Rishis - We All Are Their Children

The Kumbha Melā and the Śiva Purāṇa reveal the path to supreme consciousness and awakening. This year’s gathering features the Mahāśivapurāṇa and the lineage of Maharṣi Gargācārya, priest at Pārvatī and Śiva’s wedding. Śiva is the Svayambhū, the uncreated source from which Viṣṇu and Brahma arise. The universe is Śiva’s body, with all stars within its light. That light is the Jīvan Jyoti, manifesting through Prāṇa and Śakti. Vedic science counts countless solar systems, a knowledge modern science barely touches. The universe is śūnya, zero, where everything exists in nothingness. This śūnya symbolizes highest consciousness. Humans descend from seven ṛṣis created by Brahma from his jñānendriyas. Ancestral lineage links to roots and overcomes karmic patterns. The shepherd’s story illustrates unlettered ignorance transforming into poetic greatness. A fall awakened cakras, revealing how grace strikes unexpectedly. Do not push such grace away. Seek thy dynasty; if lost, connect through the Satguru. Roots tie to Sanātana Dharma and the one light. “Śiva is the Svayambhū, the first one; his light is the Jīvan Jyoti, the flame of life.” “Śūnya, the zero, represents the highest consciousness; nothingness is the science.” Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Longing Is A Burning Fire

The fire of longing and the glory of darśan. Holy Gurujī once visited a governor’s house. The governor left his lunch unfinished. He came to receive darśan immediately. The governor said, “If I died while eating, I would miss your darśan. Many lives have been spent eating. Only now can a soul have a saint’s darśan. Be merciful and give darśan quickly.” Longing is a fire—viraha agni. It burns the heart. It is calmed only when the Lord is seen. The bhajan cries: “O merciful Gurudev, give me your darśan quickly.” Meditation’s root is the Guru’s form. Guru’s words are the supreme mantra. Guru’s grace alone liberates. The Guru’s glory is beyond measure. All oceans as ink, earth as paper, all plants as pens cannot capture it. Though Mahāprabhujī left the body, wherever He stepped remains divine. Only those with the fire of longing perceive that radiance. Cultivate that fire. Let it consume all else, leaving only the thirst for darśan. “If I died while eating, I would miss your darśan. This soul has been eating many lives, but only in this human life can one have a saint’s darśan.” “Dhyānamūlaṁ Gurumūrti — meditate on the form of the Guru; mokṣa mūlaṁ guru kṛpā — only the Guru’s grace gives liberation.” Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Gods name is everything

Ceremonies and satsaṅg guide the soul’s journey from birth to final liberation. Satsaṅg is life; days with saintly company are the true human days. The soul descends from the astral world, its destiny fixed by Dharmarāja according to karma. Ceremonies—earth-breaking, housewarming, birth, naming, wedding, death—are spiritual events that lighten karmic burden. Housewarming must happen at the first fire-lighting to bring harmony. Every ceremony centers on the name of God, the one fire present in all forms. The soul fears death due to past-life suffering and painful exits. Only guru devotion and Kriya Yoga practice open the Brahmarandhra, the eleventh endless door, to merge with Brahman. Without practice, the soul falls into naraka and torture. The guru’s immortal touch never fades; wherever the master walked, the ground remains blessed. The law of nature is that what forms must deform, what comes must go. Even the realized shed tears at separation from the beloved guru, out of compassion. Fear, depression, and sadness betray no trust in God or guru. Love in union and separation both bring oneness; the inner bond transcends all distance. The guru is the captain who ferries the disciple across the endless ocean of saṃsāra. Selected disciples absorb the guru’s pearls; quality selects and rejects. Pray for the guru’s mercy and light to liberate all souls. “Karāḍū ajar amaratan kāyā, bhakta Harī kā sachā hove to, kyū man mein ghabrāyā?” “Satguru, kain bishāriyā samahāra jagadāriyā vaya thāṅg jal bhariyo adh bichā cal rahijā antaryāmī” Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Avatar Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji

The eternal presence of the master transcends physical form. Two types of incarnations exist: the recorded Nimit Avatāra and the countless Nitya Avatāra, the holy saints who maintain dharma on earth. Their presence calms the inner fires of negative energies and radiates spirituality that sustains all life. In this age, materialism leads to unhappiness and forgetfulness of life's true aim. The human body and life are priceless gifts. One must not let worldly experiences change the inner self or sever the connection to the spiritual guide. Breaking this chain leads to a fall. At death, one faces the consequences of accumulated karma, leading to heaven, hell, or liberation. A saint's passing is Brahma-līna, immersion into the omnipresent Brahman. Though formless, the master's presence is universal, within every element and atom. Attachment to the limited self brings suffering, while attachment to the all is freedom. Realization depends on the devotee's own devotion and removal of doubt. "The holy saints calm down this inner fire through their spiritual teachings, through their being on this earth." "No one can hold me. I'm like a wind, no one can hold me because I'm everywhere." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Mystery Of Our Body

The human body is a wondrous and indescribable coach. Its intricate design, with billions of cells and synchronized systems, is a perfect creation no human engineer can replicate. We know only a fraction of its mysteries. Within it reside unseen forces—both divine and destructive—that govern our happiness and sorrow. The ten senses are like wild horses pulling this coach; without mastery, they lead to ruin. External impressions through these senses awaken desires, which are the root of all trouble. Therefore, one must withdraw inward like a turtle, using intellect and discipline to control the senses. This inner city is full of cheaters, but you are the king of your mind and senses. Do not become their slave. Yoga is the science of gaining this mastery over body, mind, and consciousness to cross the ocean of worldly life. "Vāsanā hi duḥkhāṅka kāraṇa hai." Desires are the cause of troubles. "Tū kāya nagar kā rājā, man indriye tumhārī prajā." You are the king of this city, your mind and senses are your subjects. Holy Guruji's Anniversary

Devotion is enshrined in knowledge; its value never diminishes. Devotion enshrined in knowledge never diminishes, like gold broken into pieces retaining its worth. The presence of the great masters continues; their power moves forward, and you must receive the samskara they gave. A saint never comes or goes; the self is unborn, eternal, immortal—neither born nor dying at any time. The flame lit by the Divine is now illuminating the whole world through the guru lineage. Human birth on this land of sages and tapas is rare and precious. To have the darshan of saints in this land is a rare attainment, a great fortune. Without saints, the world would perish; their grace sustains all life. The garland offered is not of flowers but of purified minds, offered as light to the divine. Sanatana Dharma is the root of all paths; do not create divisions. The entire human race belongs to this eternal way; conspiracies may try to mislead, but truth remains. To kill one human is to kill all humanity—so teach the scriptures. Yet many do not read their own books, remaining ignorant of the wisdom within. True protection lies in living the eternal way, understanding one's own self. This small village has become a holy place, a saintly city known across the world. You are greatly fortunate to witness this gathering of saints, which is a rare fortune awakening the soul. Receive the blessings, offer your mind in devotion, and rest in the silence of the self. "Break gold into a thousand pieces, its worth remains unchanged." "Na jāyate, mriyate vā kadācin, nāyaṁ bhūtvā, bhavitā vā na bhuyaḥ." Filming locations: Nipal, Rajasthan, India

Holy Guruji's Anniversary, Bhajans

Holy Guruji's Anniversary, Speakers And Bhajans

This is a spiritual discourse on Yoga in the Indian tradition. The teaching of Vedanta reveals the oneness of the individual self and the Supreme Self. As in the microcosm, so in the macrocosm. Saints dissolve the subtle body into Brahman at the time of nirvana. The five elements return to their source. Dharma protects those who uphold it. Truth, patience, and service to elders increase life, knowledge, and glory. The cow is the universal mother who sustains all. Sanatana Dharma is the primordial culture of the world. Time plays and life slips away. The body is a clay puppet; the soul is eternal. Seek the company of saints who unite thought, word, and deed. Surrender to the Lord dwelling within. Nothing is hidden from that witness. Chant the divine name and wake from the dream of transience. Realize the formless, timeless Self. "Yad Pinde Tad Brahmande" — As in the microcosm, so in the macrocosm. "Prathama bhakti santan kara sanga" — First is devotion through the company of saints.

Holy Guruji's Anniversary, Speakers

The glory of saints and the sanctity of their assembly is the rarest fortune. Titles from authentic lineages signify true spiritual authority. When Vedic culture faced attack, saints from the Sannyāsa tradition came forward, sacrificing everything to protect Dharma, culture, and the land. Their core teaching was to protect culture above all bodily concerns. The Naga ascetics, led by Mahāmaṇḍaleśvaras, formed a protective force. The company of a great soul is the rarest thing in society, for all qualities and faults come through association. A saint's darśana yields instant spiritual fruit, more potent than pilgrimage. Saints are selfless; they live for others and for God, like a tree that gives all its parts. They purify the world, as Gaṅgā is purified by a saint's touch. Scripture states the saint is God's very heart; there is none greater. To be born human and to gain the company of saints is the greatest luck, sustaining Sanātana Dharma in the world. "Mahat saṅgastu durlabho agamyah amogaśca." (The company of a great soul is rare, inaccessible, and infallible.) "Ache saṅg taray, aur bure saṅg maray." (Good company saves, and bad company kills.) I Am Sat Chit Ananda, I Am Bliss

The divine light of life is the one eternal truth illuminating all existence. That light is the life in every creature. It is the supreme consciousness, Brahman, or God. This light is not physical but is wisdom itself, beyond the senses. It is an endless ocean of immortality. This light is the self, the Ātmā. Realizing this is self-realization. The individual self is a mixture of the real Self and the unreal non-self, like the body and desires. True joy is found within, not from external objects. To realize the divine, one must see the Self in all beings and love them as oneself. Intellectual understanding is not enough; practice is essential. The path requires discrimination between the eternal and the temporary, dispassion, self-control, and a burning desire for liberation. Do not be a slave to the body or its complaints. Master yourself. The human life is a chance to achieve divine consciousness through meditation and positive thinking. You are bliss. "Within you is the fountain of the joy. If you search the joy outside of you, that joy is not that kind of joy which you would like to enjoy." "Before we search for life on other planets, we should not kill the life on this planet." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India

Diwali Is The Festival Of Love And Light

The Vedic culture provides the scientific instructions for living in harmony. This ancient tradition was once widespread globally, guiding environmental protection and architecture like the Egyptian pyramids. In this current age, human lifespans have shortened due to artificial living, pesticides, and animal breeding. Modern technological development has made us slaves to electricity and harmed the earth through pollution. Mass meat consumption, a modern phenomenon accelerated after the Second World War, comes at a cost to health. Despite talk of protecting wildlife, it disappears each year. The practical application of Vedic science is the singular answer for achieving world peace and regenerating nature. Diwali is the ancient festival celebrating this light and unity. "To get world peace, to regenerate and recover nature and wildlife, if we follow the Vedic culture." "Never, ever, never in the past were humans consuming so much meat as they are doing nowadays." Filming location: USA

Nipal Ashram

The holy land of Nīpāl Āśram is a place of ancestral lineage and divine grace. It is situated on the bank of the Gaṅgā river within the seasonal landscape shaped by the Aravalli hills. This land was donated centuries ago by a king to the saint Amichānjī, an ancestor in the Guru's family, following a miraculous event. After Mahāprabhujī's Mahāsamādhi in 1963, the village devotees persistently requested Gurujī to establish an ashram. Reluctantly, he accepted a corner of this ancestral land. The initial ashram was very simple. Through the devotion and help of many, it gradually developed. A pivotal moment occurred when the speaker, as a boy, was invited by Gurujī to stay and live with him at the ashram, beginning a profound chapter of spiritual training and personal experience. "May the sun and moon change their path and direction, but the words of the saints will always come true." "Where Gurudev lives doesn’t matter; wherever he puts his lotus feet, that spot of the earth becomes the divine, the holy." Filming location: Rajasthan, India

Every Light Is The Light Of Brahman

The festival of lights illuminates the path from darkness to inner liberation. True wealth is good health, gained through disciplined conduct, pure thoughts, and sattvic diet, not by material riches. Association determines destiny: satsang leads to upliftment and liberation, while kusang leads to distraction and suffering across lifetimes. Sin is action causing pain to others, stemming from negative thoughts like ego and greed; piety is pure thought causing no harm. Utilize the inner treasures of discernment and self-control, or lose them to the enemy of negative intellect. The Diya's flame symbolizes the inner light of the soul, a reflection of the universal Brahman. Each can offer this light to dispel ignorance. "Śubhaṁ karoti kalyāṇaṁ, ārogyaṁ dhana sampadaḥ." "It is better to light a candle than to stand in the darkness." Filming location: Rajasthan, India

The Harvest of the Heart: From Seed to Immortality

The spiritual harvest is the cultivation of inner divinity leading to immortality. Nature's cycles mirror the inner journey. Purify the body's field to sow the seed of the sacred syllable. This seed requires the nourishment of compassion and knowledge to grow. Guard the resulting spiritual qualities from the birds of desire. Transport this inner harvest to the marketplace of the world through authentic teaching. This pure knowledge yields the priceless reward of wisdom. Seasonal festivals celebrate this inner completion. The appearance of Dhanvantari with the nectar of immortality symbolizes this eternal truth. Ayurveda, the science of life, originates from this divine nectar. The festival of lights guides from darkness to the light of the soul. Maintain pure energy to achieve immortality. "Purify your body; remove your desires, anger, hate, jealousy, greed. Purify the field of this body." "Where there is life, there is light. Where there is light, there is life. Where there is only darkness, there is death." Filming location: UK

Vedas Are Storehouse Of Knowledge

The Vedas are the first book of the human library, a divine revelation and storehouse of all knowledge. They are at least 7000 years old, preserved through an unbroken oral tradition from guru to disciple. This knowledge is recited at the start and end of all rituals, symbolizing the cyclical nature of the universe. The tradition here is Nirguṇa, worshipping the Guru as the supreme symbol of knowledge, not any anthropomorphic form. In ritual, one makes a resolution, remembering one's small place within the entire system of time and geography. Human life is precious among 8.4 million life forms. The human intellect is a powerful tool, but true education begins in the parent's lap. All divisions of nationality, religion, and gender arise from ignorance and cause suffering. The goal is to realize pure consciousness through yoga, which maintains balance. The knowledge within the Vedas is compared to a vast mountain; a single lifetime of study captures only a handful of dust. The direct path is through yogic practice and the grace of the Guru. "Veda is Apauruṣa—it has come down through divine sources. It is a revelation." "Yoga is to maintain the samatā in our life... Samatvaṁ yoga ucyate." Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Bharat Mata - Mother India

The glory of satsaṅg surpasses all penance. Once, Viśvāmitra sought the title Brahma-Ṛṣi from Vasiṣṭha. When Vasiṣṭha remained silent, anger arose—anger drinks one’s own blood and the blood of others. Viśvāmitra killed Vasiṣṭha’s sons, yet Vasiṣṭha bore no grudge. On Śarada Pūrṇimā night, as Vasiṣṭha and Arundhatī returned from satsaṅg, Viśvāmitra lay in ambush. Arundhatī praised the moon’s beauty; Vasiṣṭha said, “It is as pure as Viśvāmitra’s Brahma-Ṛṣi-ness.” Hearing this, Viśvāmitra threw down his bow and fell at Vasiṣṭha’s feet, offering the fruit of sixty-two thousand years of tapasyā. Vasiṣṭha smiled and gave him one minute of satsaṅg. Confused, Viśvāmitra sought judgment. Śeṣanāga asked the earth to pause—the fruit of Viśvāmitra’s tapasyā could not hold it, but one minute of satsaṅg made the earth still. Thus, a gram of practice outweighs tons of theory. Indian culture is the cradle of dharma. The mother is greater than the earth, the father higher than the sky. A householder should daily reflect on duty, study scriptures, feed birds, keep a cow, bow to the learned, and treat guests as gods. Where women are honored, gods delight. The world runs on karma—as you sow, so shall you reap. “Yatra nāryas tu pūjyante, ramante tatra devatāḥ.” “Karma pradhāna viśva racirākha, jo jasa karahu tasa phala cākhā.” Filming location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

We need a boat to cross the ocean

Satsang is the boat to cross the ocean of worldly illusion. This gathering connects you to divine energy through remembrance of saints and divine figures, just as typing a name summons a specific video. Your thoughts create immediate light or darkness; positive thinking enlightens, while negative thinking poisons. When leading satsang, one must speak as an instrument of the divine, not from ego. The divine light dwells in every heart; no heart is empty. Enter the boat with trust, and the captain will guide you to the shore. If you dwell in doubt while present, you will not taste the nectar of wisdom. Centers of practice exist worldwide; welcome all seekers with love, not conditions. Love unites; jealousy divides. The festival of lights celebrates the divine light entering the world, a blissful dawn from darkness. This light is the same across all traditions; seeing difference is duality. The divine smile is an expression of this light, attracting naturally like a beautiful flower. A mantra, seated within, becomes a light of wisdom, confidence, and love, awakening one from ignorance. Practice with faith, without doubt. "Sab ghaṭ mera sanyā, koī ghaṭ khālī naye. In every heart my God is dwelling, no heart is empty." "Gurudev takes upon himself the destiny of the devotees." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

To Search Reality Is Our Work

The world is in constant change, but the true Self is eternal. Everything in the universe cycles through transformation, from seasons to rebirth. This change is the nature of matter and energy. Yet, underlying all this is a pure consciousness that does not change. To realize this, one must practice and cultivate detachment from worldly desires. These desires are an endless hunger that leads to suffering. True contentment comes from wisdom and love for the divine, which is within all. Distinctions of religion or culture are human-made and obscure this unity. The aim is to realize the immortal Self amidst the dream of the world. "Everything is changing except that Brahman, the Supreme, and that is your inner self." "God only gave us love and mercy, blessings, and God gave us that human intellect. And that intellect should have some darśī, equal vision." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Our Body Needs Gentle Care

Practice is paramount over theory. A medical professional explains that yoga is a complete psychosomatic system for health. Incorrect practice, driven by imitation or ego, causes bodily harm. Gentle, correct practice nourishes joints and cartilage through soft movement, unlike damaging extremes. The system addresses the active and directing components of movement. It prevents and heals issues in ankles, knees, hips, and the spine by ensuring proper alignment and neural control. The relationship with the divine is the only permanent connection. The material body is an instrument for spiritual progress. "If you imitate yoga through books and television... it can happen that your body develops problems and illness increases." "Yoga is a beautiful way to work with this because, through practice, we can not only properly set up the body part but also properly set up its neural direction." Filming location: Ostrava, Czech Republic

Children Are The Culture Of Tomorrow

Yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness, created for human well-being. The human intellect carries a responsibility for the planet. True education begins in the family, shaping lifelong behavior. Health is the primary wealth, yet mental pollution from desires and greed now shortens lifespans. This greed destroys nature and poisons our food and water. Illness often begins in the subtle energy body before manifesting physically. The global disease of greed, supported by ego and jealousy, requires a global solution. Yoga in daily life extends beyond exercise to protecting the environment by reducing chemical use. Gentle yoga practice is not a competition but a path of care. Systematic pranayama purifies the body and builds vital life force. Yoga Nidra provides deep relaxation and develops inner willpower. Meditation serves as essential stress management and purification. These practices together form a complete system for health and inner awakening. The universe is mirrored within the human body. "Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health." "Tons of theory is nothing compared with a gram of practice." Filming location: Czech Republic

All Spiritual Work We Do Is For Ourselves

Health is affected by the psychic condition. Disappointment connected to pride or ego can cause physical illness. One must learn to stand above name and fame. Study the twelfth chapter of the Bhagavad Gītā on bhakti. Bhakti is also towards yourself; you must love yourself to love God. Loving yourself means acknowledging mistakes and wanting to correct them. All spiritual work is to our Self. We live in the saṃsāra but must stay above it like a lotus in water. Family love is love, not attachment. You must love all and not be attached. Physical pain depends on our psychic condition. The exercises in Yoga in Daily Life are designed for anatomy. The body likes gentle care; avoid extreme stretching. "To say sorry, you don’t lose anything. But you win strength, and you feel free." "Let me live in the water. If I have to live in this world like a lotus in water." Filming location: Ostrava, Czech Republic

As More Subtle It Is As More Powerful It Is

Health is the first wealth. Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health. The body and mind constantly change; only the unchanging is real. Two energies exist: divine energy is creative, demonic energy is destructive. Demonic energy causes disease, like cancer. Negative energy attacks through mind, words, and actions. Blackmailing is an infectious mental bacterium. Purification comes through sattvic diet, positive society, and meditation. Meditation cleanses inner pollution. Prayer is mantra, directly invoking divine energy. Illness first strikes the subtle body through the senses, then the energy body, then the mind. Asanas activate energy; pranayama systematically purifies negativity. Begin practice immediately, without delay. Yoga balances mental fluctuations and directs them. Avoid negative associations and cultivate positive thoughts. Health depends on the company you keep. "Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health." "Jab jab man gabarāye, tum prārthanā karo; jab rāha najar na āye, tum prārthanā karo." Filming location: Ostrava, Czech Republic

Let's Try To Save Our Planet

A global alarm sounds for the earth's condition, caused by human action. Major conferences address water crises from pollution and misuse, and food systems causing disease through chemicals. Education must include universal spirituality and ethics. Economic systems reliant on fossil fuels face protest. Vast gatherings of officials and citizens highlight urgent collective concern. The destruction of rainforests for paper and lumber devastates ecosystems. A simple life using natural materials and rejecting disposables is the true path. Individual initiative has value when united for the planet's welfare. "Leave oil in the soil" and "Leave the coal in the hole." "Use and throw, but where to throw?" Filming location: Turcianske Teplice, Slovakia

An Exceptional Master Training

A guided yoga session integrates physical postures with breath awareness and relaxation. Begin by lying down and consciously relaxing the entire body. Observe the natural breath without altering its rhythm. Perform specific leg movements and cycles, maintaining straight knees and controlled motion. Transition into postures like Supta Paścimottānāsana and Viparītakaraṇī Mudrā, emphasizing proper form. These exercises engage the leg, back, and stomach muscles. Research indicates measurable benefits, such as improved blood circulation from practices like Bhujaṅgāsana. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables can support flexibility and cleanse the body. Conclude with breathing techniques and relaxation. "Relax and feel your breath process. Do not change your breath rhythm." "These postures, which we did, and if someone finds it difficult, then it is very clear that you have to put yourself on a phalahārī diet." Filming location: Slovakia

This Body Is The Temple Of Your Soul

The body is the temple of the soul and the foundation for all life. Yoga is a gentle, holistic system for its care, not forceful acrobatics. This body is your constant partner, requiring love, respect, and soft nourishment. Neglect leads to pain and suffering in later years. The practice encompasses physical postures, breath regulation, relaxation, meditation, mantra, and pure food. It is a daily discipline from cradle to enlightenment, integrating all aspects of yoga. Self-study, or svādhyāya, means reading inspiring texts and examining your own inner life. Cultivate good company and release hidden fears, particularly the fear of existence. Trust in divine provision while performing your duty. A disciplined life brings health, happiness, and liberation. "Therefore, we should not neglect our body. We should learn to love our body." "Whatever you will do, only that will happen which should happen. Then why are we worried? Just do your duty and trust in God." Filming location: Turcianske Teplice, Slovakia

The Poet's Reach

A poet's reach extends beyond the sun's light. Where sunlight ends, true poetry begins, born from selfless devotion, not ambition. Ambition is ego; it ensures failure. Even a slight doubt rejects a disciple from grace, returning one to endless cycles. Therefore, proceed gently, mastering the inner heat of ego. True service seeks nothing but to serve in every life. Writing from intellect alone is forgettable; writing from divine love creates scripture. There are two writers: troublemakers who divide and peacemakers who unite. One must be a peacemaker. A yogi's consciousness can traverse solar systems, but this requires perfection in work, devotion, knowledge, and meditation. Idle meditation, without engaged action, breeds restless thoughts and failure. One must first clean the mind and surroundings through karma yoga. Modern suffering arises from separating ethics and spirituality from daily life, business, and politics. True creation stems from selfless vision and devotion, like the architect who builds for beauty, not just utility. The mind is a restless monkey, controlled only by ending attachment and "my-ness." Meditation is essential, but it must be built upon a foundation of purified action and thought. "Where this sunlight will no longer be visible. Beyond that, a poet can go." "Unless you give freedom to your deep, burning desire, for whatever it is, you cannot calm down your mind." Filming location: London, UK

Mystery Of The Universe

Consciousness is one, and creation arises from its union with divine energy. Śiva is pure consciousness, and Śakti is the creative energy. They are not gendered; both principles exist within all. This union is essential for life and creation. The material world operates through attraction, like gravity, reflecting this fundamental unity. The trinity of Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva represents cosmic functions. Incarnations appear to restore balance. All existence shares the same consciousness. The universe is vast beyond scientific measure, yet its mystery is understood not through the senses but by recognizing the insensible, subtle power within. As elements become subtler—from food to water to air to space to mind to intellect—they become more powerful and unified. The supreme, insensible consciousness is Brahman, the source and support of all, existing within as the soul. This consciousness creates, sustains, and can withdraw the entire universe. It is experienced directly in states like sleep and dream. To understand creation, one must look beyond the senses to this unifying power. "Whenever dharma grows weak and adharma is suppressed, then, in every yuga, I come." "Finally, Eko Brahma. To tenacity, where there are two, is not reality." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Spirituality And Management

Spirituality and inner management are the core of all right action. Without spirituality, nothing is done correctly. Building the outer ashram must happen together with building the inner ashram. Focusing only on the outer makes it merely a building, not an ashram. Relationships mirror inner feelings. Problems with others reflect unresolved inner states. Management without spirituality fails, as seen in economic crises. The first principles are discipline and self-control. Control your own senses and greed, not others. Selfishness divides, while selflessness unites. Dedication to the main center brings blessings, like watering the roots nourishes the whole plant. Trying to get everything leads to losing everything. Teachers should demonstrate postures and cultivate harmony. When personal interest grows, distraction and destruction follow. Kali Yuga entered through gold, symbolizing greed. True spirituality is activity in unity, leading to divinity. “Eka sādhye saba sādhye – if you practice one, you accomplish everything. Saba sādhye saba jāye – if you try to get everything, you lose everything.” “Diyé binā deunai devā, janama janama karo sevā – without giving, I will not give you. Do seva life after life, and you will have everything.” Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Practice With Spiritual Awareness

The primacy of practice integrates physical and mental yoga to realize the Ātmā. Theory alone accomplishes little; tons of theory cannot equal a gram of practice. Practical realization depends solely on individual effort. Even amidst a hectic life, one must strive to maintain practice. Mental practice includes Śānta Bhāva, saintly thinking, and mānasik pūjā, inner ceremony. Physical practice involves balanced āsanas and prāṇāyāma, never forcing the body. Excess is rejected everywhere; balance remains essential. Meditation with mantra and prayer releases accumulated stress and mental pollution. Mantra functions as a balancing rod, keeping physical, mental, and emotional equilibrium. Practice generates experiences; experience transforms into real knowledge, self-realization. The body serves as an instrument for the journey, not the destination. The world is appearance; Brahman alone is truth. Inner connection through satsaṅg anchors awareness with the divine, like a mother mindful of her child. Without practice, mind and senses spiral out of control. Ultimately, mānasik practice must grow stronger. Both physical and mental practices require equilibrium. Practice, not mere talk, brings realization. "Tons of theory are nothing compared to a gram of practice." "Brahma satyaṁ, jagan mithyā—ultimately, Brahman is truth, this world is an appearance." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Be Humble Like A Fruit Tree

The path of purification requires prayer, mantra, and self-love. Mental modifications, both painful and non-painful, cannot be purified through ordinary means. Saints discovered a system of prayer, meditation, and mantra. Prayer builds faith and personal consultation with the divine, leading to contentment. Mantra is the essence of prayer, a seed containing all prayers. One must progress from meditation with seed to meditation without seed, where duality dissolves. This process purifies the layers of mental modifications. Merely practicing physical postures is insufficient without ethical disciplines. The body must be cared for with love, as it is the temple of the soul, yet it is temporary. Love for the body means healthy eating, exercise, and yoga practice. True practice calms destructive tendencies and fosters divine qualities. Humility is essential; spiritual pride is a sign of ignorance. The final instruction is to break attachment to materialism and join oneself to the Divine. "Break the attachment towards materialism, including this body and all desires. Join thyself to the Divine." "The more humbleness and spirituality you have, the more communicative you become." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Ganesh Chaturthi

The universal incarnation of Śrī Gaṇeśa is the foundation of all beginnings. Mortal beings require a physical form to project devotion and understanding. The omniscient one incarnates through yoga śakti to protect the pure and destroy negative energies. Incarnations come for the entire creation, not only for humans. Twenty-four are remembered, with nitya avatāras always present and nimit avatāras arriving for specific purposes. Their mere presence works automatically, like sunlight. The name Gaṇeśa means the Lord of all divine souls. Consciousness has no desire, and matter can do nothing; between them, willpower manifests as Śiva, and creation begins. Gaṇeśa represents the foundational principle. The Mūlādhāra Cakra is the basis of all human consciousness and intellect. Therefore, any new endeavor must first invite Gaṇeśa, the remover of obstacles. He bestows intellect, prosperity, and wisdom. His presence removes negative energy. Adore him consistently, for he is present in every atom. "From time to time, I manifest myself." "Arjuna, I am the entire universe." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The Soul's Journey

The Supreme is the primordial sound, the resonance that harmonizes the universe. The individual soul is a wave of that resonance, distinct from the universal Ātmā. This soul journeys endlessly through time, experiencing all dualities, accompanied only by its karma. Upon death, no material thing or relation follows; the soul exists in a void where only its own record remains. Every action through body, mind, speech, and resources is recorded with absolute precision by cosmic justice. The human birth is a rare opportunity granted in this mortal world, a workshop to end the soul's wandering. Do not squander it. Be meticulously mindful of your actions, for you alone bear their consequences. The aim is not worldly riches but spiritual wealth—to awaken and dissolve back into the Supreme. "The soul is fluttering on the waves of time. For ages and ages, through darkness and through light, experiencing joy and misery." "Every moment, every second, whatever you speak, whatever you do, whatever you write—everything is by destiny, very quickly." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Spiritual Way Of Living

The immortal soul enters the mortal world to guide and liberate. All beings are born, but few make this birth successful. Human life is a blessed journey, not a destination. Blessings create positive karma for both giver and receiver, while negative thoughts are a curse. Destiny is guided but can be softened by a master's grace. Saints come from divine realms with a purpose: to be eternal guides. They bestow blessings that we must then utilize. Our lineage carries this immortal message through successive masters. The greatest treasure is their direct teachings and simple devotion. The Guru principle is the highest reality, embodying the divine. Follow the master's instructions, not just rituals. Sacrifice inner negativity, not external things. Cultivate deep surrender, for there divine love gathers. We are protected by our faith and the master's unwavering grace. "Everyone has birth, but rare are those who make this birth successful." "Guru never said, 'Worship my feet.' Never. But it was a blessing of Viṣṇu." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

Everything Has It’sTime

True dharma is universal oneness, not conflict. All spiritual truths transcend religious labels. Dharma protects those who protect it. Divine intervention manifests in two forms: the Nimit Avatāra at a cycle's end and the ever-present Nitya Avatāra—the living saint who embodies grace. This grace is not accessed by intellect or power but through a genuine lineage and a pure-hearted master. A balanced, subtle practice is more powerful than forceful extremes. The words and blessings of such a true saint invariably manifest. "Dharma rakṣita rakṣitaḥ—one who protects dharma is protected by dharma." "May the sun and moon change their direction, but the words of the saints will not go empty." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Human Life Is A Great Blessing

Human life is the singular opportunity to end the cycle of birth and death. We are bound by time and karma, creating it through thought, word, and deed. Our human intellect and qualities are given to attain self-realization and merge with pure consciousness. Yet, we remain entangled in the material world, influenced by culture and environment. The practice of mercy and renunciation is essential; renounce negative qualities completely, as one spits something out. Our physical health, through correct diet and authentic yoga, supports this spiritual aim. Without disciplined practice, this precious chance is wasted. "Human life is a great blessing. There must be some reason why the Creator gave this soul a human body, human intellect, and human talents." "Refrain from offensive, harsh words. If you are injured by a knife, the wound will heal... But when we are injured by words from the heart, that will not heal." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Being One With Nature

The four holy manifestations for Paramārtha are lakes, trees, rain, and saints. For Paramārtha, these four are holy. Stones, mountains, dust become holy through contact with the sacred. Trees express thankfulness, giving fruit even when stones are thrown. Herbs like nettles possess immense power. Now is the time to harvest herbs. Grind them by hand with a stone, chanting mantra. The mantra invokes fragrance and health. Take a tiny amount daily in water. A year brings body change. Diet must be small and pure. Alpāhāra supplies śakti. Śiva and Śakti in purity bring divine life. Nature is the greatest teacher. Devotion like Tulsīdās’s yields grace. God blesses even without awareness. Mother Nature gives everything; seek joy in the garden. "Sarvar tarvar sant jan, chauthā barasī meṃ paramārtha ke karne chāroṃ dhārī hain." "Oṃ Tryambakaṃ Yajāmahe Sugandhiṃ Puṣṭi Vardhanam." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Dedicating The Life For Others

The path requires complete surrender through selfless service and renunciation. True seva is service to the divine principle within all, not merely to a physical form. When embarking on this duty, one must surrender all personal concerns, including care for the body, as everything belongs to the divine. What is received, whether a donation or a seed, is a sacred trust to be multiplied for universal welfare, not for personal use. Holding possessions for oneself leads to spiritual emptiness, while using gifts for the benefit of all cultivates abundance. The life of a sannyasi means having no personal ownership; all work and assets belong to the collective trust for future devotees. One must balance worldly needs with spiritual duty, dedicating the majority of one's effort to selfless action. This service manifests in many forms, from physical help to organizing community aid. The ultimate goal is to become like the divine swan, discarding all lower identifications to realize oneself as pure consciousness. "To love and serve each entity is service to me." "What donation you give, you have no rights on that anymore." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

From The Darkness To The Light

Satsaṅg is the highest spiritual technique and the path to divine truth. The current age is marked by negative qualities, yet divine light persists through holy beings. This inner light is obscured by mental pollution, requiring purification through spiritual practice. Without self-knowledge, existence is perilous. Satsaṅg serves as the vessel to safety and liberation, representing communion with truth. This gathering occurs wherever sacred words are spoken, transcending division. The divine words of scripture guide from darkness to light. True satsaṅg involves speaking and listening to this Godly language, not worldly conflict. It can be practiced anywhere, at any time, through positive thought and mantra. The transformative power of true association turns the seeker toward the divine. "Light is within everyone. But there is a lot of pollution, mental pollution, and that is very dangerous." "Our boat is in the middle of the ocean... but the satsaṅg is the biggest boat." Around the world -- Yoga against diabetes from Czech Republic

Yoga addresses modern diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes through holistic practices. Prolonged stress disrupts physical and mental balance, leading to illness. The system views these conditions from a holistic perspective, where emotional and psychological stress contribute alongside organic dysfunctions. Practices such as relaxation, āsanas, and meditation can influence insulin-producing cells and control disease factors. These techniques shape our attitude toward health, cultivating relaxation, balance, and discipline to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The exercises are systematically arranged for accessibility, even for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Practitioners need only the determination to improve concentration, physical condition, and mental calmness. Teachers should emphasize slowness, calmness, and harmonization, instilling the principle of observing one's body and breath. The practice supports reducing adipose tissue and involves specific movements performed with mindful observation. "Yoga practices shape our attitude toward health and life." "Practitioners should be instilled with the principle of perceiving their own body, observing the rhythm of the breath." Filming location: Czech Republic

The Nature of Attachment, the Curse of Knowledge, and the Immortal Parrot

The interplay of divine will, human attachment, and the quest for immortality is examined through sacred narratives. Actions produce reactions, leading to blessings or curses from divine justice. Attachment, or moha, is a source of suffering, as seen in worldly examples and divine stories. Śiva had immense attachment to Śakti. When she disobeyed his counsel and went to her father's yajña, she perished in the fire. Śiva, in grief, withdrew from the universe with her body. To restore cosmic order, Viṣṇu used his discus to cut her form into pieces, creating the sacred Śakti Pīṭhas. Śakti later incarnated as Pārvatī. The celestial sage Nārada often sows discord, such as prompting Pārvatī to question Śiva's garland of skulls. Śiva explained each skull represents a past incarnation where she died from not following his guidance. Pārvatī demanded the secret of immortality. Reluctant due to potential misuse, Śiva finally agreed to teach her in a secluded cave, imparting the Guru Gītā. During the teaching, Pārvatī fell asleep. A parrot eavesdropped, repeating affirmations. Discovered, the parrot fled and entered the womb of a sage's wife. The unborn being, later born as Śukadeva, initially refused birth until the world was briefly made perfect. He ultimately received the knowledge of immortality from King Janaka. This illustrates the struggle with māyā and the necessity of a true guide for liberation. "Love is the greatest. That love is God, and God is love." "You cannot fight against Brahmā, Viṣṇu, or Śiva unless you have a concrete reason." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

On Nirguna Level There Are No Boundaries

The path to divine consciousness requires sacrifice and the guidance of a personal guru. Physical presence deepens connection, but love transcends distance. Higher consciousness moves beyond the material to perceive unity. The personal form of God is essential for human development, leading to the realization of the impersonal. One must renounce inner negativity like jealousy and doubt. This sacrifice is the gate to the divine kingdom. The guru is the supreme principle, essential for liberation, as even divine incarnations had gurus. Surrender to the guru merges the individual soul with the universal. "Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice." "Where there is love, there is no distance. And where there is no love, even the neighbor’s door is very far." Around the world - YIDL at the Budapest Carfree Day

Yoga is practiced in the heart of the city on a car-free day. Our international system, Yoga in Daily Life, was founded by an Indian master and has been present here for over thirty years. We have a center that has continuously held classes from the same location. Today, we practiced with children of various ages. It is interesting to practice yoga on this normally busy avenue. The experience proves you can practice undisturbed even here; the curious onlookers inspire us. We welcome visitors to try this tomorrow. "It’s a very interesting experience that you can practice yoga even in such a place, and nothing really disturbs you." "Let them also try what it is like to exercise their right on one of Budapest’s busiest streets." Filming location: Budapest, Hungary

Evening with Swamiji from Jaipur

The mind runs blindly and is difficult to control, requiring the path of yoga. Attachment is the root of suffering, binding the self through emotion and desire. The divine acts without attachment, but human action creates bondage. Stories illustrate the destructive power of uncontrolled anger and ego, subdued only by grace. The grace of the true teacher releases these bonds of attachment. Various yogas, including those involving the nāḍīs and cakras, are described for attaining liberation. The mind cannot be stopped by force but can be given a direction. In this age, devotion and the divine name are the essential supports. All else is transient. "Do not try to stop the river; just show the river a direction." "In the Kali Yuga, only the name is the support."

Around the world - YIDL at he Sziget Festival Budapest 2011

Yoga is offered as a sanctuary within a large music festival. For eleven years, we provide a daily practice, showing festival-goers how to relax deeply. Many newcomers try yoga here for the first time. We adapt to the fast-paced environment by offering 20-25 minute sessions tailored to individual requests for rest, asana, or meditation. Initial interest often comes from seeing dynamic asana practice. We always begin with simple, grounding exercises, not advanced postures. We emphasize preserving the tradition's purity and spirituality, contrasting with the popular strength-based styles. Our presence in this community space is essential, as many might not seek out a dedicated center. People practice even amidst loud music, achieving a withdrawal of the senses. This demonstrates that deep relaxation is possible anywhere. "Based on this, our prepared yoga instructors tailor the session accordingly." "The astonishing experience we have is that at most they achieve pratyāhāra, the withdrawal of the senses, so that they are absolutely undisturbed by what is happening outside." Program with Swamiji

Life is a test of discernment, where true understanding arises only through adversity. Dharma and relationships are proven in hardship. A child's attachments shift with age, from toys to family, yet all are transient. People love the essence, not the form. Self-realization brings detachment, revealing the Self as the light of Brahman, making the world transcendent. Even deities are bound by karma and seek human birth for liberation. All incarnations endure suffering within karmic constraints. Action itself is divine and determines one's course. The deepest bondage is attachment, as seen when duty conflicts with familial ties. The mind is a restless monkey, spoiling devotion, then an ox dragging one into worldly confusion. Without control, it wanders in hunger and planning. True practice requires a place free from bargaining. Worldly sorrow persists, but devotion is the path. When the vital force departs, all relations are seen as illusory. Attachment is a worldly bond, fleeting like moonlight. "Dharma, patience, friends, and women are tested in times of adversity." "Brahman is truth, the world is illusion."

Around the world - YIDL at the Budapest Vegetarian Festival 2011

Yoga in Everyday Life is a system of practice for daily living. We demonstrate its aspects at events like the Vegetarian Festival. The practice involves paying attention to bodily sensations, which connects you to vitality carried by circulation and prāṇa. The system offers recommendations, with a vegetarian lifestyle being foremost. It is not enough to merely be vegetarian; one must also move, exercise, practice prāṇāyāma, and relax. This philosophy aims first for good health, suggesting many troubles originate from the stomach and the sense of taste. Managing this is possible through the master yoga system. Beyond physical benefits, the philosophy makes life easier, providing opportunity to find oneself and ultimately reach the Self of God, Paramātmā. "Among these, the foremost is to maintain a vegetarian lifestyle." "He can deal with everything if he is involved in the master yoga system." Filming location: Budapest, Hungary

The Woodcutter’s Journey: From Copper to the Treasure Within

The journey from outer wealth to inner treasure reveals the master’s step-by-step guidance. A woodcutter, struggling to feed his family, received a sage’s blessing to dig for copper, then silver, gold, and diamonds. Each stage brought more comfort, yet the sage urged him to go further, to a clearing where something more valuable than diamonds awaited. The man delayed, and when he finally went, he found a tree and sat in meditation, discovering a peace surpassing all he had mined. This story mirrors the spiritual path: the master leads us from gross practices to deeper sādhanā. We begin with āsana and prāṇāyāma, then are pushed toward kriyā, mantra, and meditation. The core practice is ātma cintan—turning inward with mantra. All other methods are preparation. The mind, however, is a naughty monkey that can wreck the garden of peace in an instant. It is formless, ever-hungry, and moves faster than anything. To tame it, saints seize it by the nose and administer the medicine of knowledge and detachment. Satsaṅg is essential: it refreshes and purifies. The mantra is a fence protecting inner peace, a diamond of all diamonds. Its meaning unfolds in many directions—outward, inward, toward the self, toward the world. Daily effort to unlock its secrets is crucial. Satsaṅg must extend beyond gatherings; it must become an inner company with spiritual thoughts. This inner satsaṅg purifies, making one’s presence infectious. The aim is to live constantly in that satsaṅg, with awareness on the mantra and the path. “Peace and bliss result from satsaṅg.” “The mantra is like a fence you can put around yourself if you’re in a turbulent situation, so that your inner peace can remain intact.” Filming location: Vienna, Austria

The Journey of Consciousness: From Sleep to the Self

The journey of consciousness begins with understanding its states. The limited self can attain boundless knowledge through yogic practice. The subtle body, existing in the element of ākāśa, travels beyond the physical. Consciousness moves through waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. By purifying consciousness through sādhanā, one progresses from inert to cosmic awareness. This requires the guidance and mantra of a true Guru, for no practice succeeds without that grace. The Guru is recognized not by the physical form but by the knowledge imparted. The goal is for the individual drop of consciousness to merge into the ocean of the Divine. "Devotion to Hari is the only truth; the entire world is but a dream." "The drop is the jīva, and the ocean is Śiva. So when this jīva, this drop, merges into that ocean, the jīva becomes Śiva."

Evening with Swamiji in Jadan

Indian culture is the cradle of global civilization, integrating spirituality, ethics, and governance into a unified whole. This culture originates from the wisdom of sages who established principles for societal and environmental harmony. Politics and religion are inseparable, as true governance is ethical conduct rooted in spiritual truth. The culture emphasizes non-violence, mercy, and the protection of all life. It sees the divine in all nature and upholds the oneness of existence within diversity. Modern interpretations often reduce profound practices like yoga to mere physical exercise, missing their essence of divine union. The preservation of this culture and environment is a sacred duty, demonstrating India's role as a world teacher. "Mahatma Gandhijī said that if one says religion and politics cannot go together, that means he or she does not know what politics and religion are." "Only the name of God, your mantra, is the reality. This world is a dream." Filming location: Jadan, Rajasthan, India
