Fulfillment of all desires in your mind

A mantra is the instrument for the mind's fulfillment and liberation. 'Man' signifies mind, and 'tra' signifies fulfillment—the satisfaction of all mental desires. 'Tra' also signifies liberation, meaning to free the mind and senses from all binding objects and desires that cause unhappiness and restlessness. This process of purification and focus through the mantra refines consciousness. It moves awareness from identification with form to the formless. The consistent practice liberates one from the seeds of latent impressions. This journey leads from seeded to seedless absorption. "‘man’ means mind, and ‘tra’ means trāpti." "Liberate your mind and your senses from all objects and desires which make you unhappy and restless." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Seva Bhava and Prema Bhava

The divine state of service matures into unconditional, radiating love. This universal love has no selfishness; it is a free and selfless radiation that cannot be hidden. When the consciousness is filled with this love, it is a very high state of being. The combination of this loving attitude and the will to serve generates divine energy and bliss, making one tireless in action. It transforms duty into joy and makes the heart an endless, universal ocean. Through humble service performed with love, God works for the devotee and even assumes their duties. This unity of service and love leads to supreme spiritual states. "Love radiates, like kasturi, pačuli, or musk. It doesn’t matter how you keep it or where you keep it, still it will smell." "Where there is love, there is neither hatred, nor greed, nor lust, nor complexes. It is a surrender." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

You need a blessing

Seeking blessings is a fundamental human need for connection and guidance. A traditional concept that a husband is a wife's god is a distortion born of masculine ego, not true devotion. True devotion is humility and kindness between partners. Always seek a blessing or opinion to avoid bad influences, yet know you are capable and independent. Asking creates harmony; for example, always inform parents of your whereabouts to give them peace. This maintains happy family relations. The deepest love comes from parents, and beyond them, from the spiritual guide. Cherish your spiritual community, for these bonds reflect a purified heart. "More than parents, God loves you, and more than God, Gurudev loves you." "Guru Deī Śaraṇa Tumārī." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Ajapa japa

The root of spiritual practice is the Guru's instruction. This teaching establishes one in truth. The words and message of saints remain; we must follow that divine wisdom. The mantra is the vehicle that leads you. Practice the Guru Mantra from the spiritual lineage. At the fifth level, Ajapā, the mantra becomes spontaneous, a constant internal vibration. The prayer is to sing the divine name ceaselessly. At the body's end, the divine stands before you; the aim is to surrender while absorbed in that name. A devotee's final utterance was the name of God, demonstrating a merger of consciousness into the divine through that resonance. "Govinda, merī yeh prathānā—O Lord Govinda, this is my prayer to Thee: I never forget Your name." "Deha ant kale tum sam neho... At the end time of this body, You are standing in front of me." Nothing is too late

Life's purpose is fulfilled through its completion. Different mantras influence all life, learned through language, especially your mother tongue, which can become a language of love. Nothing is too late; begin from where you are. Doing one thing properly masters everything, while trying to do everything loses everything. Adhere to your practices and seek your family's patron deity, discovering it anew if unknown, to establish a new foundation. This ensures the safety, beauty, and success of your human mission. A mantra is not mere repetition; let your life itself be the worship. "By doing one thing properly, everything can be mastered. If you try to do everything at once, you will lose everything." "My life, your worship—my life is a ceremony to Thee, O Lord." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Narmadeshvar

You may take Amṛt for your entire life. This Mahāprasād can be further energized. There is a holy river named the Narmadā. Stones in this river are naturally shaped into forms resembling a Śiva Liṅgam. These are called Narmadeśvara Śiva Liṅgams. Place one on your altar. In the morning, wash and dry it. Perform an abhiṣeka on the Liṅgam with the liquid Amṛt while reciting the Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra five times. Pour a few drops onto it while chanting. Afterwards, pour a little milk, then honey, then water. You may then partake of that offering. That stone carries a unique vibration. A large rock is tumbled in the river countless times until it is worn down. This constant turning imbues it with a specific energy. It is a matter of vibrational essence. This stone possesses distinct vibrations. Therefore, you may take Amṛt every day, or every Monday and Thursday. You could also take a break for a month after a year. Taking it daily is perfectly fine. "Perform an abhiṣeka on the Śiva Liṅgam while reciting the Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra five times." "This stone, having been rolled millions upon millions of times, possesses distinct vibrations." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Mamata

The mind's bondage stems from mamatā, the sense of "mine," which is the root of all suffering. The mind does not die until this possessiveness is purified. Through countless lifetimes, only the body perishes, while hope and longing persist. These three—mamatā, hope, and longing—are the causes of all troubles with family, society, and the self. The mind is a powerful, wandering force that must be controlled. Give the mind a mantra and a mālā for meditation; when it wanders, bring it back relentlessly. Mental repetition of the mantra is essential, as stopping it allows the mind to govern and leads to darkness. Practice mentally at all times to find inner peace and overcome loneliness and restless desires. Train the mind to distinguish itself from the true Self. "Man maran mamatā marī, mar mar gayā śarīra, Asā tṛṣṇā na mitī marī." "Mamatva hī duḥkhāṅkakāraṇa hai." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Science of the Mantra

Mantras are a practical, oral wisdom for specific purposes, from healing bites to guiding creatures. This knowledge is not written but transmitted directly between individuals under strict discipline. It must be performed as selfless service without any material exchange; accepting even tea nullifies the mantra's power. This practice is known by simple, devoted people in communities. The wisdom operates on principles like following a guru's word; violating these causes the knowledge to vanish from memory, much like forgetting a dream. If written down or shared carelessly, the knowledge is misused and disappears entirely, leaving no benefit for anyone. "Nie zapísano. Secondly, za druhé, druho: you should never ask for anything in return." "If you do not follow the Guruvākyā (the Guru's word), then that wisdom will simply disappear from you, as if you never had it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

This life is very short

Lead a normal life with awareness. A relationship's initial joy naturally fades, but suffering is unnecessary. Recreate that initial feeling through conscious duty and growing love. This creates harmony for partners and children. Yet, all partnerships end in the pain of separation, as life is fleeting like a water bubble. Therefore, be kind and helpful while you can, for you depart alone. When afraid, use prayer or mantra as a weapon against ignorance. Soon, the study of chakras will reveal life's joy. "Oh Lord, day by day, my love should grow for you." "You came alone, and you go alone." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Traslation of Mira Bai's bhajan

The essence of devotion is a burning longing for divine union, exemplified by Mīrā's viraha. Her bhajans express an unbearable separation from God. She declares survival is impossible without the beloved's presence. She pleads for darśana, describing a profound suffering. Her state is likened to a waterless lotus or a moonless night. This longing extinguishes hunger and sleep, creating an inexpressible inner fire. Only the Lord's merciful appearance can quench this agony of separation. Her devotion is an eternal pledge of servitude across all lifetimes. This is the song of viraha. "Without you, I cannot survive, I cannot live." "I am burning, burning. In this desire and longing, only this fire of viraha can be calmed down." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Mantra should be practised

Mantra is the foundational cosmic resonance from which all creation arises. It is a sound that shapes reality. The mantra received from the true guide is most appropriate, but it requires systematic practice with proper technique for safety and success. Perfection is sought in five techniques: Vācik, Upāṁśu, Mānasik, Likhit, and Ājapā. In Upāṁśu, half the resonance circulates within the body. Chant the mantra aloud daily; the melody matters not, for God loves equally. The true guide assumes responsibility for the devotee's destiny upon surrender, leaving only practice. The guide is the captain to the other shore; jumping ship is not the captain's error. "God takes upon Himself the destiny of the devotees." "Tērī sat-gururāke lāja cintā mat karnā, cintā mat karnā, nirbhaira honi saṅka kabhi mat ḍarnā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Moon

The moon's phases, Pūrṇimā and Amāvasyā, guide spiritual practice. Monday belongs to Śiva and the moon. The new moon, Amāvasyā, is a dark night when sun and moon align. Seeing the new crescent brings luck and symbolizes the gradual growth towards completeness, just as spiritual practice increases daily. The mantra teaches that all of creation is complete, emanating from the complete source. The full moon, Pūrṇimā, exerts a strong influence on planetary consciousness and human emotion, which is motion within the blood and cells. Observing these days through fasting, prayer, and calm activity harmonizes one's energy with these cycles. It benefits the body, mind, and spirit. Eclipses also require observance and subsequent cleansing. Working with the lunar calendar shows respect for natural influences. "To see the new moon brings luck, prosperity, and happiness." "Everything—the entire universe and God, Brahman—is pūrṇa, complete." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Bīja Mantra of Maṇipūra

The bīja mantra of the Maṇipūra Cakra is Raṃ, which is the sound of the universal Ātmā known as Rāma. Chanting from the navel utilizes the Parā level of sound. The union of prāṇa and apāna at this cakra allows pure consciousness to enter the central Suṣumṇā channel, ascending to the supreme door of the Sahasrāra. Through dedicated mantra and prāṇāyāma practice, the cakras purify and the Kuṇḍalinī awakens. The sound resonates from the navel, with the 'M' reaching the nasal space at the Ājñā Cakra, creating a flute-like resonance through the Amṛtandhra. Sit straight with aligned posture to facilitate this inner resonance. "Brahma means the Supreme, the highest sovereign. It is the door to the supreme." "The resonance of the Rāma Mantra, 'Rām,' comes from the Maṇipūra—'Ra' is in Maṇipūra, 'A' is coming up, and 'M' goes to the nasal space—it becomes such a beautiful resonance." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

What is the reality?

The present determines the future. Do not dwell on the past. Your future is shaped by your present actions and thoughts. Destiny is created by your own karma. You are your own liberator through your conduct. Heaven is not a physical place to be imagined but a state realized. Reality is that which does not change, unlike this mortal world. Positive energy and vibration guide you toward the divine. Ancient teachings urge a movement from darkness to light and from unreality to reality. "Past is past." "Lead us from the darkness to the light." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Give up your attachment

The mind must abandon its dispassion and false imagination to be shown the Ātmā. A child is attached to toys, crying if they are taken. As a teenager, one seeks other toys, with jealousy and anger growing stronger. People become attached to relationships, claiming they will die if a partner leaves, only to find a new "toy" later. Hobbies like having a dog become new attachments. Then spirituality is found, becoming a new toy, but God is different, for God cannot disappoint. A seeker once wanted a guru who did not eat, drink, or require anything. She was told to accept a stone, for a living guru will have human needs. One must find a true Satguru. First, understand the master's words, called Guru Vākya. Then perform Guru-sevā, which means serving all creatures. When service is accepted, one receives Guru Kṛpā, the mercy that is the root of liberation. "God cannot disappoint you. That is something else." "The root of liberation is in the mercy of the Gurudeva." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

RAM mantra

A spiritual discourse on the power of the divine name. "Rām, Rām, Rām. Rām, Rām, Rām. Rām, Rām, Rām." "Rām, Rām, Rām. Rām, Rām, Rām. Rām, Rām, Rām." The video consists of a continuous, rhythmic chanting of the name "Rām," repeated as a mantra. There is no other speech or narrative, creating a meditative focus on the sacred sound and its spiritual vibration. Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

SRI DEEP NIRANJAN SABA DUKHA BHANJAN mantra

The mantra Śrī Dīpa Nirañjana provides complete protection from all afflictions. Planetary influences, negative spirits, and all three forms of suffering cannot affect one who holds this mantra. No further ritual is required. This mantra purifies the mind of negative energy, thoughts, and fear. Negative words and actions are a harmful mantra, but this divine sound creates an impenetrable shield. Positive mantras begin with positive thinking, abandoning harsh speech. Singing bhajans and prayers are themselves mantra, as is the constant repetition of the divine name. God resides not in a heavenly abode or a yogi's heart, but where devotees sing His name with love. This is the personal deity. Therefore, do not react with anger or expectation, as others may not respond immediately. The sound of prayer or a flute needs no translation, for it is the direct language of the heart. "Graha gochar kā pāp nahīṁ lage, graha gochar kā tāp nahīṁ lage." "I am not in Vaikuṇṭha, nor in the heart of the yogīs... I am there, O Nārada, where my bhaktas, my devotees, sing my name with love." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Demonstration of relaxation

The Ānanda Āsana posture recharges the body with cosmic energy. This practice is for everyone, offering comfort and bliss. By resting the organs, muscles, nerves, and joints, life force flows in, pushing out tiredness and negativity. One can practice this relaxation seated or lying down. Close the eyes to relax deeply. Inhale to draw in energy and expand; exhale to release toxins and recover. Consciously relax every part of the body from head to toe. This process calms negative emotions and restores immense energy in just minutes. It is a simple method to unify with oneself and wish well for all. "At the time of inhalation, your body is recharging with cosmic energy—the life force, life energy." "Consciously relax your whole body. Relax. Feel your body. Feel each and every limb. Feel your breath." Filming location: Zlin, Czech Republic

A Prayer for the Immortal Soul

Destiny is a mysterious and inescapable force. Humans cannot know the past or future, for such knowledge would bring unbearable tension. What unfolds is a play of fate, created individually yet often unavoidable. The story of Oedipus illustrates how one may try to flee destiny only to fulfill it. All must face the end of the body; death is inevitable. Yet through spiritual practice, one can transcend fear and attachment. When consciousness widens, past and future become clear, and one may realize the supreme Self beyond all suffering. Even the enlightened must relinquish the body, but a self-realized being digests time itself. We pray for the departed soul to dissolve into the cosmic light. "Humans are very intelligent and intellectual beings, but God has not given them this one ability: to know the past and to know the future." "Finally, the car will be the winner. It means death." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

The Principles and Power of Sādhanā

Sādhanā requires perfect technique and discipline, following principles like a car needing correct fuel. This human system requires spiritual nourishment. The Maṇipūra Chakra is central; the body's manifestation begins there, and it is where the soul enters and prāṇa and apāna unite. It houses the hara-śakti, the life force governing immunity. A weak hara-śakti causes fatigue; the Khaṭupranām exercise strengthens it. Sound originates in the Maṇipūra Chakra, with levels from parā (navel) to vaikharī (lips). Chanting Aum in Śabda Sañjālan practice awakens this sound, rising to the Sahasrāra and flowing back to the heart, uniting the nāḍīs at the Ājñā Chakra. This confluence, Trikuṭī, purifies karma. Success requires disciplined practice, devotion, and following a true spiritual lineage. Without devotion and discipline, balance is lost and practice fails. With sincere sādhanā, inner awakening and freedom are attained. "Only the maṇipūra chakra can control the two forces, prāṇa and apāna." "Without bhakti, without devotion, you cannot cross this ocean of ignorance." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Power of Faith, Surrender, and Satsaṅg

Faith, surrender, and satsaṅg are the pillars of spiritual success. A divine source fulfills the positive resolve of devotees and masters. One must not stop or change course amidst life's difficulties, or a precious opportunity is lost. Human life is a rare and powerful tool for realization, endowed with intellect and discrimination. The greatest enemy is laziness, which, alongside anger and jealousy, lies dormant within and must be overcome. Surrender, when complete and permanent, brings lasting happiness. Spiritual practice is essential, for the body ages and external changes are superficial. The constant repetition of the divine name, the mantra, is the true wealth of life, counted wherever one is. The value of satsaṅg is supreme, illustrated by a story where one minute of true satsaṅg was judged greater than sixty thousand years of ascetic practice. Attend satsaṅg with an open, clear heart to receive its fruit. "Man proposes and God disposes." "One minute of the satsaṅg is greater than 60,000 years of tapasyā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Question about despair

Overcoming despair and understanding destiny's role. Modern life negatively affects consciousness, yet a path exists. Do not withdraw; engage with friends and discuss life. Read inspiring books on spirituality and healthy living. Reject suicidal thoughts entirely. After death, you experience the consequences of your deeds, which is destiny. This karma determines your next life and the time spent settling accounts in that transitional space before returning to the mortal world. Even individuals dying together in an accident immediately take separate paths dictated by their unique karma. Therefore, your future afterlife mirrors your present actions. Focus on the present, think positively, and spread happiness. "The past is gone. The present is here. Your future will be like your present life." "Never think of suicide." Filming location: Brno, Czech Republic

Time will not wait for you

Time is the most precious diamond of life, constantly flowing and never returning. Do not waste it in gossip or idleness, as even animals pass time thus; for humans, this is a great sin of disrespect. Your heart is a temple that must be filled with meditation and mantra to keep God's presence within. If your attention wavers and your heart empties, problems and negative forces waiting for that chance will enter. Then it becomes very difficult to remove them. Therefore, the wise constantly remember the Lord, using this precious time for spiritual practice. "Lucky are they who can be in satsaṅg. Lucky are they who can practice every day." "That minute when your attention, your feeling, your love goes to some other thing, then your heart is empty." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Accept the changes

Change is ever-present in body, mind, and life. Your happiness or unhappiness depends on whether temporary changes seem favorable. The world appears according to your mind's projection. True wisdom is accepting your own ignorance and seeking solutions within. Ego is a vast ignorance that resists, but change is inevitable; nothing remains as it begins. Therefore, accept all changes—physical, emotional, mental. The wise simply observe change, as one observes items flowing in a river. Life is that flowing river. Stagnant water spoils; flowing water is good. This river has two banks: happiness and unhappiness. Your life passes between them. The water's nature is simply to flow through all conditions, clean or dirty. You have changed and will change again; what seems unfavorable is only temporary. "manomātra jagatā—the world appears before you according to how your mind projects it." "Pāṇī to chalata bhalā—therefore, it is good that water is flowing." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The white hair

Change is the constant reality of life, observed in the body and the passing of time. Grey hair is a natural and beautiful sign of a life fully lived, a mark of maturity to be accepted, not hidden with artificial color. Attempting to conceal this change is an act of pretense, distancing you from reality. Such artificiality even extends to creating environmental harm through the products used to deny this truth. Every moment passes and cannot be recaptured. Therefore, one must utilize time through dedicated practice. "To attain white hair, grey hair—to attain a white or grey beard—is not simple. It is the best part of life." "Every second is past, is lost from our life. Past time will not return. Therefore, utilize your time. Practice, practice, practice." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Mala is broken and the pearls spread

The mala of partnership is broken, its sacred meaning lost in modern culture. Śiva, our inner consciousness, warns Pārvatī, our devotion, not to sleep—for sleep is ignorance. Yet that devotional power, to which even the gods surrender, is now broken. A cherished vase, passed down generations, falls and shatters. The pearls are scattered; the flame is blown out. Do not renounce everything, as Śiva did, only to find trouble. Let it be. "The mala is broken. The pearls are scattered." "Śiva tried his best. Śiva tried very hard." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Devotion, Love and Marriage (part 1)

The aim of human life is to be free from all ties, yet this freedom does not mean cutting off love. Dependence on anything—physical, emotional, mental, or financial—creates imprisonment and unhappiness. We were caught in the cycle of rebirth by our karmas and senses, enduring immense pain. The soul finds it difficult to leave the body, often due to fear of the pain of separation, which stems from past attachments. Practice detachment, for nothing is owned forever; everything is given for a while. If you relinquish attachments willingly, there is joy and freedom. If they are taken, it brings pain and anger. Look within; you will see attachment is the source of trouble. The goal is mokṣa, liberation from karmic bondage. Imagine a bird in a cage, its nature is to fly limitless. We have imprisoned ourselves. To be with a partner lifelong is beautiful; spirituality grows together. The two partners are like two wings for a bird to fly; their souls become one. This requires love and devotion. A story illustrates this: a Mughal emperor tested a king's claim of his wife's faithfulness. An agent, through deception, obtained the queen's most cherished token—a knife from her husband—and knowledge of a secret scar. The king, presented with this 'evidence' of infidelity, begged to return home for one day with the knife, promising to return. "Either you give it up, or it will be taken away from you. If you give up by your free will, there is joy in it, happiness and freedom." "The two bodies, the physical bodies, are the two wings of the bird. And the ātmā of both becomes one soul of that bird, and this cannot happen without love." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Devotion, Love and Marriage (part 2)

A wife's devotion and truth can restore justice and a husband's honor. A queen's husband is exiled due to his brother-in-law's false accusations. The sad queen deduces the plot. She disguises herself as a swāmī, travels to the king, and charms him with devotional singing. When offered a boon, she claims the brother-in-law owes her money. The man truthfully denies knowing the swāmī. The queen reveals her identity, explaining the brother-in-law deceived her in her palace. The king imprisons the brother-in-law and frees her husband, praising her. True marriage is heart-to-heart devotion, not mere emotion. One must wait patiently for a destined partner, not be ruled by immediate senses, to find real happiness. "See how a wife can protect the husband, and how the husband can put his hand on his heart and speak on behalf of his wife. That is called devotion." "Mother Earth will not lose the seeds. Even if there is a drought for ten years, after ten years when the rain comes, you will be surprised how many seeds grow." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Story of the Holy Amarnathji

The eternal secret of Amarnāth concerns the divine quest for immortality. Pilgrims journey to a holy cave where a natural ice liṅgam forms. The story recounts how Pārvatī asked Śiva about his garland of skulls. He revealed each skull represented a past life and death of Pārvatī herself. Distressed by her mortality, she pleaded for the secret of immortality. Śiva agreed to teach her alone in a secluded cave, first ensuring no living creature could overhear. However, a parrot's egg survived nearby. As Śiva taught the secret, Pārvatī fell asleep, but the newly hatched parrot listened and became immortal. Śiva pursued the parrot, which ultimately found refuge within the wife of the sage Vedavyāsa and was born as the sage Sukhdev. The cave remains a site where two eternal pigeons reside, witnesses to this divine event. "Your dear one and our divine one, the universal Lord Śiva—why does he have the mālā around his neck, the mālā of skulls?" "As many skulls as you see in my mālā, that many times you were born and died." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

No magic can influence you

Seeking external prophecy is futile and creates dependency. If you have an astrologer friend, you are never free from planetary effects; if you have a doctor friend, you are never free from medical advice. Similarly, consulting cards or psychics only confuses you. I state clearly: those prophesying cannot see the future—it is only psychology. They have no insight into your past. If they could, they should predict lottery numbers with 100% certainty. Test them repeatedly; only then believe. No one can influence you through magic; it is your fear that creates this. What could a magician want from you? They have no reason to target you. If they could influence, they would target powerful leaders, but those leaders are intelligent and clear. Your fear decreases your willpower, and that fear itself is the terrible magic. If people can do magic, they do not do negative; they have pure hearts and act with love. Therefore, do not worry. "These people who are prophesying cannot see the future. It is only psychology." "No one can influence you through magic. It is your fear that creates this happening." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Think of Gurudev

God incarnates for many reasons, including to protect dharma and respond to intense thought. Kṛṣṇa stated he incarnates to protect devotees and destroy evil. He once told his parents he must go to Mathurā to liberate his demonic uncle, Kaṁsa. They warned him not to go. Kṛṣṇa explained he must go because Kaṁsa constantly thought of him, even in sleep, knowing Kṛṣṇa would cause his death. Kṛṣṇa said, "He has realized me within him." The principle is that the object of one's constant thought comes to them. Therefore, in meditation, think of Gurudev. Gurudev is the supreme joy and form of knowledge, beyond all duality, all-pervading and pure. The root of meditation is the Guru's form; the root of worship is the Guru's feet. Following the Guru's word is the highest mantra; do not question it. If you have this feeling, you are free. A true devotee should not be scared. With pure love, imagine light entering with the inhale and negativity being neutralized with the exhale. Do not change the altar of your heart. "Whenever my devotees are troubled, and whenever the demons are rising, then, time to time, through the help of Yogamāyā, I manifest or incarnate on this planet." "He has realized me within him. That's it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

There is Only One God

There is only one supreme, formless reality called Brahman, present in every atom of the universe. To understand this is difficult, as it leads to questions like how a bullet containing God can kill. Vedānta states there is only one, non-dual Brahman; duality implies change, but the Divine within us never changes. Our changing body and mind contrast with that eternal Self. All other gods are manifestations of the formless into form, like Rāma or Kṛṣṇa. Figures like Jesus or Buddha are also holy, manifested beings; upon enlightenment, there is no difference between the Self and the Supreme. Our human journey through light and darkness seeks the realization of this oneness. "Eko Brahma Dvitīyo Nāsti. There is only one, that is God; that is Brahman." "One in all and all in one. Unless we realize this, our endless journey will not end." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

ANNA PURNE SADAPURNE

The Anna Mantra reveals the sacred nature of food as life itself. The sun's energy descends through the elements into seeds, which contain the animating life force. This grain is your sustenance; it is what keeps you alive. Where there is enough nourishment, there is completeness and happiness. The goddess Annapūrṇā represents this principle of abundance. The highest universal principle is the Mother, who provides the nourishment containing the inner life force. All devotees are family, and the entire universe is home. "Please give me the food for jñāna, so that I may realize and achieve ātma-jñāna in this life." "Annapūrṇe sadāpūrṇe śaṅkara prāṇa vallabhī." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Fear

Fear is a deep-rooted human experience requiring understanding and remedy. Negative experiences create deep, subconscious fear, while fear itself is also a natural protection for life. It manifests in many forms, from existential worries to reactions to perceived anger. Modern media, especially violent content, implants deep fear by replacing education in kindness. Accidents create lasting trauma but can also awaken a valuing of life. To overcome fear, analyze the past, present, and future. Recognize a past fearful situation is not the current reality; it was a lesson for careful living now. Practice yoga, breathing, and relaxation. Societal violence from wars creates enduring fears, stored as physical provisions. The highest principle is non-violence toward all beings, wishing happiness for all. Overcome inner fear through prayer, mantra, and conscious living, avoiding unnecessary dangerous circumstances. "The past is gone, the present is here, the future is not here. Your future will be like your presence." "Asato mā sad gamaya. Tamaso mā jyotir gamaya." Lead all from unreality to reality. Lead all from ignorance to the light of knowledge. Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Whatever You are Doing will Come Back to You

The human vessel must be prepared to receive spiritual nourishment. An unfired clay pot cannot hold water, just as paper cannot hold mercury. Every action, thought, and feeling influences the body, mind, and soul and returns to its source. Your sincere prayers are always heard and will be answered. The mission of human life is to cultivate the qualities that allow one to receive divine light and joy. In the interplay of energies, a dominant field will assimilate a small incursion of its opposite. Every step, thought, and word is counted and will bear fruit. Therefore, learn from all sources, but keep your concentration fixed on the one essential goal. "You cannot keep water in an unburnt clay pot." "Every step will be counted. Every thought will be realized, and every word will be heard." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Follow the Ethic Principles

The true purpose of human life is to cultivate human qualities and fulfill a spiritual mission. We are not mere physical instructors; real yoga integrates ethics with practice. Humans possess intellect and heart, which must coordinate. An act like killing an animal for food creates a gap between feeling and thought, distancing one from human qualities. All creatures feel fear and pain. Your life is a valuable diamond; do not waste it. Systematically, you are being re-educated to see that animals are helpless beings deserving mercy. When you care for a creature and then kill it, you betray a sacred relationship. Consider the fish hooked and pulled from water, suffering immensely. Nature provides ample nourishment without meat. Drinking an animal's milk establishes a maternal bond; how then can you kill your mother? Regardless of philosophical beliefs, you must ask: What makes me human? What is my mission? Fulfill this through ethical living, not mere ritual. "An ugly thought creates fear in your heart. A beautiful thought creates a beautiful feeling in your heart." "When you catch a chicken to kill, you should drop your knife away and let this creature go free. It means in your life you liberated one soul." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Never is Too Late!

Yoga is the practice of achieving balance and harmony for ultimate union. It is an ancient discipline for maintaining equilibrium throughout the universe, among all elements and celestial bodies. This balance must exist within the individual's body, mind, and consciousness, as well as in family and social life, where it manifests as tolerance and mutual understanding. Where there is balance, there is harmony, and this leads to the union of the individual soul with the universal soul. All beings originate from one cosmic consciousness, and the aim is to return to that oneness, having fallen into duality. The practice of yoga is the technique for this reunion, navigating between negative forces that divide and positive forces that unite. Every being seeks happiness, but worldly happiness is limited and leads to disappointment. It is never too late to begin this practice; one must not give up hope until the last breath. "Where there is harmony, there is balance, and where there is balance, there is harmony." "We are a part of the universal one, but we don’t want to be a part; we would like to be one with it." Today is a Special Day

Today's numerology reveals the elements within and the immutable Self beyond them. The date's digits reduce to five, symbolizing the five material elements composing the body. The zero present represents śūnya, the void, which is akin to the Ātmā. This Self is like space itself. It is indestructible and beyond all material forces. The individual self, the jīvātmā, shares this indestructible nature. Yet the supreme Ātmā is universal and all-pervading. The elements are perishable, but the Self within is eternal. "No weapon can cut it; fire cannot burn it, water cannot wet it." "This is the jīvātmā. And the ātmā is universal." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

How to Lose Weight

The Phalahārī diet is a vegetable-based regimen for health and weight loss. First, obtain a full blood diagnosis. If diabetic, include a little rice or bread; otherwise, eat only vegetables, doubling your usual intake. Cook mixed vegetables, excluding potatoes, with water, salt, spices, and a tablespoon of oil on low heat for about 20 minutes. Eat these without any bread, rice, or potatoes. You may eat any fruit except bananas. Avoid dairy, though coffee with milk and one cup of yogurt daily are permitted. When hungry, eat carrots, apples, or salad. Maintain this for a minimum of one year. Practice āsanas thrice daily and eleven rounds of Khatu Praṇām. Get a blood diagnosis every four to five months. You will initially lose weight quickly and become very healthy. Compare photographs and blood tests from before and after the year. "If you have diabetes, do not eat only vegetables. You may include a little rice or a piece of bread." "Avoid the dairy products, but you may have coffee or tea with milk, and one cup of yogurt per day." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Do it Yourself

The path of selfless action purifies inner karma through simple service. Removing a thorn or stone from a road is seva, clearing your own karmic obstacles. Creating bad karma is equally simple, like discarding glass that harms animals who cannot seek aid. Pain, whether from a nail or toothache, causes universal restlessness, destroying concentration. Only two cannot sleep: the yogi, longing for God, and the patient, longing for relief. One who sleeps is the bhogī, immersed in worldly pleasure without knowledge. You have the freedom to choose your path. Success in spiritual practice comes from skillful action. Performing seva requires personal effort, not delegation. Whether in agriculture, love, prayer, or scratching an itch, happiness comes from doing it yourself. Every action, from practice to speech, is for you alone. Speaking negatively ensures it spreads and returns to you. Skillful action makes spiritual practice successful. "Yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam." If you practice Karma Yoga, you will be successful in yoga sādhanā. "Jo sukha chāhē prāṇī, hāthō hātha sambhāla"—if you want happiness from these things, do it yourself. Family Situations

The harmony of the home is broken by unkindness, often stemming from a failure to adapt roles with love and respect. Many relationships deteriorate after the initial years, frequently due to harsh communication where one partner, often portrayed as the wife, adopts a dictatorial attitude. This creates unhappiness and stress. A cited example is a high-ranking professional who struggles and suffers health consequences when forced to abruptly switch from a commanding role to menial domestic tasks upon returning home. This illustrates a lack of harmonious adjustment. The essence of yoga, meaning 'yoke,' teaches that two forces, like a husband and wife, must pull the family coach with equal, harmonious speed, controlled by the mind. To create happiness, use loving language and express admiration to your partner. Ultimately, analyze your own life; the fault first lies within our own changing attitudes, selfishness, and ego. By looking inward, we find we must improve ourselves through prayer and meditation. "Women should never give up a kind, loving language, and husbands should never give up a kind, loving, and respectful language." "I went to see the bad things, but I did not find anyone bad. When I searched my heart, there was no one worse than me." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Five Points

The human mission is self-realization, not worldly pursuits. A story illustrates a saint's blessing: a childless man received three sons after taking three sweets. This shows the power of a saint's word, yet worldly blessings are not the ultimate goal. Constantly remember you are human. Identify what makes you human: cultivating qualities beyond animalistic desires like anger and greed. Your mission is to overcome these lower traits through self-knowledge. Liberation is the purpose, not destruction or mere consumption. The greatest tragedy is to die without self-realization. "Human life is given for self-realization, to remove the duality of the individual soul and come to the unity of the Ātmā." "The clay tells the potter, 'What are you doing, squishing and torturing me? One day will come when I will squeeze you into me.'" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Do not Neglect Your Sadhana

Do not neglect your spiritual practice. Bodily capacity decreases daily, especially after thirty. Modern nourishment lacks vital energy, affecting the body. Respect your body's mobility but do not neglect physical exercise. As one ages, understanding of life deepens, often turning attention to devotion or life's meaning. Increase your spiritual practice. The time comes when one seeks holy company and realizes spiritual power surpasses bodily achievement. Practice mantra diligently. Your love for spirituality should grow daily. This is your personal responsibility. Belief or doubt does not alter truth. The truth is the message from realized beings. For your highest interest, continue your spiritual practice and guide others. "So day by day, my love should grow to thee, O my Lord." "Your belief will not change the truth. Your doubts will not change the truth." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Sola Kala

The Sixteen Kalas are the complete set of divine abilities, with their possessor being a Pūrṇa Puruṣa. These sixteen principles are compared to the lunar cycle, which exerts a changing influence upon our body's elements, hormones, and consciousness over its phases. The awakening of the Viśuddhi cakra, corresponding to the space element, signifies consciousness transmitting from the human to the divine. Following this, the inner divine light awakens with the Ājñā cakra. While the sixteen kalas of the siddhis are consistently described, scriptures like Līlā Amṛt describe twenty-four siddhis belonging to a God-incarnation. "One who has fully developed all sixteen of these kalas is known as a Pūrṇa Puruṣa, a complete being." "The awakening of the Viśuddhi cakra signifies that your consciousness is transmitting from the human to the divine." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

What happens when you see the Self-Realized Saint?

The power of self-realization transcends all other attainments. A master of black magic commands spirits but cannot summon them in the presence of his self-realized disciple. The spirits, upon seeing the disciple, attain liberation. The master, confronted with this higher truth, abandons his practices. Self-realization liberates beings by mere presence. It is the ultimate knowledge, gained through humility and divine grace. All spiritual practice should aim for this freedom. Share this wisdom freely; it is a divine gift to be given, not hoarded. "Where there is light, darkness disappears." "Khat chod manā... Come with me, I will show you the ātmā jñān, self-realization." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

What is the Greatest Dan?

The greatest dāna is the gift of the divine name. Dāna is a spiritual donation, given without personal relation, directed toward temples, the needy, or noble causes. The highest form is nāma dāna, giving the name of God, a mantra, or prayers. This is the greatest wealth, which cannot be stolen or diminished. A teacher leads others from darkness to light, offering wisdom and changing the mental environment by removing pollution. This role is a great opportunity and a result of good past karma. Yet, personal development is endless, though one's capacity to retain knowledge is limited. The mind becomes overfilled, requiring the guidance of a master to cleanse it and provide a divine mantra. Therefore, as a teacher, your primary duty is to inspire and guide souls toward this light, not to give mantras or kriyās yourself. Your merit is measured by how many you can inspire toward liberation. "I received the wealth of God’s name. I can utilize as much as I can; it will not get less, and no thief can take it from me." "Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ. Through the practice of yoga, you shall calm down all the vṛttis in your citta." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Science of Jyotiṣ and the Law of Karma

Destiny is the result of past karma, but present action shapes the future. The ancient seers discovered astrology, a science mapping planetary energies that influence life. Destiny, or pralabdha, is set for this lifetime, but one has freedom now to create new karma through four means: body, mind, speech, and wealth. Good actions yield good results; bad actions yield suffering. The soul carries this karma beyond physical death, experiencing consequences in an astral state. Spiritual practices like prayer, fasting, and ceremonies can mitigate negative karma and planetary influences, making one's path easier. "Destiny is caused individually by what we call karma. The result, or the fruits, or the effect, or the reaction of karma, is known as destiny." "Good karma will give you a heavenly life. Bad karma will give you a hellish life." Gurupurnima Sankalpa

On Guru Pūrṇimā, our resolution is to remain faithful to our spiritual lineage. Our saṅkalpa must be unwavering, more steadfast than the sun, moon, or Himalayas. We place this resolution at the holy feet, praying for the gift of devotion in every life. This devotion is crucial for our spiritual practice, protection, and ultimate liberation. The occasion reminds us of past gatherings where the Guru was present. That energy and guidance remain with us now. We are blessed to have this connection and support on our path. The continuity of this lineage provides everything needed for our journey. Our commitment today secures our spiritual future across all lifetimes. "The moon and sun may change their course. The mighty Himalayas may move from their place. But my saṅkalpa, my decision, will not move." "This saṅkalpa should be placed at Mahāprabhujī's holy lotus feet, that He may grant us bhakti, devotion to this holy lineage, in every life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Wish of the Parents

Raising children is a profound responsibility and joy. The world presents dangers like drugs and unhealthy lifestyles. A parent's mission is fulfilled when their child is well-educated, lives healthily, and establishes a good family. Every parent wishes for their child's happiness, security, and comfort. Similarly, a spiritual guide wishes for disciples' health, happiness, and spiritual progress. Proper education is paramount. Some believe vegetarian children are unhealthy, but evidence shows otherwise. Children raised from birth on a good vegetarian diet excel in studies, secure good employment, and build good families. They exhibit brilliant concentration, robust health, and a humble, kind nature. They strive for world peace and harmony. We must hand our children a world at least as good as our own. This responsibility means offering love, wisdom, and education, not just toys or money. Their happiness becomes your happiness. Training must begin in childhood. "Every parent, both mother and father, has one primary wish in life: that their children be happy, well-educated, and secure in a good position, leading a comfortable and joyful life." "They do not need your toys; they need your love. They do not need your money; they need your wisdom and education." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Kriya Anusthana

To practice Kriyānuṣṭhāna successfully, you must first purify the fourfold inner instrument. Anuṣṭhāna requires a specific aim and a mental offering, beginning with renunciation. The mind must be purified so no negative thoughts or words arise. The intellect must protect you from negativity. The inner space of citta must be illuminated to prevent mistakes born from ignorance. The ego, in all its forms based on status or background, must be purified. You may claim not to make distinctions like a caste system, but personal prejudices, such as reluctance to marry outside certain groups, prove otherwise. Unless this ego is purified, your practice will lack influence. With a pure inner instrument, you can address the three tapas linked to karmic destiny. This human life is a gift to serve, understand life's meaning, and realize God. Always remember your human dignity and mission. "Unless this ego is purified, you cannot be successful in your Kriyānuṣṭhāna." "Destiny is purely a product of your actions, your karma." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
