About Gurupurnima

Guru Pūrṇimā is the divine dawn, the first spiritual festival marking the illumination of consciousness. Ancient wisdom declared the Earth spherical and taught that all creation emerges from divine sound, Śabda Brahma. Modern science now detects a sound in space and theorizes a creation from a tremendous sound. The sequence of elemental creation is space, fire, air, water, and then earth. The first sunlight reached the planet, dispelling darkness; this is Guru Pūrṇimā. The darkness is 'gu' and the illuminating light is 'ru'. This Guru Tattva principle resides within. The seed of sound is in the navel, the center from which creation unfolds, like a lotus from Viṣṇu's navel. The full moon day holds deep meaning, being the birthday of the sage Vedavyāsa who compiled the Vedas. This day is a spiritual harvest for self-accounting. Dedicate all actions and take a new resolve for better practice, purifying consciousness for happiness. It is the beginning of the spiritual year. "On Guru Pūrṇimā, the full moon day, you see the full moon in the east and the sun in the west." "All that we practice throughout the year culminates on Guru Pūrṇimā; it is the day of harvest." The Power of Mantra

A mantra grants mental power and strengthens will, especially when focused on a desired manifestation. It purifies mind and consciousness, burning away sin and forming a protective light. Those who possess a mantra are most fortunate. This personal treasure acts as a torchlight in darkness and a staff in a wild forest. It is a bestowed blessing that multiplies with use and cannot be stolen. You will become an example as consciousness awakens. Therefore, always repeat and utilize your mantra. "Mere to Giridhara Gopāla, dūsarā na koī..." "Keep it in your heart, in your left pocket." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

What to think

The ocean of worldly troubles dries up for the devotee. Samsara is essenceless. Why be worried? What comes will come and what goes will go; you are only a witness sitting on the bank, observing. Everything, all stress and sorrow, is created by your mind. Therefore, change your thinking. Engage in self-inquiry: analyze what you thought and why. Question why you should think at all. The answer is to always think of God. This thinking never disappoints and burns away all sins. Through the Guru's grace, one sees only the divine. Cultivate the intense longing of divine love, for that feeling enables you to cross the ocean. "What comes will come, and what goes will go. You’ll be only a witness." "Always think of God. All other thinking can disappoint you. But thinking of God will never disappoint you." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

God, maya, reality

God is immanent in all creation, and this world is the play of Māyā. The divine presence is within everything. Do not destroy God's work without necessity. Respect all creatures; nourish them, but do not consume them. This living world is illuminated by divine light. The Lord is the source of Māyā and knowledge. With His light, one can perceive reality even within this delusion. Māyā is like mistaking mother-of-pearl for silver. Saṃsāra is this state of confusion, where reality and unreality are inverted. It is compared to a dream, where suffering feels real until one awakens. Beings within Saṃsāra still live through God's sustenance, though the experience itself is ultimately unreal. "Without Him, not even a blade of grass can grow." "This world is compared to a dream. What we see now, after a few minutes, it will be like a dream—it is gone." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Do not think negative

The master work is to maintain a calm temperament and balance in everyday life. Do not lose your nerve or come out of your equilibrium; be a yogī. As illustrated, a true yogī remains balanced whether glorified or criticized, always in unity. You must help yourself; nobody else can do this for you. Remove your doubts by meditating on the divine. The repetition of the mantra cleans the inner mirror of the heart, removing its dust. Applying this practice daily cultivates generosity, acceptance, forgiveness, serenity, and love. It opens the eye of the lotus within. "The yogīs and bhaktas are those who are always balanced, whether they are glorified or criticized." "More and more repetition of the mantra will remove the dust of your inner mirror of the heart." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Give up your problems

The problems of desire have no solution, only the possibility of abandonment. All temptations and desires lead to trouble and growing complications. These problems have no solution or treatment; you cannot solve them and will suffer. The only way to be free is to drop them completely. If you cannot give them up, the problem remains. You may abstain temporarily, but you will fall back. Consider meat-eating animals: you can feed them vegetarian food, but their nature compels them to attack meat. However, a human can change that nature. Your problems stem from your own weakness. Why not think, speak, and tell others positively? Your enemy, friend, and liberator is yourself. Realize this. Identify what always disturbs you and finish with it. My words are general, not personal, yet they strike like an arrow for those with the problem. The Master's word is an arrow that pierces the heart, making the ego fall so you become free. Some may think negatively that this is addressed to them personally, but it is not—though they are included. "All the problems you have, my dear, have no solution. There is no solution; there is no treatment for your problems." "Your enemy is yourself, and your friend is yourself. Your liberator is yourself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Uttam vicar - The pure thoughts

Purify your mind, for mental pollution is the most dangerous. Your thoughts disturb the world and yourself. Speech has three levels. Parā is at the navel, the seed of sound where prāṇa and apāna unite; an impure navel center blocks the suṣumnā channel. Paśyanti is in the throat; unclear thoughts cause suffering there, leading to fatigue. Vaikharī is at the vocal cords; words must emerge pure. There are also three inner qualities: kaniṣṭa (lower), madhyama (middle), and uttama (best). Your level depends on your complexes. Do not manufacture negative thoughts; projecting them burdens you. This life is a golden opportunity. Your hate, jealousy, greed, anger, pride, ego, and complexes are your enemies. Only you can solve this. Give them up. Be merciful to yourself, or you will torture yourself your whole life and die with these qualities. "Mental pollution is the most dangerous pollution." "Your hate, jealousy, greediness, anger, pride, ego, and complexes. These are your enemies." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Easter eggs

The egg is a sacred symbol of life and divine consciousness. Destroying an egg is destroying life, as the potential being within feels distress. This understanding reveals the oneness of all creation. Therefore, one should not eat eggs. All genuine spiritual traditions share the same core guidance, but people often interpret them selfishly. The essential message, from Christ to Kṛṣṇa to the Vedic seers, is universal: love all, have mercy, and do not destroy God's creation. Humans are not meant to eat animals. Your consciousness and heart are themselves that holy egg, symbolizing the union of the individual and the cosmic. Every life begins from an egg-like form. Breaking an egg kills a soul seeking manifestation. "Destroying the egg is already killing." "God's language is only one: Love all. Have mercy in your heart. Don't destroy the holy creation of God." Filming location: Perth, Australia

About negativity

Never allow negative thoughts toward anyone to enter your consciousness. A devotee searched everywhere for a flower to offer but arrived empty-handed, blaming only the self. If anything negative occurs, it is because you were present to receive and manifest it. As one saint discovered, upon searching the heart, no one is worse than oneself. You first project the negativity within your own consciousness, polluting and poisoning the mental modifications, before proclaiming it to be negative. Therefore, the sages advise controlling the senses for self-protection: do not speak, listen to, or see the negative. Only you can protect yourself by controlling the indriyas. "Lord, I wished to offer you a particular flower, but I could not find it anywhere." "I went to see negative things, but I could not find them anywhere. Then I searched my own heart and discovered that no one is worse than me." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

About anger

Anger is a destructive thief that steals your inner wealth and poisons both you and others. To avoid it, physically cool yourself by swimming in cold water or drinking it, then sit and observe your anger to feel ashamed of its presence. Use your wisdom by empathizing: before reacting, imagine yourself in the other person's position. Remember, you already possess great wisdom and beautiful qualities; apply this knowledge to yourself, not just when advising others. A distinction exists: anger from the heart is destructive, while strictness or educational anger, rooted in love and care—like with children or a spouse—is healthy and purposeful, meant to guide, not harm. "Anger is a great thief that will take away everything, all valuable things you possess." "You are very wise, very, very wise; you know so many things. The problem is that you do not utilize your own knowledge for your own sake." Filming location: Sydney, Australia

About depression

Depression is a significant form of pain involving loss, loneliness, and a disconnection from bodily awareness. It arises from multiple sources, affecting individuals differently. Influences include biological cycles, hereditary factors, modern diet, and pervasive life disappointments that sink into the subconscious. When these unformed impressions surface, the conscious intellect cannot clarify them, leading to a loss of touch with reality. The recommended approach is to allow time to pass and engage in physical activity or meditation to regain clarity. Specific practices like concentrating on a candle flame or Bhastrika Prāṇāyāma are suggested to help focus the mind. Environmental factors like light levels and geography are also noted as influences. Identifying the specific type of depression is crucial, and during an episode, one should avoid acting on inner feelings while striving for mental clarity. "When the intellect cannot provide an answer... those unformed desires from the subconscious rise to the conscious mind, still unformed, and one suddenly loses touch with reality." "The best approach in such a state is to let time pass. One should relax and allow time to pass; the state will change on its own." Filming location: Australia

One religion

The suffering of war stems from human divisions, particularly those created by religion. Last century's conflicts caused immense loss, with millions of children and soldiers perishing, leaving countless mothers in grief. Even now, millions suffer not from material lack but from ongoing political and religious strife. These differences are the most terrible. In divine reality, there is no separation; only one religion exists: humanity. God loves this religion. It does not matter which temple, church, or mosque you are in; God is God. Politicians often misuse innocent beliefs for power, pulling people into fanaticism. People are emotionally paralyzed by religious fear, imagining a God who punishes. There is no heaven or hell separate from your current state. God has no desires, no will, and no commercial interest in devotees. God acts only as an example. Your God is the best God, and that best God is also mine, just as every child claims the best mother. Every God is the best God; there are no semi-Gods. God is one with equal vision. Religious freedom is paramount; believe what you wish, but do not close your heart in the name of religion. "In God's heart, there is no difference. No religion exists there; only one religion exists, which is called humanity." "There is no heaven and there is no hell; everything is here with you, just as you are now." Meeting with the bishops

A welcome and interfaith dialogue between Christian leaders and a visiting spiritual teacher. We gather to honor your global work for peace, tolerance, and forgiveness, noted by leaders in Eastern Europe. Christian leaders here are open to dialogue with your noble tradition. I recognize the depth of the Vedic scriptures and see parallels in Christian texts. Your promotion of yoga as a path to self-actualization and union with God is significant. Our personal discussions on faith and the search for meaning have been valuable. This meeting with heads of churches is a historic event. We honor your ministry to bring God's presence to diverse cultures. We thank all involved for this hospitality and brief encounter. We welcome you and your disciples to South Australia. "Yoga in that way is not a part of a particular religion." "This meeting is... like a bridge, we have built this bridge between Hinduism and Christianity." Filming location: Adelaide, Australia

States of consciousness

The reality is the unchanging consciousness that witnesses all states of change. We transition through waking, dreaming, and deep sleep, yet the knower of these states remains. That inner self is the only constant reality, while the worlds of dream and waking are not. The individual, unaware of this true self, suffers and searches endlessly, like a boat tossed on waves. We collect experiences and relations in this physical life, but these are temporary. When the inner self journeys on, those relations fade in memory. All phenomena, individual and cosmic, operate on principles of balance. Imbalance causes suffering and disturbance. Yoga is the divine power that maintains this universal equilibrium. "The reality is this: the one who knows both, who is present in both types... that self never sleeps." "Yoga is that energy... that principle, that power, that consciousness which keeps the balance in the universe." Filming location: Adelaide, Australia

Beggar's pot

The human mind is an insatiable pot of desire, the source of all conflict and unhappiness. A king, boasting of his perfect kingdom, is confronted by a beggar with an empty pot. The king tries to fill it with rice, but the pot can never be filled. The beggar reveals the pot is made of the human mind, which knows no satisfaction. This greed and lack of inner contentment causes all strife, from personal fights to world wars. Lasting peace requires turning from selfish desire to the dharma of helping and loving others. True happiness comes from inner satisfaction, santoṣa. We are distant from our real Self, our thoughts constantly wandering externally. Through meditation and yoga, we return to ourselves, assess our inner qualities, and achieve the union of individual consciousness with the cosmic. "Sir, a beggar's pot is made from the human mind." "Yes, sir, I am lonely—since you arrived. Before that, I was one with myself." Filming location: Melbourne, Australia

About animals

The earth cries out from humanity's cruelty, and peace is impossible without compassion for all life. The mass killing of animals is a profound sin, and its consequences are already manifesting as disease and disaster. True peace requires tolerance, forgiveness, and understanding, which cannot exist alongside such torture. People love their pets as family but extend no such feeling to other creatures, which is a failure of love and empathy. This ignorance fuels continued violence. Actions like killing kangaroos for meat are grave mistakes that will bring suffering. Spiritual progress is impossible without love for God's creation, for God is embodied in all beings. Consuming the flesh of terrified animals ingests their fear, blocking spiritual advancement and locking one in physical consciousness. Humans are incarnations of love and light but have forgotten their divine nature, acting instead with animalistic cruelty. True human qualities are love, compassion, and non-violence. Liberation comes from awakening these divine qualities within through purification, prayer, and unconditional love for all. "‘When the last tree is cut down and the last fish dies, then, oh man, you will realize that you cannot eat your dollars.’" "As long as animals are tortured, as long as there are people who are so cruel to animals, I do not believe there can be peace in the world." Filming location: Brisbane, Australia

Restless mind

To achieve peaceful meditation, understand and control the flow of sensory impressions into desires. We have five senses of knowledge receiving impressions from the outer world. These impressions go from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind, where they are stored. When an impression goes deep into the subconscious, it becomes a desire. These desires then rise like smoke to the conscious mind. The mind is a function operating between the subconscious and consciousness; its duty is to retrieve stored information. The conscious mind is connected to the intellect, which judges and identifies these impressions, such as recognizing a smell. This identification can create a conscious desire. If unfulfilled, that desire returns to the subconscious. During sleep, the mind retrieves it, creating a dream to express it. The mind faithfully brings out whatever is stored inside. Therefore, to quiet the mind in meditation, you must control what enters it. Limit your needs and desires by not giving your senses too much freedom. Control the source of impressions, not the mind itself. "Direct your mental power towards that particular aim. Try to limit your needs, limit your desires." "Therefore, control the senses, not the mind." Filming location: Australia

There is God

The human search is for an unchanging reality of everlasting joy. Whatever changes is not real; only the never-changing is real. Your true Self is that unchanging reality. Circumstances, consciousness, and life states change, but you, the observer, remain constant. We suffer because we are not aware of this Self. This everlasting reality can only be realized through God-realization. God exists regardless of belief, which is insufficient and denotes uncertainty. Our ignorance blinds us to God's existence, just as physical blindness hides the sun. "Whatever is changing is not reality, and that which is never changing is the reality." "There is the sun shining. If a blind person said, 'No, there is no sun,' he or she is blind, that's why they can't see the sun." Filming location: USA

What will be with you?

The solitary journey of death is the ultimate personal fact, stripping away all worldly attachments. We love our body, family, and this world, but you must go alone. No one can accompany you—no friend, spouse, or parent. Like at an airport's immigration line, you proceed individually. There is one gate for all: the door of death. We do not know the day or hour this body will fall. It is finished. What remains afterwards? This is not about belief, religion, or philosophy. It is a personal fact. Did you ever think what will be with you? We are young and strong, believing we can do everything. But the sunrise guarantees a sunset; a dark night will come. We have comfort and happy relations, yet we must go away. What is the purpose? Please, take your time and think deeply: what will be with me? "We will ask ourselves this very question in the final minute of our life: what will be with us?" "Did you ever think about yourself, what will be with you?" Filming location: USA

Ask your self

Bhakti Yoga is the direct path to God through love, but this love requires knowing life's purpose. We must understand why we exist, what we do, and where we are going. This inquiry awakens a single, urgent question within: "What will be with me?" That yearning itself draws you nearer to the divine. The plea is for divine mercy so life does not pass meaninglessly, seeking freedom from the cycles of birth and death. This liberation is freedom from everything, where true happiness resides. I urge you to ask yourself this question earnestly: What will be with you? Assess your spiritual progress and what you can truly rely on. "He na tayabto aisi dayā ho, Jīvan nirarthak jāne na pāye." "What will be with me? From this day onwards, Lord, what will be with me?" Filming location: USA

Love & prayer

The ultimate realization of self is achieved through love, which is the universal path uniting all masters. Every positive action becomes a form of prayer when performed with love, as it channels devotion to the divine. True success in human life is impossible without this devotional love, and the greatest tragedy is to die without having realized God through it. "Without Bhakti Yoga, there is no success in human life." "How you can give your love to all, that's prayer." Filming location: USA

Help, o Lord

The cry for divine mercy arises from realizing life's passage and one's own helplessness. When love for God awakens, the heart pleads for liberation from the painful cycle of birth and suffering. The devotee's entire being becomes filled with a single, unshakable confidence in God's power to save. Such devotion brings supreme happiness and transforms one into a merciful being, as God's love manifests within. To cross the ocean of ignorance, one must unite with God, as iron floats only when attached to wood. This path, though not easy, is the most beautiful and divine. "Lord, I do not know anything, but one thing I know: I have a great confidence, an immovable, unshakable confidence in you." "Let us become one with God, unite with God, so that we may cross the ocean of ignorance, the ocean of suffering." Filming location: USA

Be a bhakta

Bhakti is the awakening of devotion through surrender to God. When one realizes their mortal limitations and suffering, they turn to God for help. This love makes one a bhakta, a devotee of the supreme knower. God, though omnipotent, has one weakness: love for devotees. He cannot disobey a devotee's pure love. A bhakta knows only God can free them from rebirth and death, so they surrender their entire life and burdens to God. The outcome—liberation or not—is then in God's hands. There are three types of devotees: the best acts immediately without being asked, the medium acts when asked, and the worst avoids or delays even when asked. God is devoted to those devoted to Him, achieving a state of oneness, like water and waves, through unconditional surrender. "God says, 'I don't need anything... but I have one weak point: that's love.'" "God says, 'I am devoted to them who are devoted to me.' And he or she is one with me; we are one." Filming location: USA

The meaning of human life

Human life is a unique, irreplaceable opportunity to be used for a higher purpose beyond mere animal existence. This human body is a precious, non-transferable gift. We must care for it and use it to serve the world and spread happiness. The essential human question is to inquire into our origin, purpose, and destination. If life is only for eating, drinking, and procreation, we are no different from animals. Humans must possess a higher aim. If you believe in God, consider why you were given this specific human life. Distinctive qualities that define humanity lie dormant within us. We must awaken and utilize these qualities to perform our true human duties. "Who am I, and from where do I come, and what is the purpose of my coming, and where will I go?" "If humans are doing only that much, where is the difference between humans and animals?" Filming location: USA

Dharma & Karma

The Creator endowed humans with intellect to understand good, bad, and others' suffering. Humans are protectors, bound by karma—action and its return—and dharma, one's essential duty. Dharma is the inherent function of all things, like heat for fire or sight for eyes. It also defines relational duties within a family. Dharma is often translated as religion, which has two meanings. First, it is realizing one's relation to God as His children, the essence from which all creatures originate. Without this realization, one suffers in darkness. Second, religion means to follow, preserve, and protect ethical principles in society: to serve, help, love, and be kind. These principles are the principles of yoga, the oldest tradition. Any religion containing such principles originates from yoga, as love that unites is bhakti. Thus, the human duty is to be kind, good, and protective. Those who neglect dharma create bad karma and face its consequences. "To realize your relation is the religion. Unless you realize your relation, you will be suffering; you will be in darkness." "Religion means to follow, to preserve, and to protect ethical and moral principles in human society: to serve, to help, to love, to be kind, to be good." Filming location: USA

Recycling

The law of nature is birth, death, and recycling. Whatever is born will die, and what is formed will dissolve; this constant change is called rebirth and death. The Self never dies, but the individual collects more qualities with each birth. This process is certain, independent of belief. Each birth is given to develop further, which in modern language is called recycling. Even the body does not truly die, as its elements merge back into their origins—liquid, heat, earth, and space—to become fertilizer, grow vegetation, and be consumed again, living further. Memories recycle, dreams recycle consciousness, and emotions often recycle. Rebirth is to develop further, with a set time until death arrives. Therefore, no one should be killed unnaturally before their time, as killing is the biggest sin. This creates negative karma, a minus point that pushes you a step down, though it is shiftable. "Whatever is born will die. Whatever you make or create will be destroyed sooner or later; what is formed will one day be dissolved." "And therefore, no one should be killed. No one should be killed, either animals or humans, unnaturally, before their time is right." Filming location: USA

Think!

The greatest obstacle to realizing our true nature is ignorance, which can only be removed by devotion and love. We ask about life's meaning and purpose, questioning our origin and destination. The fundamental inquiry is whether God exists. The truth is there is no difference between God and us. Our ignorance of this unity is the primary barrier. The goal is for individual consciousness to merge into cosmic consciousness. The power to remove this obstacle is not intellectual but of the heart. That transformative power is devotion. That essential power is love. It is the direct means to overcome separation and realize the truth of our being. "What is the purpose of your life? Why were you born?" "The greatest obstacle is our ignorance—the fact that we do not know." Filming location: USA

One question

The devotee's question about Rāma arises from deep love, not ignorance. A knower asks to know more, for each hearing strengthens the heart. Hearing divine glory dispels great ignorance, which is like a formidable demon. Rāma's glory is the nourishing moonlight, and the devotee is the bird that gazes upon it all night. To remove doubt, one must listen to the sacred dialogues that reveal this truth. "The more you hear about God, you will become stronger and stronger." "The glory of God Rāma can remove that ignorance, which is a very dangerous Kalikā." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The benefit is in the values

The benefit is in the value you assign. A case of glasses sells for 5,000 crowns. If its price rises to 50,000, your gain is 45,000, though the object is unchanged. If the price falls to 100, your loss is 4,900, though the object is unchanged. Therefore, profit and loss reside in the assigned value, the price. Spiritually, this value is bhāva: your respect, appreciation, devotion, and love. The object of devotion, like God or a master, does not change. Your benefit is proportional to the bhāva you hold for your practice and guidance. Doubt creates loss. Your liberation is in your hands. Heaven is temporary, like a hotel stay funded by good karma, after which you return to the cycle of rebirth. Mokṣa is the permanent kingdom. "The benefit is in the value, the price." "Gain or loss is in your hands." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

We are repeating some mistakes

We forget our past lives and mistakes, repeating errors and ignoring our inner Self for material pursuits. Our negative actions burden the Earth, causing reactions like environmental harm and unrest. Pre-industrial life was simpler and healthier, but now endless desires drive pollution and unhappiness in an imperfect man-made world. "Every action has a reaction. Positive actions have a positive reaction, and negative actions have a negative reaction." "We do not care what will happen in the future." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The Choice is in Your Hands

Your life's direction and spiritual outcome are determined solely by your own decisions and actions. Enlightenment, liberation, and your state of being are your personal responsibility. Others can only offer support; the ultimate choice and required effort are yours. While advice from figures like a master or parents is valuable, you must discern its worth. Your own cleverness is not inherently superior to spiritual guidance. The specific path you choose—whether renunciation, marriage, or liberation—is yours to decide. Your success and whether you attain liberation in this life depend entirely on your practice and resolve. Avoid being distracted by temptations, which are appealing only from a distance. Once you have made a decision for a good action, act on it immediately without delay. "Only you can do it; the decision is in your hands." "It depends on your decision, on how you will be." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 5

The Kumbh Mela is a spiritual festival for all humanity, transcending culture and religion. The core purpose is to realize the Guru Tattva—the principle of the master. If you attend yet fail to understand this essence, your fundamental nature remains unchanged, like a crow that stays black despite washing. This gathering was a divine experience, uniting millions in a profound, indescribable feeling of shared spirituality. The respect shown between all attendees was deeply admired. "If you wear the Kumbh Melā and still you do not understand what the Gurū or master is, then you are that black crow." "The Kumbh Melā is not a religious festival; it is a spiritual festival. And it is for every human being." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 4

The challenge of preserving spiritual purity after a profound pilgrimage. Those who return from a great pilgrimage are imbued with a divine aura, their very skin and dress considered holy. This state is a direct result of the sacred environment and collective consciousness. However, this elevated condition is not permanent or automatically protected. Upon returning to ordinary life, they face the risk of falling back into negative karmas, negative thinking, and impure associations. The speaker expresses a sense of personal responsibility and effort, having tried to keep them all bound in a state of grace. Yet, there is a recognition of individual free will; the spiritual teacher cannot force purity upon anyone. The preservation of that sacred state ultimately depends on the pilgrim's own continued practice and vigilance. It highlights the transient nature of peak spiritual experiences without sustained personal effort. The return journey is thus as critical as the pilgrimage itself. "Those who return from the Kumbh Melā—their skin is holy, their dress is holy, everything about them is still divine." "But if they then fall into negative karmas, into negative thinking, into kusaṅgas and impure actions, what can I do?" Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 3

The Kumbh Mela's holy bath purifies all beings, seen and unseen. Divine souls and deities bathe there in astral forms alongside physical pilgrims. Bathing during this specific astrological alignment washes away one's sins. The teacher performed the bath with the wish that its fruits reach all devotees worldwide. Water was offered in all directions for the purification of all. Those physically present felt the water directly. Distant devotees received the blessing in their deep sleep or dream state, as the act occurred around two in the morning. "Those who have bathed on that constellation in that river have definitely washed away their sins." "I was throwing the water drops in different directions with this wish: that I make you pure, your sins should be washed away." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 2

The Kumbh Mela reveals the power of devotion over physical conditions. Millions gather, not for comfort but for a sacred bath. Their longing and faith transform the experience. They do not judge the river's condition; where love exists, no impurity is perceived. True devotion purifies perception. Without love and inner necessity, everything feels unpleasant and dirty. The gathering is defined by this inner dedication, not external appearances. "They do not seek comfort there; they do not go for comfort. They go to bathe." "Where there is love, there is no impurity. Where there is love, devotion, and longing, nothing is dirty." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 1

We gather to reflect on the journey of life, marked by constant activity in body, mind, and circumstance. By grace, we continue without stopping, understanding that difficulties arise to awaken us and renew our path. A recent period was highlighted by a spiritual gathering but shadowed by a tragedy where many suffered greatly. We, located far from the epicenter, felt the earth's movement, which also damaged an important early building. It is noted that no one was inside that building at the time. "We shall not stop; we shall always continue." "On the day of the earthquake, no one slept in that building." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Maha Kumbh Mela 6

The blessing of the Kumbh Mela is a direct infusion of divine wisdom into your consciousness. You have received this blessing from the holy gathering and the spiritual guide. I congratulate all who attended, for your awareness is now filled with the nectar of spiritual understanding. This filling is a transformative event. It is a completion of a sacred journey. The result is a state of being imbued with higher knowledge. This state is not passive. It requires active application in your life. You must now understand spiritual truths deeply. You must practice forgiveness toward all. You must extend blessings to others. This is the practical duty born from receiving such grace. The blessing is given, and the responsibility to live by it begins. "Therefore, understand, forgive, and bless." "your Divine Consciousness is now filled with the nectar of wisdom." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The discipline

Discipline requires wisdom, not rigid force. We know discipline is vital, yet we also fail. It demands energy. For example, if you are exhausted from a late night or a child's needs, sleep may be better than forcing a yoga practice. Practicing while utterly fatigued can leave you tired all day. However, if the body is merely lazy and the mind resists, you must overcome it. Laziness is a great enemy. You can awaken yourself by brushing the body or taking a shower with alternating water. Listen to your body, mind, and soul to decide. Nothing should feel unpleasant. We practice yoga to cultivate pleasantness. If an action makes you unhappy and pressured, do not do it. You have human rights and free will. Do not be pressured by anyone. Therefore, discern: Is my discipline from external pressure, or is my lack of discipline from laziness? Avoid both. Yet, certain responsibilities, like caring for a small child, demand strict, non-negotiable discipline. Assess your life, determine what is necessary, and apply discipline with self-awareness. "Your best friend is knowledge, and your great enemy is laziness." "If you cannot do it and it makes you unhappy and stressed, then do not do it." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The techniques

The essence of practice is the heart's intention, not technical precision. The specific method for using prayer beads is unimportant. What matters is remembering the divine with a relaxed and sincere heart, whether consciously or unconsciously. This remembrance, like any action, has an inherent effect. True liberation comes not from ritual technique but from one's fundamental life attitude. A human is defined by qualities like love, kindness, and forgiveness in daily conduct. Cultivating this humane heart is the real practice. "The technique does not liberate us; it will liberate us, our life attitude." "Are we doing good for others, or are we doing bad for others? That is very important, the way of life." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The judgment

Do not judge others hastily, for you do not see their hidden struggles. A beautiful, polished stone was once raw, having rolled for miles, hitting other stones and enduring slaps from the river to become smooth. Its current beauty is the result of that long, suffering journey. If you then see a small crack and reject it, the stone would lament your inability to understand or accept this minor flaw after all it has endured. Therefore, appreciate the beauty forged through hardship and do not let a small imperfection cause you to dismiss someone. We must see everyone's inherent abilities and the good work they have done, recognizing the unseen effort behind their present state. "Ask these stones. Consider how many miles it was rolling, how many stones it was hitting, and how many slaps it got until it became so nice, gentle, and beautiful." "Oh, my God, is this person not able to resist or understand this little crack on it? How much I was suffering for it?" Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Spiritual partners

Finding a spiritual partner is both a possibility and a challenge. Many spiritual people are present, yet they often go unrecognized. You can find a spiritual partner directly, or you can transform a non-spiritual one through your holy company, like the paras stone turns iron to gold. Many seek a pure partner for a drug-free, vegetarian path, but it is difficult. Creating a service to connect such people is positive spiritual work that saves souls. Spiritual unions tend to produce spiritual children, provided the parents offer the right education. Consider practical steps like announcements or an office dedicated to this search. This is a serious matter for your spiritual future. "If you can find a spiritual partner, then find an unspiritual partner and make him spiritual." "Spiritual people have a spiritual child. Spiritual people have a spiritual child." Filming location: Slovenia

About family life

The joy of family life brings inherent responsibilities and potential sorrows. Parents often worry about their child's health, education, career, and marriage from the moment of birth. In modern times, children's perceived excessive freedom can cause familial suffering. For spiritual practitioners, forcing celibacy against one's nature creates inner conflict; it is harmonious to have a partner while continuing spiritual practice. A partnership's foundation is mutual care and belonging, not just sexuality. Love means supportive freedom without conditions or jealousy, not demanding uniformity. Before having children, couples must thoroughly consider their capacity for the child's spiritual education. True partnership means being a part of each other. "Where there is love, there is free happiness and freedom. Where there is attachment and ignorance, there are jealous complexes in life." "Partner means part; it is a part of you. Have the same opinion, same feelings, same way—then it is a very happy life." Filming location: Slovenia

Shivoham

The immortal Ātmā is the unborn, indestructible Self beyond karma. Some beings are bound by karma, others are free. Approaching one who is free from karma leads you to that same freedom. In the fire of wisdom, all impurities are burned away, leaving only purity. The Vedas declare this Ātmā to be indestructible, unborn, and immortal. This same knowledge was given by Kṛṣṇa, who stated the Ātmā is within all. Therefore, engage in a practice: first, acknowledge your problems and suffering. Second, affirm your true nature as the Ātmā, distinct from these temporary states. Recognize your identity as that immortal essence. "I am that immortal Ātmā. And you are also that immortal Ātmā." "Think two things. One is your problem... Second, smile upon yourself: 'I am not all this; I am Ātmā.'" Filming location: Slovenia

Fear of death

Death is the ultimate truth, and the Self is immortal. You must practice continuously to remove the fear of death. The whole life is a preparation for the last minute. Death is a separation from all material things you love, which is why a yogī says, "No more life." This world is mortal, but your Ātmā is immortal. It is never born and never dies. Everything in this life is impermanent and constantly changing. Death is just one milestone you cross. The body changes and dies, but your inner Self does not change. Ātmā is pure, without form, and cannot be destroyed. Death can only kill if there is a form. The wise know, "I am not this body." When you are liberated, death cannot attack you. Do not be afraid. Continue your practice. "This will not remain forever." "I am not this body." Filming location: Slovenia

Human life

A human life is measured only by the time spent thinking of God with love and tolerance; time spent in negativity, ego, and hatred is lost. We are all running, but must ask: where are we going? Peace comes only from union with God within. Our current life is in our hands. Do not waste time on disturbances or unsolvable problems; they are temporary circumstances. You are stuck in the thorns of worldly passions like a bird, yet the divine light is within you. You ignore it because you choose to look outward at problems and gossip. Whatever happens in your life happens because of you; there is no one else to blame. Accept yourself and correct your actions. "I have to do with satsaṅg and spirituality. What the worldly people are talking, let them talk. Now I will not waste my time." "Whatever has happened in your life, it happens because of you. If you are not here, nothing is here." I Will Be Thine Always

Everything happens for a reason; accept it with thankfulness. Surrender your life completely, for only with the divine can you find happiness, even through great suffering. We do not know when we will encounter spiritual light, so never close your heart's door. You may travel far, but you remain eternally connected. Reflect on your past; events occurred due to your own karma, yet divine protection has sustained you. People may disappoint, but the divine never will. Maintain that continuous relationship, for the divine power is the source of life and resides within. "Door of my heart, wide I open for Thee. Wilt Thou come, wilt Thou come? Just once come to me." "When I die, look into my eyes. My Lord, mutely they will say, 'I will be Thine.'" Filming location: Umag, Croatia

Qualities

Yoga is the eternal cosmic principle, the governing energy of the universe. My aim is to awaken this consciousness within you. Your specific beliefs are not important; what matters is your inward awakening. We are sleeping and must awaken ourselves. One becomes holy, human, or a devil through inner quality. Those lacking a pure heart become angry, jealous, and doubtful quickly, always looking for others' mistakes. People eagerly watch a street fight but dismiss talk of God and peace as crazy. Their reactions show how qualities immediately decide perception. Therefore, what others say or think does not matter. I came not for gossip but to help and to liberate myself. "Yoga is eternal, a cosmic principle. The energy which governs, balances, and protects the entire universe is Yogamāyā, Yogaśakti; that is yoga." "You may believe what you want to believe—any god, any incarnation—or you may not believe. The important thing is that you awaken inwardly." Filming location: Umag, Croatia

4 kinds of health

Yoga addresses four dimensions of health: physical, mental, social, and spiritual. Yogic practices are psychosomatic, affecting both body and mind. Physical health alone is insufficient without mental health, and vice versa. Social health is defined by avoiding harmful behaviors like crime or idleness; unhealthy social conduct leads to societal avoidance. A healthy individual contributes to a healthy society and nation. Spiritual health is equated with tolerance. The claim that one's own mother, religion, or culture is "the best" is subjective; from a broader perspective, all can be seen as good. True spiritual health requires accepting this plurality. Intolerance is framed as a sign of spiritual and mental unwellness. "My mother is the best mother. But which mother is not the best mother?" "Spiritual health means tolerance. Those who have no tolerance are mentally ill." Filming location: Maribor, Slovenia

The Purpose and Practice of Life

The purpose of life is to be a protector and to realize God. Our duty is to protect all creation and to develop spiritually through love and respect. The greatest tragedy is to die without God, which meditation and yoga practice can prevent. A spiritual life means fulfilling your duties harmoniously, praying, and purifying the heart through positive thought. Happiness comes from developing a tendency to give, from kindness to blood donation, which opens the heart. Control of body and mind comes through yoga practice. To overcome being spoiled, change your situation through work and karma yoga. For pain, use the discrimination that you are not the suffering body, but also accept practical medical help. Seek wisdom from elders or holy books for emotional pain. Surrender means giving everything to God with inner confidence. Acceptance requires using your intellect to wisely navigate or avoid circumstances, not passive resignation. "Protect the environment, protect God’s creation, protect humanity, protect your family, and protect yourself." "Surrendering means that you surrender to God, Lord: nothing is mine, everything is yours." Filming location: Maribor, Slovenia

Why yoga helps

Yoga is a holistic system for health, integrating movement with a mysterious, blessing-based efficacy. Modern research validates yoga as a primary therapy. Its special power lies not merely in physical movement but in the transmitted grace from its saintly founders. This blessing, akin to holy water in a church, is the core healing agent. Anecdotes, like ash from a master curing illness, demonstrate this reality, which exists regardless of personal belief. The practice is given to humanity for benefit, with the saints' words manifesting as tangible help. "Yoga is indeed one of the original therapies in the realm of health." "Yoga is that blessing coming from the holy saints." Filming location: Maribor, Slovenia
