humanity astray, fostering competition and violence instead of love and responsibility. All living beings contain the divine light; separation is an illusion. Personal transformation through spiritual practice is essential. Collective conscious action can change the age from one of iron to one of truth. "All living creatures represent God because the light of God is in every living being." "Peace begins from our own heart. Charity begins at home."

Prashad

The natural way of life is being lost through cruelty to animals. Separating any creature from its young is a profound crime, as all beings possess deep familial bonds and memory. This violence creates suffering that echoes through generations, much like inherited familial patterns. True spirituality and understanding of divine reality depend on how one lives, especially in behavior toward others. Compassion is the foundation. A story illustrates that blessings from the holy are not about quantity but the divine quality imbued within even the smallest offering. "To separate children from their parents is a big crime, no matter the species." "It is not the quantity of prasāda that matters, but the quality."

The Lotus of the Earth: The Mūlādhāra Chakra

The Mūlādhāra Chakra is the foundational lotus of human consciousness. The lotus symbolizes living in the world of illusion while remaining untouched and beautiful above it. Its four petals represent the four pillars of a successful human life: Dharma, Artha, Kāma, and Mokṣa. Dharma is one's protective duty and principle. Artha is necessary prosperity to help others. Kāma is the duty of procreation and raising a wise child, linked to repaying debts to ancestors and parents. Mokṣa is the ultimate liberation from rebirth. This chakra's energy is red, belonging to the earth element and Divine Mother Śakti. Awakening the Kuṇḍalinī here brings happiness, then knowledge, then universal love. The associated mantra is "Laṁ," a resonant sound for practice. The symbol includes a white elephant representing the seven vital minerals and auspiciousness, and a downward-pointing triangle channeling energy. One must first awaken the Ājñā Chakra for mastery before awakening this foundation where destiny lies dormant. "Be in the world of māyā, but be untouched by this. Always stay above, and always be beautiful, open like the lotus petals." "Love each and every entity, if not more, then at least that much as much as you love yourself." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

The hidden powers in humans - Nadis

Yoga is the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness, achieved through balance. The universe is an endless cosmic body containing a consciousness that seeks to multiply. From the primordial sound Oṁ, the five elements were created, forming all life. The human is distinguished by an educable intellect. The physical body contains 72,000 energy channels, or nāḍīs, through which cosmic energy flows. Three principal nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā—govern emotion, activity, and consciousness. Where they intersect, energy centers or chakras form. The dormant spiritual energy, Kuṇḍalinī, must awaken and rise to unite with pure consciousness. Lower chakras connect to elemental and animal realms, influencing base behaviors. The mind coordinates between the conscious and subconscious; it cannot be controlled, only guided. Physical practices are not yoga itself but methods to create the balance that is yoga. "Yoga means balance. Where there is balance, there is harmony. Where there is harmony, there is unity." "The mind cannot be controlled. If you control the mind, then psychic problems will appear. You cannot control the river, you cannot block it, you can guide the river." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

The hidden powers in humans - Mind, Nadis and Chakras

The human body is a temple containing 72,000 nāḍīs, which are channels for cosmic energy, not physical nerves. Among these, three primary nāḍīs govern our being: Iḍā (moon, emotion, left nostril), Piṅgalā (sun, intellect, right nostril), and Suṣumṇā (central balance). The mind is the functional link between the conscious and subconscious, processing sensory input into impressions and desires. You cannot control the mind's flow, but you can direct it. The intellect judges this information; its refined faculty, Vivekā, enables proper discrimination. Destiny, the fruit of past karma, lies dormant in the unconscious. Energy centers, or chakras, correspond to different aspects of consciousness: Mūlādhāra (unconscious), Svādhiṣṭhāna (subconscious), Sahasrāra (conscious), Ājñā (intellect), Anāhata (emotion), Maṇipūra (power), all coordinated by Viśuddhi. Stress arises when the mind operates too rapidly for the intellect. Purification and awakening of these centers through practices like prāṇāyāma can lead to higher consciousness. "The mind is that function between subconscious and conscious, constantly bringing information to the intellect." "Destiny is the product, the fruit, of our karma. Karma is in your hands, but destiny is not." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

The hidden powers in humans - The begining

The journey of consciousness is the path to realizing human potential. Yoga is the ancient balancing principle between cosmic consciousness and the universe, meaning union and harmony. Cosmic consciousness, through divine will and the resonant sound Oṁ, manifested the elements and all creation. Individual souls separate through waves of this resonance to develop within the cycle of 8.4 million life forms. Consciousness circulates through this cycle, from stone to human to divine, aiming to return to its origin. The perceived separation between individual and cosmic self is like walls creating duality; these are the qualities and tendencies we must transcend. This process is the recycling system of reincarnation, an unchanging reality. Humans possess intellect, a powerful tool that can be educated or manipulated, and have five layered bodies, with the causal body holding desires. Lasting happiness is unchangeable bliss, not fleeting joy. Health is foundational, beginning with sattvic nourishment, as greed poisons the earth and ourselves. "Yoga means union: the union of the individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness." "Reality is reality, if you don’t believe. One day you will face the reality, that’s all." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

The Story of Rāma and the Bridge of Faith

Service is the highest duty, performed without expectation or weariness. When Rāma was exiled, a condition forbade human association, so animal armies served him. To rescue Sītā, a bridge was built across the ocean. When Lakṣmaṇa was mortally wounded, Hanumān was asked to fetch a healing herb from the distant Himalayas. He lifted the entire mountain to ensure success. During his urgent return, he was mistakenly attacked but refused to rest, stating the work of the Lord permitted no delay. The herb revived Lakṣmaṇa at dawn. This illustrates that true service is relentless and selfless. One never serves another, but only oneself, for the fruits of action are one's own. Counting one's service renders it selfish; without counting, it becomes selfless. Work without limit or claim. "Without doing the work of my Lord Rāma, I cannot rest." "You have done nothing. Whatever you are doing, you are not doing for anyone, but only for yourself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Muladhara chakra. Part one.

Your being in this world is more needed than you think. Yoga without spirituality is a body without a soul. Nothing in this world functions without a master, a guru who leads from darkness to light. This is true for material skills and is essential for spiritual guidance. Without it, you are lost. The initiation from a master provides the first awakening, like a jump-start for a dormant battery. Practice must follow theory. The human system is based on chakras, with the Mūlādhāra chakra as the root foundation. Its red color symbolizes concentrated earth energy. The lotus is a central symbol. It grows in muddy water but remains untouched by it, symbolizing that though we must incarnate in this worldly ocean to develop, we should rise above its temptations and quarrels. Realize your relation to the Supreme; that is true religion. Your duty is to serve, love, and let your consciousness unfold like a lotus, creating beauty. Do not wish to escape life; pray for the chance to serve and be a light. "Guru means darkness, and Guru means light. He who leads us from the darkness of ignorance to the light of wisdom or knowledge is the guru." "Oh Lord, if I have to stay in this world, then help me that I live in this world like a lotus in the water." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Muladhara chakra. Part two.

The human body is a sacred temple, and the aim of life is to realize the divine consciousness within it. The four petals of a chakra symbolize the four primary aims of human life. The first is dharma, your duty and righteous conduct. Protect your dharma, and it will protect you. The second is artha, wealth, which is good when used to help others. The third is kāma, fulfilling rightful duties like raising a wise next generation. We carry five debts: to mother, father, teachers, the natural elements, and the spiritual guide. Merely fulfilling animal instincts is not enough for humans. The fourth and ultimate aim is mokṣa, liberation from the cycle of rebirth. Your actions must always consider deśa and kāla—the specific place and time. Fitting yourself to these ensures a safe and happy life. "Always behave and act according to deśa and kāla." "Dharma also means duty or principles. The dharma of your eyes is to see; the dharma of the ear is to hear." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

The Awakening of Kuṇḍalinī: A Journey to Happiness, Love, and Wisdom

The awakening of Kuṇḍalinī brings happiness, universal love, and wisdom. Our journey spans many lives as we develop individual consciousness, which is part of the cosmic Self. Yoga is the practice of reunion with that Self. Energy from the cosmos is received through rotating chakras and circulates through five bodily layers. The causal body holds two levels: transient joy and divine, everlasting bliss. The soul is a collection of karma and qualities, not the eternal Self. At self-realization, this collection dissolves. When the physical body dies, karma persists like a shadow, guiding the soul's future. Chakras must be purified through mantra and practice for a stable awakening. Without guidance, imbalanced energy causes disturbance. The term Kuṇḍalinī refers to feminine energy residing in the unconscious, with its serpentine movement through the nerves symbolizing this awakening. "Yoga means union, and practicing yoga means reunion." "The awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī means happiness, universal love, and wisdom." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Mind and chakras

The mind functions between the conscious and subconscious levels. The conscious state receives information through the five senses while awake. These impressions are immediately transferred to the subconscious, a storeroom of all past experiences from this life. These stored impressions generate desires, or vāsanā. Strong desires rise from the subconscious into the conscious mind. The intellect judges and defines these desires. Unfulfilled desires return to the subconscious, becoming formless and creating psychic problems. Blocking these desires is like damming a river, leading to overflow and distress. The mind must be directed, not stopped. Control the senses and limit desires to achieve peace. Balance between emotion, intellect, and consciousness is essential for a harmonious life. "Impressions and desires are like a river flowing constantly. You should not block the river." "Self-discipline means to direct your mind, your desires, your ambition... in that particular direction." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

The One in All and All in One

The oneness of consciousness is the foundation of yoga and existence. The endless universe, Ananta Brahmāṇḍa, emerged from Śūnyākāśa, a dark blue space containing cosmic consciousness. This consciousness resides within the universe as a child in the mother's womb, Hiraṇya Garbha. Yoga is the balancing principle creating harmony between space, consciousness, and power. It is not merely postures but the reunion of individual consciousness with the cosmic. From divine will arose the sound Aum, the form of the supreme. This resonance created the elements: fire, air, water, and earth. The one cosmic consciousness manifests in all 8.4 million creatures. Human intellect is a powerful tool that requires education in tolerance, respect, and understanding to realize human qualities and rights. Life is a cycle, a recycling or reincarnation of consciousness on the waves of time, where destiny is shaped by the self. "One in all and all in one." "Yoga is the balancing principle between space and consciousness." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Journey of the soul, Perth, Australia

The soil of this land is sandalwood, a place of penance where every divine idol represents the eternal child. This body is a temple. Life is a brief drama of coming and going. The soul undergoes births: entering water, vegetation, a male body, a womb, and finally physical birth. Destiny is created by our own actions; once an action leaves our hands, it becomes our fate, returning like a boomerang. The cycle of rebirth is like a leaf falling; it may not return to the same branch, but through recycling, it returns in some form. Life lasts only a few days—yesterday and today. Therefore, live in harmony without conflict. Spiritual practice involves pure thought and can influence planetary forces affecting our destiny. "Every action will have a reaction, and every reaction will have an action. That is a circle in this universe." "Life in this world and in the astral world is something very peculiar, very mysterious. But it returns back." Filming location: Perth, Australia

World peace tour, Adelaide, Australia

The sacred soil is a land of spiritual austerity where every child embodies the divine. This land is sandalwood, and every village is a field of penance. In the beginning, there was only infinite, motionless space containing cosmic consciousness. This consciousness is always awake and pervades the entire universe, just as awareness fills the entire body. From the singular consciousness arose the desire to become many, initiating a primal vibration, or sound, throughout the cosmos. Creation unfolded from this vibration through the five elements, with consciousness resting within the cosmic mother who provides preservation and balance. This balance is yoga, the harmonizing principle essential for the universe and our own health. We are all one, connected to the single Brahman, just as one moon reflects in many cups. All creatures are our brothers and sisters, and non-violence is the highest principle. "Where there is harmony in everything, then there is unity. That unity is called yoga." "Eko brahma dvitīya nāsti. One is the Brahman who has realized the oneness with all." Filming location: India

32nd anniversary

The eternal light in Vienna marks thirty-two years of continuous spiritual significance. This flame represents a commitment to higher consciousness and global harmony. It requires constant, dedicated care to maintain its presence. After twelve years, the light is said to attain a perfected spiritual power, known as siddhi or śaṅkalpa śakti. We extend congratulations to the Vienna Āshram for this enduring symbol. Its purpose is for the awakening of consciousness and the protection of all life. It stands as a beacon for love, mercy, and world peace. This anniversary is celebrated through modern connections like webcast and email. The light's perpetual burn is a testament to sustained spiritual practice. Its meaning transcends the physical flame to embody universal goodwill. "thirty years of eternal light for the awakening of consciousness, for the protection of the environment, for love and mercy to all creatures, and for world peace—that is what this light stands for." "After twelve years, the light attains siddhi, śaṅkalpa śakti." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Fulfillment of all desires in your mind

A mantra is the instrument for the mind's fulfillment and liberation. 'Man' signifies mind, and 'tra' signifies fulfillment—the satisfaction of all mental desires. 'Tra' also signifies liberation, meaning to free the mind and senses from all binding objects and desires that cause unhappiness and restlessness. This process of purification and focus through the mantra refines consciousness. It moves awareness from identification with form to the formless. The consistent practice liberates one from the seeds of latent impressions. This journey leads from seeded to seedless absorption. "‘man’ means mind, and ‘tra’ means trāpti." "Liberate your mind and your senses from all objects and desires which make you unhappy and restless." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Seva Bhava and Prema Bhava

The divine state of service matures into unconditional, radiating love. This universal love has no selfishness; it is a free and selfless radiation that cannot be hidden. When the consciousness is filled with this love, it is a very high state of being. The combination of this loving attitude and the will to serve generates divine energy and bliss, making one tireless in action. It transforms duty into joy and makes the heart an endless, universal ocean. Through humble service performed with love, God works for the devotee and even assumes their duties. This unity of service and love leads to supreme spiritual states. "Love radiates, like kasturi, pačuli, or musk. It doesn’t matter how you keep it or where you keep it, still it will smell." "Where there is love, there is neither hatred, nor greed, nor lust, nor complexes. It is a surrender." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

You need a blessing

Seeking blessings is a fundamental human need for connection and guidance. A traditional concept that a husband is a wife's god is a distortion born of masculine ego, not true devotion. True devotion is humility and kindness between partners. Always seek a blessing or opinion to avoid bad influences, yet know you are capable and independent. Asking creates harmony; for example, always inform parents of your whereabouts to give them peace. This maintains happy family relations. The deepest love comes from parents, and beyond them, from the spiritual guide. Cherish your spiritual community, for these bonds reflect a purified heart. "More than parents, God loves you, and more than God, Gurudev loves you." "Guru Deī Śaraṇa Tumārī." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Ajapa japa

The root of spiritual practice is the Guru's instruction. This teaching establishes one in truth. The words and message of saints remain; we must follow that divine wisdom. The mantra is the vehicle that leads you. Practice the Guru Mantra from the spiritual lineage. At the fifth level, Ajapā, the mantra becomes spontaneous, a constant internal vibration. The prayer is to sing the divine name ceaselessly. At the body's end, the divine stands before you; the aim is to surrender while absorbed in that name. A devotee's final utterance was the name of God, demonstrating a merger of consciousness into the divine through that resonance. "Govinda, merī yeh prathānā—O Lord Govinda, this is my prayer to Thee: I never forget Your name." "Deha ant kale tum sam neho... At the end time of this body, You are standing in front of me." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Nothing is too late

Life's purpose is fulfilled through its completion. Different mantras influence all life, learned through language, especially your mother tongue, which can become a language of love. Nothing is too late; begin from where you are. Doing one thing properly masters everything, while trying to do everything loses everything. Adhere to your practices and seek your family's patron deity, discovering it anew if unknown, to establish a new foundation. This ensures the safety, beauty, and success of your human mission. A mantra is not mere repetition; let your life itself be the worship. "By doing one thing properly, everything can be mastered. If you try to do everything at once, you will lose everything." "My life, your worship—my life is a ceremony to Thee, O Lord." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
