The Yogi, the Hunter, and the Deer

The story of the yogi and the hunter illustrates the challenge of discerning truth in a moral dilemma. A hunter, pursuing a deer, asks a meditating yogi for the animal's direction. Telling the truth aids a killing; lying violates a lifelong principle. The yogi faces an immediate test where any action seems sinful. In such urgent moments, one must rely on inner discernment, not prolonged reasoning. The yogi receives an answer from within. He tells the hunter that the eyes that saw cannot speak, and the mouth that speaks did not see. The hunter dismisses him. This entire situation operates within the realm of qualities, body, and senses. The true Self, the Ātmā, is neither the doer of the action nor the experiencer of its consequences. "If you tell the truth, you commit a sin because an innocent animal will be killed. If you tell a lie, that is also a sin." "Those who have seen the deer cannot speak. And those who speak and say that they have seen cannot see." Filming location: Vancouver, Canada

Revenge

Revenge is a consuming fire, but forgiveness is the path to freedom. The epic Mahābhārata illustrates this through complex tales like that of Bhīṣma. He inadvertently wronged a princess, Ambā, by abducting her for a marriage that was refused. She vowed revenge across lifetimes, ultimately causing his death. This shows how revenge, whether over personal slights, property, or nations, perpetuates endless cycles of suffering. Our instinct is to retaliate, to seek justice or punishment. Yet the core teaching across traditions, emphasized by Jesus, is forgiveness. Our problem is we often forgive but do not forget, waiting for a chance to react. This creates karmic complications. Every action generates a reaction; harsh words bring harshness, poison brings poison. If you cannot forgive and forget, you will suffer endlessly. Do not blame others solely, for causality is shared. Ultimately, your perception shapes your reality; if you are not here, nothing is here for you. God's protection lies in avoiding actions with heavy karmic reactions. "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." "If you cannot forgive and you cannot forget, then you will suffer ever and ever and ever." Filming location: Vancouver, Canada

Meditation for World Peace

Meditation is a universal tool for peace, not reserved for ascetics. Through meditation, spiritual figures attained energy and became unifying forces, preaching universal love and harmony. Worldly people, observing this, sought the same power but found their minds cluttered with daily stresses—family, work, financial, and health problems—unlike withdrawn monastics free from such burdens. The solution is to temporarily adopt a monastic mindset: dedicate a brief period daily to sit, relax, focus on breath, and repeat a sacred mantra. This practice yields tangible calm and is now embraced by many, including leaders who use it privately to manage immense pressures. "Through meditation, those monks... attained long life and immense spiritual energy. They became a uniting instrument for society." "You put yourself in the position of the monk, if not the whole day, just for half an hour or one hour... Repeat the name of God, the mantra." Filming location: Perth, Australia

Mind - Sun and Moon

The moon, sun, and central channel represent the mind, intellect, and consciousness. The moon symbolizes the changing mind and flowing emotions, like water. The sun symbolizes steady intellect, decisive action, and the clarity of fire. The central channel, suṣumnā, is where pure consciousness flows as the soul's light. Haṭha Yoga balances these three systems. "Ha" is the moon and "tha" is the sun; their union through the central channel is yoga. Perfect balance between mind and intellect allows consciousness to awaken, bringing inner peace, clarity, and a spiritual sense of existence. "The moon is the principle of emotion, or water. Water is flowing; water is changing in the flow." "The sun here is the symbol of fire, the symbol of our activities, of taking decisions, and of clarity." Filming location: Perth, Australia

Wishing on the new moon

The new moon is a holy day, a time to connect with divine light. Upon first sighting it, greet it with folded hands. After looking at the moon, you may repeat a wish; it will be fulfilled. Then, look at your palms and send this light into your hands. Your hands connect to your karma and destiny, where everything is written. This practice is a trial you must do. "On that new moon, it is said they see the Khudaka Noor. The Noor is the radiance; Noor is the light, a charisma, and that is the radiance of the Khuda, the God." "After looking at the moon, you may repeat a mantra or any wish which you have; the wish will come true, it will be fulfilled." Filming location: Perth, Australia

World peace is in your hands

World peace is in your hands, yet there is no peace. This is illustrated by a story of a disciple who sought to trap his master. The disciple, filled with doubt and jealousy, caught a bird. He asked the master to identify what was hidden in his hands. The master correctly said it was a bird. Seeking to force a wrong answer, the disciple then asked if the bird was alive or dead. He planned to kill the bird if the master said alive, or free it if the master said dead. The master, perceiving the intent, replied that the life of the bird depended on the disciple's hands. The parable shows that the outcome—like world peace—rests in human hands. Our collective actions determine the result. "Master, you are right, I have a bird in my hands. But can you tell me, is the bird alive or dead?" "My son, whether the bird is dead or alive, that I cannot answer you. Because the life of the bird depends on your hands." Cosmic family

Our family is Yoga in Daily Life, a global spiritual family united by practice and devotion. These days together are a divine blessing. We are one family, helping each other. This family has many rooms and branches across the world. It does not matter if you are here or in another country. All our ashrams, wherever they are, are your ashram. All your yoga brothers and sisters, wherever they are, are our family members. This unity is based on devotion to the teachings and to this path. We are connected beyond location. We support one another. This is our shared spiritual home. "Our family is Yoga in Daily Life." "All our āshrams, no matter where they are, are your āshram." Filming location: Australia

Now is the best time to begin

We must learn to find spiritual nourishment amidst life's constant noise. A rider and his thirsty horse find a well requiring a noisy generator. The frightened horse refuses to drink. The farmer states the horse must learn to drink with the noise or remain thirsty. This illustrates our own wait for life's problems to cease before spiritual practice. But the noise never ends. We must practice within it. Similarly, people wait for retirement to meditate, only to find new duties or emptiness, leading to shock and depression. Therefore, never wait for ideal conditions. Your life's situation is now. Your actions are your own. "Either you teach your horse to drink amidst this noise, or you take your horse away thirsty." "Therefore, never wait for anything." The Divine Glimpse: God Sees the Heart

God sees the quality of the heart in the moment of prayer. Divine response is not based on status or lengthy prayer but on the immediate quality of love within. God recognizes the devotion but also perceives any underlying selfishness, doubt, or impurity. Therefore, the prayer must be pure. Liberation is possible in a single, divinely qualified moment. While each individual holds their own freedom, the purification of one person can liberate all present. The capacity for pure love exists within everyone, but it requires heeding the teaching and sincerely purifying the heart. There is a chance, however small, and one must try. "God does not see this. He sees what is in your heart now, in this minute, when you pray to Him." "If one of you can purify yourself this weekend to such a quality, then all who are sitting in this room can be liberated." Filming location: Australia

Commitment

The spiritual path requires enduring the master's rigorous discipline to be transformed. Disciples possess different qualities, but must commit to one path without constant change. A strict master's harsh grace is necessary. The disciple is like hot iron in a forge; the master's teachings are the hammer, and circumstances are the bellows. When the iron is hot from the fire of practice, it is malleable. In bad company or worldly life, it grows cold and resistant, requiring the master to put it back into the fire. Through repeated trials, a masterpiece is formed. One must be ready to be heated and hammered to burn away impurities and unite with cosmic consciousness. Mere singing or reading is insufficient; it demands real work and training. You cannot pay for liberation like a fake license; it requires practical endurance and surrendered practice, like a pilot needing flight hours. You must close the holes in your vessel to receive the master's pouring. To live spiritually, you must die to the ego of likes and dislikes. Decide your goal, and the practice will function. Endure the austerity. The iron becomes a beautiful spoon used for holy offerings, but it takes time. "The hammer in the blacksmith's hand is the teachings, and the blacksmith himself is the master." "You have to kill that ego: 'I like' and 'I don't like.'" Filming location: Australia

Serve and create a positive mind

Renunciation is the path to freedom and happiness. To be free, you must relinquish what you clutch. Holding onto attachments, like clutching a cobra, binds both you and the object. Negative emotions like jealousy stem from such attachments. We often find we cannot simply let go, as emptiness is unbearable; we replace one attachment with another. Therefore, true renunciation requires not just giving up but actively replacing disruptive attachments with positive engagements. Occupy your mind with constructive activities like meditation, service, or creative work. If you do not occupy yourself, your mind will destroy you. "Tyāga karo aur ānanda karo. Renounce and enjoy." "If you do not occupy yourself, your mind will destroy you." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

Forgiveness and humility

A story illustrates the difference between physical action and mental attachment. Two traveling priests were taught to avoid worldly attachments. On their journey back to their master, they encountered a girl needing to cross a wide river. One priest carried her across on his back to help her. They continued their long walk. As they neared their destination, one priest questioned the other about breaking their master's rule against touching a woman. The carrying priest replied that while he had physically carried the girl and then set her down, his brother was still mentally carrying the event with him. The lesson is that the true transgression is not the physical act of help, but the lingering mental judgment and attachment to it. "You know, I helped that girl, and I carried her on my back, but I dropped her immediately there on the bank of the river." "But I am surprised that you are still carrying her with you." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

Stick to your principles

Remain steadfast in your principles. Many advised changing dress for acceptance in the West or in communist countries, but the commitment to one's uniform, like a soldier's, must not waver. Temptations to change will arise over years, disappointing followers. Inward certainty allows one to become an example, inspiring others through an unwavering, positive stance. A man in Austria, deemed crazy for his unusual dress and advocacy for protecting the elements, was later understood and became an inspiration after his death. The principle of the eyes is to see; altering one's core function renders it ineffective. Hold to principles that benefit all humanity and the environment. "They said, 'Mr. Swāmījī, we have one question. Must you wear this orange dress when you come here, or can you wear normal trousers and civilian clothing?'" "People said he was a crazy man, a very crazy man. Everyone called him crazy." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

Three things are important

Whether the world will be in peace or in pieces is in your hands. These activities begin with the individual. We must cultivate tolerance, respect, and understanding. We must respect all religions, cultures, and nations. We must protect the environment and all creatures. We should do as much as we can as humans. Protect all animals. Love them, feed them, do not eat them. I pray that God protects you and blesses you with good health, a long life, and a divine cause. "Charity begins at home; these activities begin with the individual person." "Protect all creatures, protect all animals. Love them, feed them, do not eat them." Filming location: Australia

Mercy

The highest religion is service, and its root is mercy. God incarnates to help all. Helping hands are greater than folded hands. Help the needy without distinction. This purifies your inner being. Giving is not just material but from the heart—this is compassion. The root of all religion is mercy; the root of all sin is ego. Ego blinds us and leads to mistakes. We must practice mercy and kindness, following the example of compassionate figures. Do not abandon mercy as long as you live. "Dayā dharam kā mūl hai, pāp mūl abhimānam." "Tulsī dayā na chhoḍīye jab laga ghaṭ me prāṇa." Filming location: Melbourne, Australia

Search within

The Self searches for the Self within, not in the external world. We lose our true nature inside ourselves, in the darkness of ignorance, yet we often search for it outside where there seems to be more light. This is as illogical as searching for a lost needle outside when it was lost inside a dark room. The search must be conducted within, despite the inner darkness, by obtaining the light of knowledge. Asking "where am I?" outside oneself leads to a fundamental and unpleasant error, for the reality we seek is internal. We must turn inward to find what was lost within. "Even if it is too dark inside and there is ample light outside, what you have lost inside you cannot find outside." "The Self searches for the Self; the Self searches for Self-realization." Filming location: Adelaide, Australia

What is in your heart

The disciple misapplied the teaching to see God in all. He heard that God is in every heart and took it literally. When a mad elephant charged, villagers fled and warned him to escape. But the disciple, thinking he must see God in the elephant, walked toward it. The elephant seized and flung him, causing severe injury. He later complained to his master, questioning why God in the elephant would harm him. The master corrected him, noting he failed to see God also in the warning voices of the people. True understanding requires discernment; we must analyze our heart's impulses with logic to see if they stem from selfishness or genuine guidance before acting. "Master, I trusted your words that God is in everyone. How could He do this to me?" "Yes, everyone is God. But you did not listen to God." Filming location: Adelaide, Australia

Guru seva

Guru-sevā is constant, selfless service to the spiritual master. It is a complete offering of one's time and energy without expectation of rest or personal gain. The service described began before dawn and continued throughout the entire day and night. It included bringing water, cleaning, preparing baths, collecting fuel, fetching supplies, writing correspondence, and mending clothes. The master's needs were attended to immediately, regardless of the hour. Sleep was frequently interrupted for further requests, such as fetching water, checking the premises, or writing spiritual songs. This relentless schedule was embraced as a divine experience of love and devotion. The fruit of such work is given by the master; the disciple should simply work. "At three o'clock in the morning, he would rise and bring a glass of water." "Gurujī said he was thinking at that time, 'Will I in my life sleep sometimes?' But it was such a divine experience for him." Filming location: Australia

Glory of Gurudev's feet

This bhajan is a direct address to the mind, both the speaker's and every listener's. It speaks to the internal conflicts of doubt and suffering common to all. Many listeners may not comprehend, agree with, or may even argue against these words, while others simply enjoy the feeling. The core instruction is for the mind to understand the glory of the Satgurū to end doubt. The speaker urges the doubting mind to listen to the testimony of all great seers, yogis, and scriptures, which unanimously sing the Satgurū's praise. By turning the mind to this truth and meditating on the master's feet, one will realize supreme divine love. "O my mind, understand the glory of the Satgurū, the glory of the Satgurū." "All the sages, the ṛṣis, they say, 'Gurū Brahmā, Śrī Satgurū.'" Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Harmony & understanding

Before acting or speaking, know what you are doing. Our harmful thoughts poison our positive transformation. We are convinced we are right, but we do not know the full reality. Who are we to judge? It is better to remain humble, peaceful, and calm. Support another's feelings and spiritual journey. Even if you know someone is mistaken, protect their feelings. Congratulate not only the winner but also the one who lost. To work positively, we must support this understanding and the beautiful thorns of the rose. You give a rose without minding its thorns. Similarly, we all have thorns; our hands are not as clean as we think. Build a community. When someone makes a mistake, do not cast them out or criticize them. That is a loss and contrary to yoga, which means balance and union. The mantra in this environment brings change: negative karma departs, and light arrives. What disturbs us today will one day be unimportant. When we die, everything remains here. Thus, it is a hard yet simple job: to protect the spiritual work, environment, and people. Support and help them. "Who are we to judge anyone?" "If I cannot dry the tears of others, then I should at least not become the cause of them." Filming location: Australia

Rishi consciousness

In this age, the path to protection is to withdraw and limit your needs. This inward focus is the true protection for all. Your daily practice and study contain the necessary wisdom. Understanding this teaching from the heart is essential; only with understanding can you act. I am testing your comprehension now. The core directives are clear: reject plastic, be a protector, seek liberation, safeguard the environment, and remember that actions bear fruit and nothing material accompanies you. Yoga balances every aspect of our being. The supreme power is the Mother Śakti; honor all women as her representation. "Protection of the self means protection of all." "Say no to plastic, please. That is not difficult." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Human Dharma

Know thyself by first knowing your human duties and qualities, not just your immortal soul. Understanding your own human values is essential before you can properly understand or fight for human rights; without this self-knowledge, you risk abusing those rights. The key human quality is buddhi—the limitless intellect that allows us to discern right from wrong. Therefore, human dharma is to be a protector, not a destroyer. "Know thyself is to know your duties, know your qualities, the human values, and then we can act accordingly." "The difference between humans and animals is this: that humans have buddhi... Therefore, human dharma is to be a protector, not to be a destroyer." Filming location: Sunshine Coast, Australia

Significance of Mahaprabhuji's bhajans

The most valuable teaching is found in Mahāprabhujī's bhajanas. This is the ultimate instruction. It is the supreme guidance. Seek it there. It holds the highest wisdom. This is the definitive path. All essential truth resides within it. There is no greater source. Embrace this completely. It is the final answer. "According to Mahāprabhujī's bhajanas, that is the most valuable teaching." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Meditation of the Holy Ones

Meditation is a divine practice that awakens spiritual consciousness. It is often associated with religious individuals who seek connection with God and life's ultimate purpose. A meditator's consciousness becomes pure, filled with mercy, compassion, and love. All beings have a place on this planet, yet holy persons, defined by their pure thoughts and qualities, serve as its light. Regardless of one's life situation, everyone has the capacity to meditate, realize meaningful truths, and contribute positively to the world. Thus, the very word "meditation" resonates with divine energy. "Meditation itself is a very divine word. When we become aware of the word 'meditation,' divine waves awaken in our consciousness." "Holy are they who possess holy, divine, noble, pure thoughts and qualities." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand

Wings of Vairagya and Bhakti

Vairāgya, the tendency to renounce, is a lifelong work. It is like a powerful love that compels action regardless of obstacles, a love directed toward God. If you deeply long for something, you find a way, just as a determined person will overcome transport failures to reach a destination. Without this intense interest and devotion, you lose everything. You become like a flightless bird trapped with a predator; you cannot escape the cat of death. But with the wings of Vairāgya and bhakti, you can fly to safety. The core is to find the essential and renounce the non-essential. True renunciation is internal; without inner detachment, external giving is merely obligatory and unsuccessful. "If you lose your Vairāgya, if you lose your interest, you lose that love, you lose the bhakti. When you lose the bhakti, you lose everything." "Therefore, inner renunciation is the most important renunciation. If you have not inwardly renounced, your efforts for external renunciation will be unsuccessful." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand

Globalisation

Globalization creates international cities, but the true heart of a nation is found in its remote countryside. Major cities, filled with diverse and sometimes threatened populations, can be sites of tension. In contrast, rural areas often preserve a natural trust and harmony, as seen in communities where doors are left unlocked. This pattern exists worldwide. Humanity has largely lost its innate, natural way of living. Animals instinctively locate places with good energy, but humans, manipulating their nature with intellect and tradition, have forgotten this sensitivity. We now require tools, like a dowsing rod, to find what other creatures sense directly, having severed our intuitive connection to the natural world. "To see the real India, then you should go somewhere in the countryside where there are no roads leading there and no electricity." "We need this divine rod, this divining rod... Because we lost the connection with nature." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand

Say NO to plastic

We are destroying our water and must act. If we continue polluting, our seventh generation will have nothing to drink. We have polluted rivers, lakes, and oceans. Do not say you can do nothing or follow others blindly. Do not be like sheep that follow each other into a hole. Make one resolution: refuse plastic. Take a cotton bag when shopping; do not buy disposable plastic items. This is not a small act but a significant one. Begin today. Write "Say no to plastic" on letters and emails. Use stickers. Awaken consciousness in others and teach children. This is how we start to protect our water. "If you cannot give your children something better, you should at least be able to leave them clean water." "Say no to plastic. This is how we will awaken consciousness in people." Filming location: Wellington, New Zealand

Mantra is the protection

The mantra provides protection against psychic influences. Such influences are not physical but purely psychic. The mantra serves as a protective isolation. This principle is clarified in the holy Gurujī’s bhajans. Where the name of Mahāprabhujī or Devapurījī is present, no negative energy can access—similar to how nothing reaches the sun; approaching objects burn, melt, or dissolve beforehand. Therefore, with your mantra, no negative energy can influence you. However, merely possessing the mantra is insufficient; it must be practiced with faith and belief. Every yoga teacher should become more conscious and alert. "Where the name of Mahāprabhujī or Devapurījī is present, no negative magic or negative energy has access." "Merely possessing a mantra is not enough. It must be practiced. You must have that faith and that belief." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Education through example

True education is being the living example, not giving instructions. Parents must embody harmony for their children, as a family's happiness is foundational. The world is temporary, so focus on creating a joyful home inclusive of neighbors. Yoga teachers globally must also connect, sharing wisdom and supporting each other as a community. The teacher, like the parent, must be the example for students. This is embodied in disciplined practice, beginning with punctuality. "Education does not mean telling them, 'Don't do this, do that.' True education is that you should embody it; you must be the example." "This means, first and foremost, that every yoga teacher should be punctual at the satsaṅg." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Master dissolves revenge

Fear is a mighty force within us, born from ignorance, guilt, and the fear of death. We have not realized our immortal nature in practice, remaining below the clouds of circumstance. To overcome fear, analyze it clearly and systematically. A healthy fear protects life, requiring discernment. The answer to all weaknesses is wisdom and everlasting knowledge. Gain knowledge from scriptures and follow the Guru's word and service, removing doubt through faith. "Analyze your fear, regardless of what it is, and make it clear. If you can become free from fear, then many, many problems will automatically be solved." "Ask yourself, what can happen that could take your faith away? You have to become a disciple in order to become the master." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

About bhajans

Bhajans are the concrete teachings of saints, conveying wisdom that cannot be manipulated. Listening to them purifies karma and influences spirituality and health, like light dispelling darkness. All beings seek happiness, but humans often search in material things like money or property, which offer only temporary joy. Lasting happiness is found in spirituality, cultivated through prayers, mantras, and bhajans. Your consciousness is purified by its environment, just as fabric is affected by the water it is placed in. While kīrtan is good and emotional, bhajans contain more direct teaching and wisdom. Composing a bhajan requires diving deep into one's consciousness. Spiritual nourishment is rich and not easily digested, but it must increase day by day, gradually enlightening consciousness until one's way of life becomes saintly. "To listen to them, even without understanding, holds great benefit. It influences our spirituality and also our health." "The joy of the joy is less than the sorrows of the joy. Therefore, we find that real joy in spirituality, in bhajans." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Take care of you body

The body is mortal yet must be cared for, as health is the primary wealth enabling happiness and digestion. While the body's nature is to be born and die, its protection is strongly emphasized. All later religious concepts originate in the ancient Vedic wisdom. This physical form is a perfect creation: Mother Earth provides the body, and God provides the immortal soul. The divine architecture of the body, with its intricate nerves, glands, and emotions, operates with flawless, punctual speed, as seen in the precise nine-month gestation. "If health is there, everything is there; if health is not there, nothing is there." "God is the best architect; He is the best engineer. And His company functions very quickly and very punctually." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

About darshan

Darśan is the transformative act of seeing and being seen by the divine. We seek darśan to dispel doubt and receive mercy. It purifies by removing sins, for realization is to see God. The eyes are the organ through which the soul looks, and when a saint gazes upon you, it is a shower of blessing nectar that purifies the heart and awakens energy. We keep photos for darśan, as seeing an object awakens its corresponding feeling within us, drawing the soul nearer. Darśan is the greatest blessing, a constant flow of ambrosia that protects from negative energy and can alter destiny, whether the master is living or past. "Through darśan, many, many sins are removed. What we call God-realization is to see God." "Darśan is the biggest prasād. Āśīrvād, blessing, is a prasād." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Be humble, be wise

The greatest miracle is finding a spiritual guide. A contrast is drawn between uneducated villagers who instinctively attribute identity to God and educated individuals who identify with professional titles. The latter are described as having lost divine wisdom from their consciousness. Therefore, one must develop wisdom, which requires no formal study or seeking. Do not expect miracles; finding the guide is the miracle itself. "Only God has a name. I am just the servant of God." "It is the greatest miracle that you found him or her." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Belonging

The Master reveals God. A devotee spent years in deep devotion to his Master, praying for his grace and vision. One day, both his Master and God stood before him. He faced a dilemma: whom to greet first? If he greeted God first, his Master might feel slighted. If he greeted his Master first, God might seem jealous. He asked his heart for the immediate answer. The insight arose: true gratitude is to the Master, for the Master is the one who reveals God. This recognition comes only from truly having a Master. Without it, one is lost. "I am thankful to my Master; my adoration is to you, because you showed me Govinda." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Yoga

Yoga is the balancing principle of the universe, harmonizing all visible and invisible elements. Two forces exist: divine power and destructive power. Yoga balances these, creating harmony that leads to union. Our physical body, a temple, is composed of five elements that must also be balanced. The mind, consciousness, and emotions require this equilibrium. Without balance, disorder arises. True union with the cosmic Self is the goal. Theoretical knowledge is insufficient; practice is essential. Purification of one's spirit and qualities is necessary for this union, as only like qualities unite. Sacrifice of inner desires is the gate. "Yoga is the balancing principle which balances the entire universe." "Quality unites." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

World peace prayer

This prayer is for our planet and all beings, beyond any single religion or nation. It is for the countless children, women, and men suffering from conflict. The approaching spirit of Christmas embodies peace and love that should fill the world. Scripture states that the divine manifests to dispel darkness and re-establish spiritual consciousness. We believe in the merciful Lord, known by many names, to bless all with peace and harmony. May all beings be happy, peaceful, and fulfilled. We acknowledge the divine as the sole true agent, seeking guidance and liberation from unreality to immortality. "Whenever darkness appears and negative energy arises, I manifest myself from time to time to remove evil from this earth and re-establish the spiritual, divine consciousness." "May the Merciful Lord lead us from unreality to reality, from darkness to light, from death to immortality." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Will I see God? (a story from Ramayan)

The essence of spiritual practice is constant readiness for the divine. A woman deemed unattractive sought liberation and asked her master if she would see God. He assured her she would in this life and asked how she would welcome Him. She described preparing flowers, fruits, and a clean path. He instructed her to prepare daily lest she be disappointed by missing His arrival. She then lived each day in that state of preparation: gathering sweet fruits, laying fresh flowers, and purifying herself physically and mentally. Years passed, her master departed, yet she maintained her vigil, her consciousness becoming pure and discerning. When Lord Rāma finally came, she offered fruits she had tasted to test for sweetness. He cherished these most, declaring their unparalleled sweetness born of her devotion. When offered any boon, she asked only that her soul's light merge with her master's, which was granted. "Always be aware of Him. And I tell you one thing: how will you welcome Him? What will you do if God comes?" "My dear brother Lakṣmaṇa, how sweet are the fruits of Bhīlanī... especially those which are bitten by her. In the whole universe, there is no sweeter taste I have realized than this one." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Spiritual guidance

Life is a river flowing between the banks of happiness and unhappiness. We all seek happiness but often lack spiritual guidance. A true master, or guru, leads from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge. Material possessions cannot grant lasting happiness; only love, understanding, and respect can. Every creature represents God, and the highest principle is non-violence. Humans possess intellect and choice, distinguishing us, and we must use this to avoid causing pain. True happiness comes from love, respect, tolerance, and forgiveness for all life. "Gu means darkness, and ru means light. He who leads us from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge is the master." "Ahiṃsā paramo dharma—the highest principle is non-violence. Respect God’s creation." Filming location: Czech Republic

Wishes, part 4

Anuṣṭhāna is a personal, disciplined vow to fulfill a wish through sustained observance. One performs a specific practice directed toward the divine. For example, fasting on particular days aligns with specific intentions: Monday for Lord Śiva, Tuesday for health and Hanumān, Wednesday for Gaṇeśa and harmony, Thursday for spiritual growth and the guru, Friday for the Divine Mother and satisfaction, Saturday for Saturn, and Sunday for the sun. Fasting means skipping one meal, consuming only liquids, fruits, or nuts until an evening meal offered to God. This outer ritual uses altars or idols, which influence consciousness. The commitment must be completed even if the wish is fulfilled earlier. Alternatively, one may vow to recite mantras a set number of times or make a simple offering like a coconut. Success depends not on the offering's value but on the quality of devotion and confident, positive resolve. "Through your grace, may my wish come true. For that, I will sacrifice something." "It is not the value of the coconut... It is about your confidential devotion." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

Mal, vikshepa and avran, part 2

Trāṭaka develops concentration, memory, eyesight, and the power of will. Through focused gazing, one can send or receive energy via the eyes. This practice must be done carefully, as excessive gazing can cause disturbances in consciousness or lead to hallucination. It purifies mental fluctuations and, combined with silence and good company, removes the aura of ignorance. We often act on emotion without considering future results, a mistake that creates difficulties. Humans are given the abilities to decide, wish, and realize, but not to solve problems, which is kept by a higher power to prevent us from causing and fixing repeated errors. This cultivates wisdom, leading one to discard unnecessary desires. Impurities, disturbances, and ignorance are obstacles. Disturbances can be inner or outer; the latter, like a stone thrown through a window, are particularly hard to avoid in modern times. "Through the eyes we can give energy or receive energy." "If we knew how to solve the problems, then we would do many stupid things and solve them again." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

Mal, vikshepa and avran, part 1

To attain healing or wish-fulfilling power, we must purify three obstacles in consciousness: Mala (impurity), Vikṣepa (disturbances), and Āvaraṇa (the curtain of ignorance). First, remove physical and mental impurities through purification practices and pure nourishment. A key technique is mauna, or silence, to conserve the energy wasted in speech and negative talk. Observing silence allows you to witness your thoughts, which are the disturbances or waves (Vikṣepa) that obscure self-knowledge. To calm these thought-waves, practice mantra meditation to focus the mind and trāṭaka (gazing on a flame) to develop willpower. The final obstacle, Āvaraṇa, is the profound ignorance that veils the true outcome of our wishes. True fulfillment requires that a wish comes from your deepest self, beyond these impurities and disturbances. "Wherever our mind concentrates, circumstances become favorable to us. Therefore, we must be careful in our thinking." "If you wish for something, it should have a very deep relation to your heart, to your inner self." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

Prayer for world peace

A prayer for universal harmony and peace. We seek divine blessing to live together in mutual understanding, tolerance, and respect for all cultures and traditions. We ask for forgiveness and to be led from darkness to light. The prayer emphasizes that the divine is the true doer, not us, and calls for health and harmony to prevail across the entire earth and universe. The speaker invites others to join in a Sanskrit chant for this purpose, concluding with thanks for participation in a multicultural gathering for world peace. "Lead us from darkness to light, from unreality to reality, from mortality to immortality." "May good health, peace, and harmony prevail on this earth." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

The Path of True Yoga

True yoga leads to a perfect, healthy life and cosmic consciousness. Many places and teachers offer yoga; go where you like, but practice real yoga. Danger lies in expecting miracles. Do not wait to fly or see supernatural feats; the real miracle is being healthy and happy. People await the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī, the serpent power. Yes, it awakens, bringing wisdom, humility, alertness, and balance. However, pursuing it for miracles causes imbalance and psychic illness. Therefore, do not run after miracles. Lead a happy, normal, and healthy life. "Do not expect that you can fly. You can jump like a frog, but that is not flying." "What a great miracle you already possess: that you are healthy and happy." Wishes, part 2

The human mind's power makes every thought a potential reality, including fears. Therefore, ultimate freedom lies in liberation from all wishes. Before wishing, one must purify the motivation, ensuring it is not born of greed, selfishness, or ego. This purification of desires is the core practice. Since wishes persist, a technique is offered: ensure your wish is positive, harming no one and causing no future regret. The process involves three elements: yourself as the source, the specific aim or object, and the wish itself directed as thought. For mental power, physical distance is irrelevant; thought instantly bridges any gap. "Lord, make me free from all wishes." "Your wishes should be positive. Take care that through your wish you do not hurt someone." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

Wishes, part 1

The nature of a wish must be understood before it is made. A merchant prayed for years to become rich. God appeared and asked his wish. The merchant desired a siddhi: that everything he touch turn to gold. God warned him to reconsider, but the merchant insisted. The power was granted. Upon returning home, his touch turned his grandchild, food, and drink to gold. He became isolated and miserable. He cried to God to remove the curse, which was done. Before you wish for something, know what you will do if it becomes true. The wishes spoken of here are powerful, not mundane desires for exams or possessions. For such wishes, you must work and be careful. "Lord, I want one siddhi: that whatever I touch becomes gold." "Before we wish for something, we should know what we will do if it becomes true." Wishes, part 3

The second path to fulfillment is through blessings, which come from two distinct sources. A potent blessing is given by a dear one at the moment of their death, a final wish granted as they depart. The other is the inherent blessing power of a spiritually developed master, an ability carried from past lives or innate from birth. These are not the same method; one is a circumstantial event, the other a permanent capacity of a soul. The deathbed blessing's absolute reliability is presented without caveats for sincerity or the nature of the wish, creating an oversimplification. "A blessing from a very dear one is most potent when given in the final moments of that person's life." "Some individuals are born with this ability. Others have brought this capacity from their past lives." Filming location: Kranj, Slovenia

Hard times in life

Life is a sacred gift to be protected, not a burden to escape. Feelings of loneliness and being unloved are destructive thoughts, not truth. Problems and karma follow you; you cannot run from them. Your life does not depend on others' opinions. Past mistakes arise from ignorance or weakness, but they do not justify ending this divine gift. Accept what has happened. Do not suffer or die from shame. For difficult karmas, use prayer, mantra, and the spiritual path. Sorrow is removed through words of love and wisdom. Change your thinking. Your mind creates both trouble and happiness. Face your karmic relations as your dharma; escaping them creates more negative karma. Accept and go through what you must. "God has given this life. This life is very holy." "Sorrows can be removed only through words: words of love, words of wisdom, and words of kindness." Filming location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

Restlessness in the world

The root of conflict is self-identity, the sensitive feeling of identifying with something like a religion, nationality, or culture. When that identity feels damaged, conflict arises. Historical wars often connect to protecting one's country, culture, or faith, but this protection should not mean destroying others. The key to peace is tolerance and respect, not changing one's religion, as all faiths ultimately believe in the same divine principle. You must know your own capacity for tolerance. A peaceful society is built on this foundation, allowing different beliefs to coexist without requiring anyone to abandon their own. "It concerns with whom or with what you are identifying yourself. That with which you identify—if it is damaged or humiliated—is what makes you feel bad." "The answer to this world situation, to making it better, is only one: respect and tolerance."
