Tulsi

Tulsī is a sacred plant protected for its Āyurvedic utility. It is found in many homes, married to Kṛṣṇa, and cared for by household ladies who pray for family well-being. Its presence brings divine vibrations and keeps away negative forces. Tulsī requires extreme purity: one must bathe, clean, and avoid impurities before tending to it. It dislikes alcohol, meat, and cigarettes, preferring incense. If all conditions are met, it fosters love and harmony. There are black and white varieties. A rare eighteen-year-old "virgin" Tulsī requires a marriage ceremony, but such longevity is a rare perfection. "Where Tulsī is present, there is a divine vibration; there are goddesses, and no devils can enter that house." "If you have a virgin Tulsī at home and if she survives for eighteen years, then you must arrange her marriage." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Money and Purity

The divine principle is to give first in order to receive abundantly from God. Human doubt leads us to rely solely on our own small efforts, which is like filling a pot with a spoon, instead of trusting in divine provision, which comes like a flood. The imagery of Lakṣmī shows that people chase wealth, causing the inner Viṣṇu, representing the divine self, to suffer from jealousy. Therefore, one must cultivate giving and renunciation. True wealth, embodied by Lakṣmī, only resides where there is inner purity—devotion, humility, and kindness—free from mental pollution. This spiritual purity is symbolized by the sacred ash from fire, a unity now often lost in modern life. While philosophies like Vedānta and communism aimed for oneness, their corruption led to failure, just as modern democracy has become corrupted by a singular, ruthless pursuit of money above all else. "Give to Me, and then you will see what I give you." "Renounce and enjoy." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Ambitions and faithfulness

Ambition prevents success and destroys the fruit of spiritual practice. Without a Guru's grace and true faithfulness, efforts yield no result. Faithfulness is now lost, as minds ask "What do I get?" and thus miss its golden benefit. An unsteady, ambitious mind cannot achieve perfection. A story illustrates this. A being sought immortality from Śiva but was refused. He then requested a power: whoever's head he touched would burn. Granted this, he immediately tried to use it on Śiva himself. Śiva fled. Viṣṇu, appearing as a dancer, tricked the being into a dance where he imitated her movements and placed his hand on his own head, burning himself. His own ambition destroyed him. Therefore, proceed step by step. Be faithful to your practice, your friends, yourself, your master, and your disciples. Direct experience, like that of spiritual energies, is beyond intellect. It is like blind men describing an elephant—each touches a different part and claims a different truth. All are right from their limited experience, and none grasp the whole. "Ambition will burn us and will not help us to be successful." "Every individual has different experiences." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Beyond time and space

Time is a mental construct, not an ultimate reality. Our destiny stems from past deeds, yet we have forgotten this connection. In truth, there is no time; it is a product of the human brain. We invented the clock and its measurements. There is no boundary, hence the state described as beyond time and space. The intellect, which created this complication, becomes liberated from these limitations. That timeless moment is called samādhi. In that state, consciousness becomes one without a second. The past, present, and future—the entire universe—is known. The three principles of knower, knowledge, and object merge into one. Only the absolute declaration of oneness remains. There is no past or future, only the undivided present. "Time is only a product of the human brain." "When these three merge into one, then only 'So'ham,' 'Ahaṁ Brahmāsmi' remains." Gauri Shankar

The Mūlādhāra chakra is the earth element, preserving and giving birth to all seeds of destiny. This productive foundation daily generates new sprouts from the unconscious. The divine Śakti is the universal strength holding the cosmos, a consciousness beyond anatomical gender distinctions. Within each person exists both male and female energy principles, known as Iḍā and Piṅgalā. The seed of Śiva resides in the Sahasrāra, while the seed of Śakti, by destiny, is in the Mūlādhāra. Yet their strongest concentrations are reversed, prompting a guiding union. The awakening Śakti ascends like a sprout, activating specific nerves and brain centers. This regeneration brings health, youthfulness, lightness, and a singular desire for divine love. "This earth preserves everything. This Mother Earth does not lose or destroy seeds; she gives birth to them." "The Śakti that dwells in consciousness knows no difference such as 'he' and 'she.'" Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Five chakras

Chakras are energy centers akin to dynamos; movement generates energy, stillness does not. This produced energy is not physical but influences the physical being, aiding senses and bodily movement. Each chakra is like a disc with two parts turning in opposite directions, awakening energy where they meet. These centers exist throughout the body, categorized from earth to divine levels, each retaining qualities of the preceding stage. The five primary chakras correspond to the five elements. Their impure or unbalanced awakening, particularly of animal energies, can lead to a loss of control over body and mind. Purification through mantra is essential, as intellectual rigidity without heart compromises spiritual progress. Mantra's power transcends linguistic or religious labels, being a universal energy like love or electricity. "A chakra is like a disc. Each chakra always has two parts, and they are turning dynamically." "Mantra is mantra. There is no Christian or Hindu or Jewish or Muslim. Love is love." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Dead bodies

The presence of dead matter in the home creates negative energy, undermining family harmony. Modern society paradoxically avoids human corpses yet stores animal corpses in refrigerators for consumption. A dead body, whether human or animal, carries the same inauspicious energy. This pervasive negative energy is the root cause of domestic unhappiness, conflict, and children's desire to flee the home. Children rush through their obligations at home to escape its oppressive atmosphere. Their subsequent activities outside often lead to detrimental behaviors, which parents inadvertently encourage. This familial breakdown occurs because the home's energy is corrupted. The constant presence of meat, eggs, and dead bodies in storage, cooking pots, and stomachs pollutes the domestic environment. These items possess a prāṇa, a fresh energy that sustains youth, yet their dead state contradicts this vitality. "They possess a prāṇa, that fresh energy that makes you young, most certainly." "Why is this happening? Because in your home there is no good energy." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Be good

Do one thing: each morning, tell yourself, "I would like to be good." Be good to every creature and all of nature. This single intention can change the world. "Be good" also means being honest; it awakens your hidden qualities and leads to realization. Yoga is the science of body, mind, consciousness, and God-realization. There is a God, a realization, a reality. I bless you with good health, long life, and harmony in your family, society, and country. "Simply say to yourself, 'Be good.'" "Thus, yoga is the science of the body, the mind, consciousness, and God-realization." Filming location: Zlin, Czech Republic

Prolong your life through PRANAYAMA

Focusing on the breath reveals the color of your prāṇa, which diagnoses health and predicts future illness, like an internal weather station. This quality can also foretell the time of leaving the body. Such perception is either a divine gift or achieved through practice. Your breath is your most precious life credit; prāṇāyāma saves it by slowing respiration. Reducing breaths from fifteen to eight per minute saves breath, thereby prolonging life. Mastering breath through techniques like Anuloma Viloma allows control and enables reading nature's indications, such as predicting pregnancy or a child's health. "Similarly, for a yoginī, that weather station is inside, and the prāṇa is telling everything: when you will be ill, what kind of illness it is." "Therefore, prāṇāyāma—practicing prāṇāyāma—means to save your breath. And how to save? Breathe slow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Ancestors

Our connection to ancestors is fundamental, not merely sentimental. Families are bound by a love that transcends generations, forming a joint capital. Modern fragmentation, like seeking separate homes or divorce, severs this and causes widespread suffering. This rupture represents a loss of ancestral guidance and recipes for living. Many cultures deeply revere ancestors who observe and protect us. Our responsibility is to honor them, as their liberation can depend upon our actions. We carry debts, including to parents and teachers, that must be acknowledged. Fulfilling these duties stabilizes life. Establishing a sacred focus in the home, like a Śakti Pīṭha, and performing regular worship appeases protective forces. This practice alleviates life's turbulence and karmic burdens, creating harmony. Ancestral spirits are present in the world around us; our duty is to keep them pleased through remembrance and right action. "Through getting divorced, how many relationships suffer? Grandparents suffer from both sides. Parents suffer from both sides." "The ancestors are always there, and the liberation of the ancestors depends on the children." Explanation of bhajans SUNO RE MENA and SUNO RE SUVA

A symbolic dialogue teaches that worldly joys are fleeting, while spiritual practice leads to eternal union. A parrot couple in a beautiful park shares daily spiritual discourse. The male advises the female that sensual pleasures are a poisonous, temporary mirage compared to the immortal nectar of divine connection. He warns that death is ever-present and separation is inevitable. True togetherness is achieved only by realizing the oneness of the soul through mantra repetition and devotion. Despite the teaching, both parrots still enjoy worldly fruits, illustrating the mind's distraction. Ultimately, they commit to spiritual practice, merging into oneness at dawn. "Enjoy in prayers, in bhakti, in repeating the names of God. There is a joy; the joy is there in spirituality. This is the essence of life." "Therefore, let us do something so that we will be ever together. That can only be if we lead a spiritual life, so that we will unite in oneness." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Janmasthami - incarnation of Lord Krishna

The incarnation of Kṛṣṇa is universal, meant for the entire planet. Kṛṣṇa is the complete incarnation representing the entire cosmic consciousness. He manifests through divine power in every age to protect righteousness and the devoted, to dispel ignorance and destroy evil. The specific birthplace of a saint is irrelevant, as the whole world is one divine family and the light of God is within every being. This incarnation brings light into darkness, guiding from ignorance to knowledge. All sincere and positive spiritual aspirations are known and will be fulfilled by the inner guide, in due time. "Time to time I manifest myself... to protect my bhaktas... to bring the light of knowledge and destroy the darkness of ignorance." "Lead us from the darkness to the light." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Desires

Desires arise from circumstance, yet their fulfillment rests with destiny. We strive, then seek divine aid, attributing outcomes to blessing or our own failure. A story illustrates this. Two thieves promised Lord Śiva a human head for success in theft. Their own desire formed this vow. After stealing, they killed a prince to fulfill it. The blame fell upon an innocent yogi meditating in the temple. Arrested and facing death, the yogi prayed from the heart, unlike superficial prayers full of wishes. Śiva explained the thieves acted from their own imagination; the yogi's plight was the ripening of a past karma from childhood cruelty. Due to his devotion, he was protected from death. Karma spares no one; time waits for none. Do not blame God for your own desires. Think before you wish. "Other prayers are on the surface and mostly come from here (the mind): 'Lord, I want to find work. I want a partner.'" "Karma will not leave anybody free. Karma will not exclude you, and time will not wait for you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Swamiji's speach at the 3rd International Youth Peace Conference

The foundation for a happy future is a complete family and spiritual education. Father and mother must stay together for the children's happiness. Giving children too much freedom and material things leads them astray; they need love and wisdom, not toys and money. Culture is essential to human life, and its highest form is agriculture. If agriculture is destroyed, all cultures and humanity perish, so organic farming is vital. World peace rests on tolerance, respect, and understanding for all cultures and situations. True spiritual education teaches love for all creatures, not narrow religious thinking. To be free and protected, one must give freedom and protection to others. "Children do not need your toys, they need your love; and children do not need your money, they need your wisdom." "If you want to be free, then you have to give freedom to others." SAT SANATAN DHARMA - The True Ethernal Religion

There is only one eternal religion, which is our duty to realize our union with the divine. Originally, gatherings were in temples, not churches, but all places of worship are equal. This one religion is Sanātana Dharma, the eternal principle uniting all creation. Teachings delivered through human incarnations, like those of Kṛṣṇa or Jesus, are considered man-made expressions of this truth. The eternal itself—God, creation, consciousness—is not man-made. Our primary dharma is simply our humanity; we are not born labeled by sect. In death, there are no religious barriers, only the impersonal law of karma judges our deeds. No divine being rewards sectarian violence; such duality and the desire to claim followers are products of the human ego and quest for power, not the divine will, which desires free belief. "You people believe more in gold than in God. You believe in money, but money will destroy you." "Karma pradhān—karma is the main thing. What you did, your deeds, will divide you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Instructions for bhajan singers and bhajan CETANA KA CILKA SVAMI NE

The practice is a call-and-response rhythm that builds clarity through disciplined waiting. A main singer provides a line, and the group repeats it in unison. After this, there is a deliberate pause where only the instrumental notes are played, allowing for absorption before the next line is introduced. This structured waiting is not passive; it demands significant energy, akin to holding back a racing horse to build potential. The process cultivates patience as a form of concentrated power. The leader will now observe to ensure the group follows this rule of singing, then waiting, then singing again. "Clarity requires the energy to wait." "Waiting demands a great deal of energy. To hold back takes tremendous energy." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Do a good karma - Begin with organic food

The highest principle is non-violence, which means protecting nature. Destroying nature with chemicals is the greatest violence. Good karma is advising ecological, organic cultivation. Choose organic food; it supports health and can bring prosperity, as shown by one student's success. We support each other in this: you gain health and we gain health, creating mutual benefit. Begin by choosing natural things. Demand mineral water in glass bottles, not plastic, to avoid contaminants and for better taste. Publicly advocate for this by writing the message in shared spaces to influence others. This practice protects your health, your children's health, and the planet. Ahiṃsā Paramo Dharma: protect every creature, love them, feed them, do not kill them, and do not eat them. "To protect nature is the greatest act of non-violence; this is profoundly significant." "Write this message wherever you can—this is not vandalism." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Speciality of the Vajrasana

Vajrāsana is a posture of cultural dignity and physiological harmony. It aligns the body's subtle channels, balancing the solar and lunar energies within. The pose straightens the spinal column effortlessly, enhancing oxygen intake and circulation. This alignment relaxes the heart and digestive systems, promoting efficient function. Sitting in this posture after meals greatly aids digestion and can alleviate gastric issues. It also relieves tension in the shoulders, neck, and back, potentially reducing headaches. Regular practice supports the immune system and regulates metabolism without weight gain. The posture activates the Vajranāḍī, harmonizing many bodily systems. "In the moon there is a purak of the sun, and in the sun is the purak of the moon." "After practicing Vajrāsana for one month, you forget the medicine because Vajrāsana will help you all the time." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Q&A - Don't avoid the Satsang

The sign of ignorance is believing one is too advanced for satsaṅg. Swāmījī gave a clear sign to such disciples: they are highly developed and need not attend. This development is in ignorance, making the thinking mistaken. Regardless of your degree of development, you should go. This question arises from some who, being among groups, think they are high and do not need it. Whoever does not go is the most ignorant. Mahāprabhujī stated the fortunate are those who can go. Every bhajan indicates satsaṅg's importance. You may miss a meal, but do not miss satsaṅg. "Fortunate are they who can go to satsaṅg." "You may miss a meal, but do not miss satsaṅg." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Swamiji's message for the Rakshabandhan day

Rakṣābandhan is an ancient festival for societal peace and overcoming conflict between male and female. It began to counter discrimination against feminine power, emphasizing respect and protection. This love signifies harmony, peace, and understanding, not merely physical love. The festival is a universal duty for males to protect the dignity of all females, regardless of relation or age. It is cultural and universal, based on mutual respect. Yogīs should honor this day, remembering all sisters. This full moon in Śravaṇa Māsa unites Śiva and Pārvatī, initiating a special consciousness. "Love means harmony. Love means peace. Love means protection. Love means understanding." "Rakṣābandhan means protection. It is the prime duty of the male to protect the dignity of the feminine world." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Rakshabandhan - Day of Girls

Raksha Bandhan is a festival for protecting mental tendencies and developing self-respect. The ritual involves tying a protective thread, signifying a brotherly duty to offer protection and help. This bond is for siblings and can extend to others, but it must be genuine. Using it as a trick to pursue marriage is dishonest and wrong. A Raksha Bandhan brother can often be more helpful than a real brother. The festival includes exchanging presents based on age. It is a day celebrated with food sponsored by the boys for the enjoyment of all. "It becomes the duty of that boy to protect that girl and help her in all situations." "You should not do this trick, neither boys nor girls. If you do not have the genuine feeling, do not do it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Hara Shakti

The Hara Shakti is the life force energy generated in the Manipura chakra, governing immunity and vitality. A strong Hara Shakti fortifies the immune system and fights all illnesses, acting as a protective warrior against invading infections. When this energy is weak, immunity declines and profound fatigue sets in, indicating improper chakra function. A specific exercise is offered to strengthen this force. Practicing it ten rounds, three times daily, will produce a significant change in the body's energy and resilience. This practice is the direct means to cultivate this essential guardian power. "The Hara Shakti fights against all illnesses." "When hara shakti is insufficient, immunity is not enough, and you will feel very tired." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Our Partner is PARABRAHMATMA

Surrender is the art of being shaped by the Divine. Like clay surrendering to the potter, we must allow ourselves to be formed. The clay becomes a priceless masterpiece after being worked and fired. Your ego will resist with negative thoughts, making you like an iron spoon in pudding that cannot taste its sweetness. You are the bee that creates the sweet life, not those allergic to spirituality. Do not search for a partner; it will come by destiny, not effort. Your true partnership is with the supreme through Self-realization, a complete merger like a river into the ocean from which there is no divorce. This union may come in this life or the next. "Who is searching will not find. And who is not searching will find." "When the river merges into the ocean... it cannot go out again." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Significance of Vajrāsana

Vajrāsana is a foundational posture with profound physical and spiritual effects. The pose is named for the Vajranāḍī, a primary energy channel ending between the big and second toes of each foot. Sitting in Vajrāsana stimulates this channel, which connects to higher brain centers, promoting immediate mental relaxation, concentration, and the dissipation of tension. Culturally, it is a posture of humility and respect in many Eastern traditions. Physically, it straightens the spinal column, aligning the chakras and increasing bodily energy and immunity. This alignment relaxes the diaphragm, allowing for deeper, natural breathing which benefits the lungs and relieves depression. The relaxed diaphragm also eases the entire intestinal tract, significantly aiding digestion. The Vajranāḍī's connection to the Maṇipūra Chakra at the navel is crucial for unifying vital energies and is considered a gateway for advanced spiritual states. Thus, Vajrāsana strengthens physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual readiness. "As soon as you sit in Vajrāsana, you immediately feel relaxed. All tensions dissipate; it concentrates the mind, releases tension, and removes frivolous thoughts." "Therefore, people who often feel tired should practice Vajrāsana. Sit for at least 15 minutes." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Yoga - healthy way of life

Yoga is the science of body, mind, and consciousness. It was misunderstood, then associated with hippies and drugs, and labeled a sect, but truth prevails and it is now a global part of life. Modern life creates loneliness, but yoga fosters connection and solves life's purpose. Last century's meat consumption grew from subconscious wartime lack, and a human-centric philosophy dismissed animals, forgetting that all creatures are the soul. Observing an animal's innocence makes killing impossible, for love arises. Forgetting animals created an imbalance, with industrial farming destroying nature. Human greed for more leads to pesticide use, poisoning soil, water, and food, causing unnatural growth and illness. A new awareness seeks wellness through organic food, natural living, and vegetarianism, noting vegetarian children excel academically and yogic practitioners lead healthier, happier lives. Yoga in India is now widespread, with a third generation demonstrating its benefits, as human consciousness turns toward health. "Ahimṣā paramo dharmaḥ—the supreme, the highest principle is ahimṣā." "Prāṇī mātra mērī ātmā hē—all creatures are my soul." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Learn to endure

The seeker endures the paradox of truth and worldly life. We learn that Brahman is truth and the world is unreality, yet we live in a physical body composed of five elements. This body experiences hunger, thirst, anger, and desire, putting us to the test. With discrimination and intellect, one can practice titikṣā, which means to endure all situations while contemplating the Self. This contemplation asks, "Who am I?" recognizing we are not the body or mind but the ātmā. Yet we cannot escape the body. A core practice is cultivating a longing for liberation from worldly suffering. Troubles exist everywhere, in household or monastic life. The world is saṃsāra, where unwanted events occur and desired ones do not. Human nature fails to value what it has and cries for what it lacks, making endurance difficult. "Titikṣā means to endure all situations and circumstances in life while practicing Ātmā Cintan." "Ātmā Cintan means we try to direct all our concentration and all our energy toward liberation." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Intellect

Happiness depends entirely on you, as the world is a creation of the mind. Your thoughts determine your feelings. God gave humans intellect for happiness, not for abuse through unnatural or unethical behavior. Patañjali described problematic thoughts, or kliṣṭa vṛttis, as those opposing spiritual law and ethics, which inevitably cause trouble. Any thought emanating from consciousness eventually returns to the individual. Therefore, one must use intellect to discern actions and their consequences before acting. Impressions from the senses create thoughts, which lead to feelings and then physical action. Non-problematic, or akliṣṭa, thoughts support self-protection and development. Ultimately, there is no one else to blame for your state. "Any kind of thought or thinking which is against our spiritual path... those vṛttis will one day cause us troubles." "Any vṛttis, meaning any thought which goes out from the human consciousness... will sooner or later come back to the person." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Cause

The human intellect seeks the cause, while the animal intellect follows the effect. This defines our consciousness. We must discover the cause of our suffering to become free. Do not be passive, expecting divine intervention. You have been given intellect and latent divine power; you must utilize them. Humans are meant to be protectors of society and nature. Life itself is the battlefield, an internal allegory. Your body is the field, your mind is the warrior, your soul is the divine charioteer, and your negative tendencies are the adversaries. Historical narratives are vehicles for eternal wisdom. Their power lies in the inspiration they provide. Systems and ages flow past, but the conscious self, the witness, remains. Observe yourself. Your youthful feelings reside in an aging instrument that reflects your past care. "God said, 'I gave you a beautiful body, and I gave you intellect. I gave you abilities, hidden powers within you.'" "Your intellect is never polluted, and your knowledge is never-ending." Filming location: Slovakia

Living planet & Human qualities

The Earth is a living being, and humanity has become a dangerous force upon it. God created humans as protectors, not destroyers, instructing them not to kill or eat meat. Yet, the natural order sustains itself through life consuming life. Human actions create karma and destiny; suffering and disasters arise from our collective negativity. War cannot bring peace, as it breeds lasting resentment. The core human failure is forgetting our inherent quality and value. We must awaken to our role, establish human values firmly, and cease the exploitation that stems from greed. Universal love is the truth that still holds our planet together. "Vasudhaiva Kuṭumbakam—the whole world is the family of the One God." "Mother Earth has enough for everyone's needs, but not for everyone's greed." Filming location: Slovakia

Ocean

Human life is a rare fortune in this age, and its purpose is to cross the ocean of worldly existence. This planet is a realm of action where every deed requires motivation, and all motivation is rooted in emotion. We navigate an ocean of these emotions—anger, love, jealousy, happiness—struggling toward our aims. Yet all that is created here will be dissolved. The spiritual aim is to develop consciousness to completeness, to end the cycle of rebirth. While we seek happiness, worldly joy is fleeting and brings future sorrow. Our present reality, with all its feelings, is the ocean we must cross. "Fortunate are we that we obtained a human body. And while repeating the name of God, O human, cross the ocean of ignorance." "No action can be done without emotion. No action can be done without motivation." Filming location: Slovakia

Guru mantra

The path centers on the guru mantra as essential for spiritual progress. There are two orientations: following one's own mind leads to trouble, while following the guru's guidance is advised. All mantras, knowledge, and languages originate from the divine source, Śiva, making all sacred scriptures Guruvākya. One should initially rely on these scriptures until receiving initiation from a living master. The received mantra contains all worlds and scriptures; it is the king of mantras and a seed within the heart. This seed must be nurtured daily to grow slowly into a great tree, as quick growth yields only weak wood useful for fire. Without mantra practice, there is no path; meditation without mantra is a body without a soul. Merely possessing a mantra is insufficient, as negative qualities can destroy the seed of devotion, leading to a loss of spiritual senses. Regular practice is a spiritual tonic; neglecting it leads to lost energy. Satsaṅg is requested as the divine means to achieve the higher goal. "Manvā dhire dhire cala gagana gṛha caḍhanare bhāī. Oh my mind, walk slowly, slowly. We have to climb to the heavenly house." "Śrī Dīpā Dayāl, yā rāja śun lījo... kar kṛpā, moye satsaṅg dījo... Oh merciful Lord, listen to me. Please bless me. Satsaṅg. I ask only for satsaṅg." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Guruvakya, Guruseva, Gurukripa

Divine incarnation occurs for all beings, restoring original harmony. All creatures pray, silently and loudly; the cry of a suffering animal is a prayer. Great saints possess knowledge of all three times; their words are unchanging truth. Understanding these sacred words requires association with truth. Without this understanding, service is impossible and confusion becomes an inner prison. The master's transformative power surpasses even the philosopher's stone, for a master can create another master. True service transforms the master's word into grace, which is the sole root of liberation. Consuming meat makes one the killer, for the animal dies for that desire. Human intellect is not meant for this; doing so knowingly compounds the karma. Mercy is the root of righteousness; ego is the root of sin. Do not claim humanitarian values while partaking in animal behavior. "Mokṣamūlam Guru Kṛpā—the root of liberation is the Guru's grace." "When you eat meat, you are the killer, because the animal is killed because you want to eat it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Don't delay anything

The urgency of spiritual duty arises from life's uncertainty. A field of snow evoked a master's pervasive light and a composed bhajan. Time passes quickly; obligations must be fulfilled immediately, for one's duty determines the journey. Obstacles, kleśas, exist inside as negative thoughts and outside as worldly problems. Inner pollution clouds the transparent consciousness like smoke in a glass. The outer world of saṃsāra is constant change—birth, death, accident. Do not seek escape but acceptance; find balance through the middle way. The nature of the mind is to think, so direct it toward good, God, and helping others. This comprehensive engagement is yoga in daily life, mastering oneself and the everyday. "Whatever is to be done, you should do it immediately. What is done is done." "Therefore, don’t delay anything. Don’t postpone anything. Do it immediately if it’s possible." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Paras

Human life is a priceless opportunity for spiritual realization, given for a limited time. This body is like the philosopher's stone, capable of transforming base experience into the gold of wisdom. Yet, one often delays, waiting for better conditions, distracted by worldly calculations and gossip. When the allotted time ends, the opportunity is lost, and pleas for extension are futile. The failure is inaction, not in external circumstances. The goal is to utilize this human life to realize the immortal Self. Do not waste time. "Understand human life, the value of the human life, and protect the life, and utilize this value to realize that which is indescribable, immortal, everlasting—the divine, the Self, the Ātmā." "Do not waste your time in gossiping." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Satsang

The incomparable value of true satsaṅg is revealed through an ancient story. A great sage performed intense spiritual practice for 60,000 years but was still troubled by anger. He offered the fruits of this immense effort to another sage. That sage offered in return only the fruit of one minute of satsaṅg. To settle whose gift was greater, they sought a divine judgment. A test was set before the being who supports the Earth. The Earth did not respond to the power of 60,000 years of practice. Yet, when offered the fruit of one minute of satsaṅg, the Earth moved and remained unsupported. The judgment was clear. One minute of genuine satsaṅg surpasses countless years of individual effort. Satsaṅg must be attended with a truthful heart, free from gossip and criticism, like an empty pot ready to receive. Only love, wisdom, and devotion reside there. "One minute of satsaṅg is greater than 60,000 years of tapasyā and all sādhanās." "Truth alone triumphs. With that truthful heart, you should go to satsaṅg." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Dosti

True friendship is a sacred union of souls, not a casual association. Love is a universal power extending to all beings, not merely human or romantic. A real friend is one of such profound unity that they would sacrifice for you; this is dostī, meaning two walking in truth. Cultivate this with all creatures, for an animal's loyalty often surpasses a human's fleeting commitment. Protect these bonds like a tiny flame in a storm, as weak connections are easily extinguished by negativity and pride. Do not compare yourself to others, but seek to understand them. Let go of anger and jealousy, and practice forgiveness in all things, for this is the essence of a spiritual life. "Dostī: 'do' means two, and satī means truth. Both walk on the path of truth, of reality." "Everybody is helping the strong one. No one is helping the weak one. The big wind will make the fire stronger." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

A Call for Universal Harmony and Inner Peace

Sanātana Dharma is the universal religion based on eternal principles found in all faiths, speaking not of a personal God but the one universal God present in all. Yoga is the balancing principle of all elements, leading to harmony and the union of individual consciousness with cosmic consciousness; this inner balance is peace. Modern industrial development has created distraction and disaster, misdirecting humanity. True development is sustainable relationship, not material gain. Weapons and industries of war contradict the core teachings of every genuine religious path. We must develop love, understanding, and tolerance, respecting every culture without discrimination to realize world peace. Peace begins within one's own heart. "One in all and all in one." "If you kill one human, it is as if you kill all humanity." Filming location: Brno, Czech Republic

Sayam and Niyam

Liberation depends on discipline and control, not merely postures. The way you live and speak, through śayama and niyama, is crucial. We mark the passing of a master of perfect discipline and self-control. Such a departure is a profound loss. Our observance is but a petal of devotion. The master-disciple bond is eternal and unchanging. A successor carries the work forward but does not become the original master. A disciple remains a disciple to their master, regardless of their own stature. The teaching is to first honor the guru who reveals God, never forgetting one's origin. One who knows this receives blessing and protection to proceed. "Blowing off a candle is different than the sunset." "Gurū Govinda dāū khaḍe... Balihārī Gurudev kī, Govinda dīyo batāī." Sant Bani

The sight and words of the Guru are a supreme blessing that purifies and brings peace. Every meeting and word cleanses the inner instrument and calms the three fires of suffering that burn all beings. This world is seen as a burning forest. God sent clouds of wisdom—the Guru's speech—as a nectar-rain to extinguish these fires. That sacred speech is truth itself and never fails. True understanding means to multiply its effect by applying it to every aspect of life: thinking, acting, eating, and living. Listening is not enough; one's conduct after leaving the gathering is the true measure. "The moon may forget, the sun may forget, but the words of the Mahāpuruṣa can never be forgotten." "Understand means to multiply... To apply it in your life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

When to practise

Guidelines for practice require mindfulness. Practice on a somewhat empty stomach, allowing hours after a meal. Choose a time of personal convenience, integrating practice without neglecting obligations to family and society. Do not become individualistic, as neglecting duties creates unhappiness. Within twenty-four hours, find time for yourself when duties are complete and you feel relaxed. Ensure a comfortable space with good air, never practicing in haste. This approach fosters inner harmony, making you aware of body, breath, and thoughts in a secure place. "Therefore, a practitioner should choose a time according to personal convenience." "Never practice in a hurry. Hurry in yoga? There is no competition and no challenges when you are alone." Filming location: Slovakia

Smile

The body is a natural temple requiring rest and peace. Restlessness and tension shorten lifespan, while happiness increases healthy cells. A global laughter technique involves dedicated group laughter, transforming participants' appearance and vitality after a weekend. A speaker illustrated that smiling engages only a few muscles, leaving the rest relaxed, whereas not smiling creates widespread tension. Therefore, keep smiling to express inner harmony, being discerning about its context but avoiding anger and tension. Bodily organs function beautifully when relaxed and happy, but become impaired under stress. Yoga exercises are psychosomatic movements, creating a natural, harmonious effect. Practice slowly, feeling one with your body, and concentrate on its sensations. Once daily, check every limb, smile at your body, and appreciate its parts as nature's creation. Accept illness to make treatment easier. "Therefore, keep smiling. When you look at someone with a happy face, it expresses your inner feeling of harmony." "So once a day, check everything; go through every limb. As in Yoga Nidrā or in meditation, smile. Visit your body and smile." Filming location: Slovakia

Knowledge

There are two kinds of knowledge: limited and endless. Endless knowledge flows from a supreme source, and the intellect can become a channel for it. This channeling is not easy but comes to those who sincerely try. The limited knowledge is called Aparāvidyā, learned from birth to death through worldly education and practice. It is useful for life but fades without use and ends with this body. This knowledge distinguishes humans, granting logic and the basis for ethics like non-violence. However, this same human capacity can be used for good or evil, making one a friend or enemy to oneself. Misusing this knowledge causes harm. Its application requires the control of inner logic to maintain harmony. The endless knowledge is Parāvidyā, the supreme spiritual wisdom beyond intellect. When it awakens, it opens the third eye of insight into past, present, and future. "Aparāvidyā is that kind of knowledge which will accompany us only until the end of this life." "Parāvidyā is the knowledge about those things which our intellect cannot grasp. It is supreme knowledge, spiritual knowledge, universal knowledge." Filming location: Slovakia

Saraswati

The grace of Sarasvatī and the necessity of self-effort define the spiritual path. Sarasvatī is the goddess of wisdom; her grace grants eloquence and knowledge, making her adored by all. In spirituality, all are supreme and equal, a principle reflected in human rights concepts originating from ancient texts. True spirituality promotes freedom and happiness, not opposition between faiths. However, one must be wary of self-made masters who create commercial territories. Ultimately, you must practice for yourself. Watching another's practice only increases your desire, not your attainment. Spiritual fulfillment requires your own disciplined effort. "If she is pleased with you, you become the wisest of the wise." "If I eat, my stomach becomes full... you must practice for yourself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Kal chakra

Death is certain, and one must fulfill one's duty. The time and place of death are fixed but unknown. Therefore, one must act on their duties immediately, without delay. Life presents two paths: engagement in worldly duties and withdrawal from them. One must not abandon their worldly obligations, known as dharma. Protecting one's dharma ensures that dharma will offer protection in return. This principle operates within cycles of duty, action, and time. The wheel of time, or Kāla Cakra, represents both chronological time and the ever-present threat of death circling overhead. "Kāl kare so āj kar: what you have to do tomorrow, do it today." "If you can protect your dharma, the dharma will protect you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Teerath

The Guru's abode contains all sacred places. A story illustrates this. Two men undertook a pilgrimage to the Gaṅgā. A swāmī instructed them to lodge only where someone had been to the river. They followed this discipline for months. Nearing the river, they stayed with a sādhu without asking the required question. They learned he had never been to the Gaṅgā and were devastated, believing their vow broken. That night, three goddesses—Gaṅgā, Yamunā, and Sarasvatī—appeared. They explained they come to that ashram nightly to perform seva, to purify themselves of the sins absorbed from bathers. The pilgrims realized the holy place comes to the saint. They attained darśan without bathing. All holy places reside where a holy person lives. Service with pure intention is the greatest dharma. "Where the Gurudev is living, there all 68 holy places are living." "We come to the sun, the ashram, to do seva. That we can purify from those sins, from those impurities, to become pure and go back to take again the sin of others." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Spirits

The visible world is illusion, but the invisible spirit is real. Where there are people, there is colorful beauty. Where there are trees, there is cool shade. Yet when examined, the trees appear sad, and places without people feel like ghost castles. We are the visible ghosts who still greet each other. The invisible ghosts are those spirits liberated from this plane, for they were free from the beginning. They exist between worlds, unable to become fully visible. Sensitive people may perceive them. They can be helped through prayers and offerings, such as giving food to birds, animals, or the hungry. Performing good acts in their name is beneficial. When you give a donation, you are not fulfilling an obligation but doing something good for yourself. A story tells of a master of black magic who could not summon ghosts in the presence of his disciple, a knower of Brahman. The ghosts were liberated merely by the disciple's unseen presence. Where you go, no negative spirit will remain if you repeat your mantra, say prayers, and keep the sacred focus. You are now pure through spiritual practice, gathering, and partaking of blessed food and air. This divine intoxication must be maintained, lest worldly illusion slowly diminish your detachment. Therefore, repeat and return. "Where there are humans, there is a colorful māyā, a beauty. Where there are trees, there is a nice, cool shade." "I may tell you with great confidence: all negative energies will disappear and purify." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Regression therapy

Regression therapy is a complex tool with potential benefits and significant risks. The method can sometimes help, but it often reveals truths that are difficult to master. If you recall a happy past life, you may feel happy; if you recall a miserable one, you will feel unhappy. The core issue is whether you can digest such hard knowledge. Ignorance can sometimes preserve peace, as not knowing tragic news allows one to remain relaxed. Since we often struggle to master events in our current life, how can we hope to master a past life? The past is finished. Do not dwell on it; focus on the future. The difficulty of yesterday's climb is behind you; now concentrate on climbing further. Thus, the answer remains conditional. "The knowledge is very hard to digest. That is our problem." "You are not able to master this life. How are you going to master the past life also?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Neeti

Understanding Śruti, Smṛti, and Nīti. Śruti is what is heard directly from the teacher. Smṛti is the memory of that teaching, which is then shared with others. Nīti is ethics, the principle of neti, neti—"not this, not this." The great sages established this Nīti and entrusted it to capable leaders, who became kings. Thus, Nīti became Rājanīti, or politics. Politics itself is not bad; it is for protection and must be guided by knowledge, love, and forgiveness, not force. The problem is Anīti, or injustice, which arises from greed, selfishness, and the desire for power. One must fight against discrimination and suffering with love, hating the wrong action but not the person. "Politics is not bad. At the end of his autobiography, Mahatma Gandhi said that those who think politics and religion cannot go together do not know what politics is or what religion is." "Gandhījī said we do not hate the person; we hate their actions. Even if they shoot us with guns, we will love them. We hate their gun, not the person." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Svarga

Heaven and hell are not distant realms but present states of mind. A person content in their situation experiences heaven here. Another person in the same room, filled with anger and jealousy, experiences hell. The entire world and all situations are projections created by your own mind. Therefore, your reality is shaped by your perception. Your mind can create heaven in one moment and hell in the next. Your experience is determined by your thoughts. "Svarga and Naraka, hell and heaven, both are here." "How you think is how you feel." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Trapti

The self is satisfied by knowledge and wisdom. Satisfaction means completeness, ending the hunger of desire. When the self is fully satisfied, all unhappiness disappears. Such a person has mastered the senses; the senses are active but follow instructions, they are slaves, not masters. For this yogi, gold and dust are the same, a piece of glass and a diamond are equal. He knows cause and effect. The satisfied self has no desires. Our suffering stems from unmet expectations. Attain this consciousness to understand. "Such a person, who is above everything, his place is higher because he has mastered the senses; he is not the slave of the senses." "For that person, gold and the dust are the same. A piece of glass or a diamond is the same." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
