Where there is richness there is no more spirituality

Spiritual wealth is inversely related to material comfort, where prosperity often leads to forgetting the divine. After the Mahābhārata, Kṛṣṇa prepared to depart for Dvārakā. He offered to grant a wish to Kuntī. She requested that devotees receive troubles and non-believers receive a comfortable life. Kṛṣṇa questioned her, though he understood her intent. She explained that excessive happiness makes one forget God's name, as comfort breeds spiritual neglect. People engage in religion only for social occasions. In contrast, suffering constantly reminds one to call upon God. Problems invoke continuous prayer, while wealth confines spirituality to an altar. True happiness resides where God's name is remembered, not where money accumulates. "I throw the big rock on that happiness which keeps me away, or lets the name of God disappear from the heart." "I adore, I surrender to those problems which remind me every second of Thy name." Filming location: Umag, Croatia

Kapilmuni, who is known as an incarnation of Lord Visnu. Everyone is a child of some Rishi.

Kapil Muni is a divine sage and incarnation of Viṣṇu from the age of the ṛṣis. These sages lived for millennia, engaged in tapasyā, which is the deep research and meditation through which they discovered all truths. A true master does not give quick solutions but assigns long-term research, like understanding vairāgya over thousands of years. Many rush between masters, but real discipline requires steadfastness. The seat of authority, like the Vyāsagādī, is what is revered, not merely the person occupying it. Kapil Muni possessed all spiritual powers but never demonstrated them, as exhibition enslaves one. He formulated the Sāṅkhya philosophy, which Kṛṣṇa praises. Every human is spiritually connected to an ancestral ṛṣi, whose lineage exists in your blood and consciousness. "Through tapasyā, discover what you realize and how you feel through vairāgya—not for one day or five days, but for a thousand years." "Among the siddhas, I am Kapil Muni." The wonderful tree "Neem Narayan"

The neem tree, known as Neem Nārāyaṇa, possesses divine healing qualities. This large, bitter tree yields medicinal parts. Its powder can heal skin, purify blood, and strengthen the body. Use it as a facial mask for pimples or a paste for stubborn wounds. A neem bath alleviates allergies and itching. Drinking neem tea daily boosts immunity, prevents diabetes, and aids digestion. It improves eyesight, hair quality, and nail strength. The tea also purifies blood, supports kidneys, and removes gallstones. Neem water serves as a natural pesticide for plants and a cleaner for household spaces. "To sit in the daytime under the neem tree is a kind of healing process." "It improves the immune system in the body. And it is the biggest prevention against diabetes." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Reading books alone doesn't make you wise

True wisdom is found not in books but in love, which requires the Guru's grace and inner transformation. Many scriptures contain wisdom, but wisdom itself makes one wise. Merely reading books does not grant wisdom; understanding the essence of love does. Where love exists, all virtues like forgiveness and harmony are present. Without it, all is lost and negativity arises. This cannot be learned without the Guru's grace and word. You may travel the world and complete all pilgrimages, but if you have not journeyed within and changed yourself, it is meaningless. Consider the man who meticulously washed his donkey until it shone. Upon being freed, the donkey immediately found a pile of ash and rolled in it. Similarly, satsang and holy places cleanse the heart, but if your inner habits remain unchanged, you revert to foolishness like that donkey. "By reading books, centuries past, no one became a great wise man. For those who read the two and a half letters of love, they became wise." "You may struggle through the whole world and complete all holy pilgrimages, but if you have not made the pilgrimage within yourself, if you have not changed yourself, it is nothing." Your gratest enemy and stupidity is when you are offended. You can't digest the truth.

The core human mission is to remember your divine nature and neutralize negative tendencies. When you think "I am human," negative qualities fall away. Counter anger or jealousy by affirming your pure humanity. Many problems stem from forgetting who we are. This isn't discrimination but fulfilling your purpose: to unite and open the heart. Universal principles like love and happiness belong to all. When animalistic energy awakens, feelings turn negative—anger, hate, jealousy, greed. These are major obstacles. Taking offense destroys spiritual progress; it means you cannot digest truth or understand another's situation. Being a slave to your senses prevents true happiness, as the world constantly changes. Life is a flowing river; you cannot relive a single minute. Know your mission. Do not hate anyone, as hatred is a primary sign of ignorance. "Whenever any negative tendencies awaken in your consciousness, you should neutralize them with the thought of being a very pure, divine human being." "As long as you are the slave of your senses, there cannot be samādhi, and without samādhi you cannot be happy and content." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Why we can't get self realisation?

The obstacle to Self-realization is within you, due to a lack of dispassion, renunciation, and austerity. Trying to do everything leads to losing everything, just as watering every leaf with a leaky basket kills the tree, while watering the roots nourishes the whole. Running between masters shows inner conflict, a lack of discipline, and doubt. A seeker spent decades with many masters, gaining nothing, and grew opposed to the path. He returned to his first master to criticize him. The master assigned him to dig a well, but changed the location each day for nine days, ruining the garden with no result. On the tenth day, the frustrated seeker protested the wasted effort. The master revealed this mirrored his own life: digging many holes in his heart by constantly shifting his focus, destroying his field of confidence and achieving nothing. Had he stayed in one place with one practice, he would have attained wisdom. "If you perfect one thing, you perfect everything. Conversely, if you try to do everything, you will lose everything." "For thirty-six years, forty years, you wasted time running here and there. You made so many holes in your heart. You destroyed your field of confidence." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The Kumbha Mela

The Kumbha Melā is a universal spiritual gathering. The ancient rivers predate all named religions, making the festival for all humanity, though preserved by Hindu tradition. Millions arrive without invitation, drawn by a divine pull. Despite the immense crowd, a perfect humanitarian system provides free food, medical aid, and infrastructure on the sandy riverbank. Yet, severe austerity is evident: pilgrims endure cold with thin cloth, travel barefoot for months, and wait on wet sand. The environment is harsh, with evening smoke burning the eyes, yet devotion persists. This demonstrates profound faith and tapasyā. Historical teaching was direct: masters gave one principle, like renunciation, and disciples returned only after fully realizing it. "Early in the morning, when they prepare hot tea, they announce through loudspeakers that tea and breakfast are ready, inviting people to come. It is all without any charge." "Then they came back and said, 'Master, I have Vairāgya.' Of course, the Master was testing them." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

A healthy body has a healhty mind

The relationship between body and mind is not absolute. A body can be ill while the mind remains perfectly healthy; to insist otherwise is discriminatory. The saying refers to how a physically healthy person's mental focus weakens when illness arises, as the intellect becomes consumed by bodily concerns. But you are not that worrying intellect. You are the immortal ātmā, which cannot be destroyed. You are the indescribable divine light within that cannot be ill. Attaining this knowledge causes all psychic and psychological problems to disappear. "Oh God, I have kidney problems. Oh God, I have heart problems." "You are the ātmā, which cannot be killed by any weapons." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Mental Training

The mind is a wild elephant, a mighty power that can be trained through logical thinking and mental techniques. Observe that everything constantly changes; this turning world is called saṃsāra. Wise ones think logically, not selfishly. Selfishness is a problem requiring self-treatment: think for others, not just yourself. It is difficult to know others' feelings, but do not be greedy or attached, for attachment brings suffering. Give others a chance; this culture of courtesy unites people and creates love. Do not make differences among people; have equal vision to avoid jealousy. Your mental development requires giving up greed and the feeling of "only me." Success is not in taking or in business, which often means cheating, but in giving—your attention, love, and chance to others. Clean your inner platform of rocks like selfishness, greed, ego, anger, and hate, so your mind, the pilot, can manage. A yogī should not have hate, which is a subtle form of hiṁsā. "Think logically. As you think for yourself, think for others too." "Successful is the one who succeeded in giving everything. To take is not difficult, but to give is difficult." Kapil Muni

Kapila Muni is the supreme perfection among siddhas. Our spiritual lineage venerates Kapila Muni as its deity, and its tradition is ancient. The scriptural wisdom of India is an immortal ocean for realizing the dignity of human life. Merely engaging in animalistic pleasures like eating and sleeping wastes this human birth. The purpose is to awaken your human qualities through this knowledge. Kapila Muni's attainment was absolute, with perfect self-control and a consciousness present across all realms. Compared to his sadhana, our efforts are a joke. We fail to become perfect yogis due to our own laziness and desires. Therefore, you must wake up now. "O man, drinking, eating, enjoying, creating children, and sleeping—animals are also very active in this. If you are doing only this much, where is the difference between animals and you?" "If you are a perfect yogī, even God will adore you." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Disease Prevention Program

Cancer arises from many causes, including environmental toxins and karmic destiny, yet prevention through yogic discipline and diet is paramount. Some claim yoga can cure cancer, but rigorous practice does not guarantee immunity, as destiny and karma play a role. A story illustrates how a non-believer, cured through prayer, found faith. The primary path is prevention: cleanse the body with Haṭha yoga techniques like netī and kapālabhāti. Adopt a strict dietary regimen featuring sprouts, lemon, turmeric, ginger, tulsi, and neem. A specific mixture of honey, lemon, and spices boosts immunity. Drink ample water, preferably from a copper vessel. Avoid alcohol, eggs, and most dairy. This practice regenerates tissues and strengthens the body's defenses against disease. "Only through positive thinking, spiritual practice, and renunciation can we overcome some destiny and karma." "This program can also cure certain diseases. Practice Kapālabhāti for five minutes and Bastrika for ten minutes." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Don't be the slave of your Siddhi

Beware of false spiritual powers and deception. The mind seeks novelty even after finding truth. Negative energy often speaks sweetly to mislead. Some falsely claim siddhis like reading auras or futures to exploit pure-hearted believers. Authentic realization is demonstrated, not proclaimed. Claiming powers one does not possess is a great sin. Such false siddhis become major obstacles on the spiritual path, binding and burning the aspirant like dry grass in fire. Genuine spiritual energy manifests naturally through presence and kindness, not through proclamation. Do not play with these things for ego or benefit. Focus on true spiritual practice. "There is no austerity greater than truth. And no greater sin than to lie." "For those who are striving to achieve samādhi, in the waking state, siddhis come. And this kind of siddhi becomes a bandage." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Love marriage and the Indian traditional karmic marriage -- we are born to have a happy family and s

Marriage is the foundation for a happy family and spiritual development, not a negative institution. Its success depends on clear thinking and astrological alignment, not fleeting emotion or physical desire. The Vedic system uses birth horoscopes to determine compatible names and partners, ensuring harmony, children, and lasting union. Modern "love marriage," based on emotion alone, is rootless and leads to widespread unhappiness. In contrast, a "karmic marriage" considers family background and astrological compatibility, creating stability. Humans, like trees, have natural desires but possess intellect to avoid becoming slaves to the senses. True happiness comes from merging into oneness with a partner, being faithful for life, and following principles of diet, recreation, behavior, and thought. Correcting one's path is always possible through meditation and grace. "Marriage based on physical, sexual desire is an unhappy marriage; it will break." "Either do not marry, or if you marry, let it be forever." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

What is the true fidelity in physical and spiritual level? You can learn it from the Guru Gita.

The spiritual path requires absolute loyalty, like a marriage. Initiation merges your consciousness with the teacher's; disloyalty breaks this bond. Your faith and resolve determine success, not just words. Live fully: marry wisely, raise children well, and consider astrology as a complex guide. Causing heartbreak, especially to women, creates severe karma. Past mistakes are karmic but can be repaired through direct guidance and love. "To receive initiation is a kind of marriage. Your consciousness merges into the Gurudeva's consciousness." "To break the heart of your wife is one of the biggest, heaviest karmas you can cause." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

What can I do if I can not perform my spiritual practice? How can I clean the house from negative en

The prescription addresses an imbalance in the Svādhiṣṭhāna chakra, manifesting as sexual impulses, aggression, and an inability to practice mantra during stress. First, engage physical energy through one hour of jogging, then shower and attempt to sleep. If sleep does not come, perform 108 Khatu Praṇāms. If still unsettled, read a holy book. If agitation persists, clean the street outside your house. Should calm remain elusive, fast for one week. If still not calmed, pray for guests to come. This is the surrounding education for a psychic illness. Further, organize satsaṅg at home daily. Use a Nāgarbhaṭī lamp to chant the Mahāmṛtyu Jaya Mantra in every room for purification. Regarding a difficult neighbor, be friendly or ignore them. If they persist, change your location; this is the bird's technique to avoid disturbance. "That will purify the space." "When a few birds are sitting on one tree every night, and then comes some crazy bird making noise and disturbances, the wise birds change the tree." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

What is the Holi festival? It is the victory of the bhaktas over the evil. (Effect of total Moon ecl

A lunar eclipse is harmful for spiritual development, casting a negative influence on the visible part of Earth. The moon governs karma, emotion, and life itself; its light sustains the world. The festival of Holī, occurring on a full moon, celebrates the victory of devotion over tyranny. It originates from a story of a king, Hiraṇyakaśipu, who declared himself God and forbade prayer. His devout son, Prahlāda, maintained faith despite persecution. The king was ultimately destroyed at twilight on a threshold by a divine form that was neither man nor beast, fulfilling a divine promise. The burning of the Holī bonfire symbolizes the defeat of evil. European Carnival traditions are imitations of this holy festival, showing how culture moves and unites people. "Through the moon, again, the individual soul enters the physical planet." "Either give up talking about God, otherwise I will chop off your head. Or, if you want to talk to God, then go and embrace this hot pillar." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Questions about the krya, the breathing, etc.

The right time for Kriyā is determined, and readiness is shown through diligent daily practice of one's existing mantra. Complete yogic breathing follows a specific wave-like motion from the stomach to the chest. For deep purification, follow the established techniques and eat only when genuinely hungry to preserve digestive strength. Eating a small amount before a meal can dampen the digestive fire, leading to poor digestion. True hunger makes simple food taste delightful. Controlling eating habits allows the body to purify itself. The body's natural purification is hindered by constant consumption. Mastery comes from consistent practice and disciplined living. "Eat when you are hungry." "If we can control our eating habits, the body will be purified." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Can we remember past lives is hypnosis?

In hypnosis, you cannot access past lives or recognize astral beings; you access only your own subconscious mind. The state is one of deep introspection, not external truth. A memory presented as a past life is a projection of a current, unresolved issue. For example, a woman under hypnosis recalled a detailed life in Egypt where her husband neglected her. This was not a past life but a reflection of her present relationship dynamic. Like a dream, these narratives feel real but lack physical evidence. If you dream of writing a symbol in a distant place, you cannot verify it upon waking. The subconscious materializes current psychic content, not historical fact. Therefore, hypnosis reveals hidden present conflicts, not past incarnations. "Therefore, I do not agree that in hypnosis you can go to a past life or see some other beings." "But I do believe that those psychic things, or anything that is hidden in your subconsciousness, comes out—the present problem of this life." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Real devotion and devotion from greediness -- who can see GOD, for whom GURUDEVA appears?

A night of intense devotion reveals the difference between temporary emotion and true spiritual seeking. We observed an anniversary with all-night prayer. Around forty-five people fasted and wept with longing. I retired to my room for mantra practice. In the early morning, I received a vision. I was asked what I wished for. I expressed a wish and asked if it could be granted. The reply was that it was being granted now and also given to all those praying. A statement was made that they were not true devotees, only crying in that moment, and that nearly none would remain. Years later, I reflected and challenged this, citing their all-night recitation, weeping, love, and fasting. The response was that it was their greed and ego, not a prayer for liberation, and that they would not be thankful either. Indeed, out of those forty-five, perhaps only five or three remain. The lesson is that when you come to your master, do not come temporarily. "They are not devotees. They are crying only now. You will see very soon nearly none of them will be here with you." "It is their greediness and their ego. They are not praying for mokṣa. They will not be thankful to you either." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

What is the real aim of the human life? Oh man, the creator designed everything for you -- be conten

Human life has a singular purpose: to attain Self-Realization. Many sorrow over life, but why worry? Who gave you life arranges all you deserve. Be content and accept destiny. The body is an instrument; do not use it only for physical desires. Ignorant ones concentrate on these desires. The wise know desires lead to destruction, preventing Self-Knowledge. Without practice, theory is nothing. You may repeat miserable lives. Do not think you will always be born human. You must deserve heaven; this is an unchangeable truth. Therefore, use the intellect for spiritual education, not merely for animal-like activities. Find a true guide and follow one path without changing. To follow, you must root out desire and anger. Purify the body's field through discipline. Cultivate it with daily practice. When the heart is pure, the guide gives the mantra. Without it, practice cannot succeed. Repeat the mantra constantly; it is spiritual currency that goes with you. Let no breath be empty of it. Practice diligently, but not as a mindless routine. When concentration is needed for work, you may set it aside. "Jo dega choṭī, vo dega roṭī"—Who gave the peak will give the food. "Kāma krodha ko durhatau"—remove desire and anger far away. Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Spiritual practice and love. Don't miss the Satsang -- but the Satsang should be SATSANG!

The spiritual heart is a field cultivated through compassion and watered by the wisdom of satsang. Compassion makes the field green, but it dries without wisdom's rain. Satsang provides this nectar, a well of intuition and motivation. True satsang consists of the Guru's words and teachings. The harvest yields fruits of knowledge, humility, and love. The senses, like workers, gather these crops. One must be like a bee drawn to nectar, automatically going to satsang without complaint or invitation. The harvested wisdom must be collected within the heart and intellect. This gain must be shared with others through satsang, not hoarded, for it requires flow. Discipline is essential to avoid bad company and protect this harvest. Realization comes through following the Guru's word. Life is for self-realization, supported by practices for health and balance, though the ultimate goal transcends them. "It is said it doesn’t matter how far or difficult the path is, but never miss the satsaṅg." "Those who have mantra, those who are pure in their heart... they are concentrated on those crops, going automatically to satsaṅg." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

Spiritual motivation and the understanding of the birth, growing, and death

The goal of human life is self-realization. We inhabit a mortal world of constant coming and going, bound by a force like a magnet. All beings share the same basic elements and the immortal ātmā, yet individual souls carry distinct destinies shaped by karma. We journey through cycles of rebirth, experiencing union and painful separation, which deepens our attachment to this world. We accept the body's birth and growth but resist its inevitable death. While the body is mortal, the ātmā is immortal; the soul functions temporarily to experience the universe. Death is an inescapable certainty for all, a change the ātmā does not fear, for the individual soul merely changes its bodily dress. The ultimate purpose is to return to the origin of changeless, supreme bliss, a realization possible through the cultivated human intellect. "Destiny is the result, the fruit, the production of our karma." "Death for the ātmā does not mean anything. This jīvātmā, this individual soul, is just changing its dress." Filming location: Debrecen, Hungary

We have to maintain our wellbeing ourselves

Maintain your own well-being; outer help is merely a walking stick. Whether healthy or unhealthy, stressed or depressed, only you can help yourself. External aid is supplemental, like a walking stick that cannot walk for you. When feeling exhausted, stressed, or anxious, meditate. Concentrate on the breath, through which cosmic energy enters and you radiate energy. Think you are surrounded by energy. Walk and feel yourself within energy and light. Repeat your mantra. Feel the divine presence. Relaxing your body and breath while imagining energy helps immediately. Food, people, and trees are all full of energy. This energy is from you. "Everything is full of energy. And this energy is from you." "May God bless you with all good things, and may all problems disappear with this year." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

How to practice, what to eat, how to live for your health?

A dietary regimen for regulating blood pressure and health over ten months. Adhere to a fruit and vegetable diet, a phalāhāra. Fast weekly. Eat any fruits, limiting bananas. Consume abundant salad. Tofu is limited. Nuts and seeds are permitted in moderation. Avoid potatoes, grains, bread, and most milk products; only milk and yogurt are allowed. Eat boiled vegetables without spices. Potatoes are allowed only once weekly; avoid rice. Eat a handful of dāl daily. This practice, a kind of kāyaka chalana, will lower blood pressure, balance cholesterol, and make you feel lighter. Drink plenty of water and juice. Exercise regularly. Follow this diet for three weeks yearly for major disease prevention. An Ayurvedic principle states to eat all six tastes daily, consuming sweet first. Eating sweet ten minutes before a meal allows insulin to utilize it effectively, preventing sickness. "Following this, you will see blood pressure decrease significantly and cholesterol balance." "Eating sweet last can gradually lead to type 2 diabetes." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Intellect and wisdom

Wisdom is the container; intellect is its content. No complete cure for Parkinson's exists, but vitamin C, fruits, and a high vitamin intake can slow its progression. For fear, panic, or brain imbalance: increase vitamin C and practice Prāṇāyāma. Yoga Nidrā is also very beneficial, though improvement takes time. A daily regimen of honey, lemon juice, almond paste, and Badeva paste in room-temperature water, taken on an empty stomach, helps regenerate the system and relax brain tension. "more vitamin C and Prāṇāyāma. Also, Yoga Nidrā is very good." "This will help regenerate the system and relax the tension released from the brain." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

The king also have to follow the law

The Holy Rāmāyaṇa is a story of divine principles and human ethics. It centers on God Rāma, the ideal being who follows ethical principles and keeps his promises. The narrative includes the loyalty of his family. A teaching story is shared about a king of dharma, Dharmarāja, who declared himself above the law. A master then struck this king three times with a stick called Dharmadaṇḍa, demonstrating that dharma itself punishes those who stray from it. This stick represents the enforcement of principle. Dharmarāja is described as the king of dharma and liberation, who invites beings back. Yamarāja is described as the king of adharma and the dead, who forcibly takes beings away. The lesson is that ethical law applies to everyone. "Daṇḍa means two things: punishment and punishment. Dharma will daṇḍa you; dharma will punish you." "Dharmarāja comes to invite you... When Yamarāja comes, he does not say, 'You please, I'm begging you'; he pulls you." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Be careful, several things can mislead you

The mind's tyranny enslaves us to predictable cycles of suffering. We recognize its patterns yet remain powerless against its next specific creation. Addiction illustrates this bondage, where a promise of reform is broken by evening, driven by the mind's companions: greed, selfishness, and desire. These forces equate producing alcohol to producing drugs, with devastating societal consequences. This condition originates from Kali Yuga's entry into human consciousness, where money became god. The mind's destructive potential is a dormant fire within, like a volcano under snow; when awakened, it melts all resistance. We remain slaves to its cravings until death, where the mind departs only to await the next life. "Kali Yuga entered our mind as greediness, selfishness, and desires." "This mind will turn you into ashes." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Repetition is necessary in order to prevent forgetting

Remembrance is essential for spiritual development. Repetition is the circulation of life. We know reality yet forget, repeating mistakes, bound by saṃsāra. Our inner instrument, the antaḥkaraṇa, requires daily purification like a room. It consists of mind, intellect, ego, and consciousness. The mind, with its desires, dominates life and can be friend or enemy. One must not be enslaved by it. The true Self is the sovereign king. Discernment, Viveka, is the inner guide and the intellect's highest function. The intellect must awaken to Viveka's truth. "Repetition is circulation. That is life." "As long as you are a slave of your mind, you will not achieve anything." Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Spirituality is developed through a way of life

True spirituality is developed not through exercises but through a way of life. It requires surrendering ego and selfishness, acting for the sake of God rather than personal desire. Service is only spiritually valid when performed without selfishness or ego. Techniques like meditation or pranayama cannot produce this inner change. The sole qualification is a heart filled with loving compassion and a readiness to serve. Disappointment in worldly life often leads one to seek shelter in the divine. The spiritual path is one of self-surrender and dedicated service, not of acquiring techniques or diplomas. "There are no techniques to develop spirituality, but there is a way of life to develop it." "The only qualification is that you have love to serve and compassion in the heart." Filming location: Vienna, Austria

From today onwards I will begin again my new yoga life

The essential practice is continuity in sādhanā, sustained by love and willpower. Beginning is easy, but maintenance requires constant inner effort. The aim provides motivation, just as an ill person seeks a doctor. Sādhanā is the bucket drawing water from the well, connected by the rope of motivation. If the rope of positive thinking frays with negativity, it breaks, and the endeavor fails. Love is fundamental; when it decreases, disharmony follows and motivation dies. Doubt is a subtle bacterium that can erode even a mighty resolve. An ant repeatedly dropping a grain of rice but persevering until success teaches never to give up. Life's problems are perpetual, like bacteria that cannot be fully blocked. Therefore, one must find time for sādhanā, nurturing the inner life with the water of love, the fertilizer of care, and the light of wisdom. This creates harmony for body, mind, and soul. "O Lord, day by day, my love should increase." "Never give up. Try, practice, practice, practice. And finally, you will be able to bring your corn to the nest." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Bring in the world love, harmony, understanding and tolerance

Understanding the blessing of true friendship is rare and essential. Even in heaven, one may reject bliss for a trivial attachment, leading to lasting suffering. To comprehend a blessing requires divine grace itself. Righteousness must provide patience and support in critical moments, or it is useless. A friend is defined by loyalty in crisis, not by fair-weather admiration. Many claim friendship but love conditionally, based on wealth, health, or utility. Such relationships vanish when tested, causing deep pain. True friendship is as integral as one's own skin. We gather from different backgrounds in harmony, modeling the peace needed in a world torn by conflict. Our collective voice and heart must work beyond dogma to foster universal love and tolerance, pledging unwavering support to one another. "People love your money, not your skin." "At the most critical time of your life, who will be on your side? That is the best friend." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Keep away from the impurity

The Ātmā is your true nature of peace and bliss. You are that divine Self, the form of peace and happiness for which all entities search. Barriers of impurity, distraction, and veiling obscure this knowledge. Impurity in action, emotion, and thought prevents the clear vision of the Self. Negative thinking and speech create a heavy karma, a weight that imprisons and pulls one down. External negativity and gossip can invade and steal your inner peace. Therefore, purification is essential. Spirituality means cultivating purity to realize your true nature. "You have peace in you, and keep this peace in you." "When someone begins to talk about something negative or about someone, immediately stop." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

SVADHISTHANA CHAKRA

The Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra is the place of the self where human personality manifests. Its orange color symbolizes awakening, renunciation, and purification, acting as a protective shield. This chakra holds negative qualities like anger, jealousy, greed, cruelty, and hatred, symbolized by the crocodile. These arise from uncontrolled passion and attachment. The energy here must be purified. Desires must be transformed into love, and anger into peace. Greed turns into giving. The chakra contains both creative and destructive forces, activated in youth like wild water. One must consciously calm these negative emotions through breath and reflection, fostering humbleness over destructive ego. Good guidance is essential for navigating this energy toward wisdom and harmony. "Orange color means the energy is awakened. Orange color means fire." "Humans are here to give, not to take." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

Khatu Pranam is a capsule program

This capsule program addresses the modern desire for a condensed spiritual practice. People seek a minimized, efficient solution like a multivitamin. Khatu Praṇām is presented as such a capsule. It provides physical benefit by promoting healthy organs and improving circulation. Activating glands and organs improves the immunity system. A strong immunity helps the body fight diseases. A healthy body leads to a more stable mind, developing concentration and memory. Spiritually, it affects the chakras, the energy centers. As the Khatu Praṇām of Mahāprabhujī, it offers a direct connection. Thus, it is one complete capsule offering physical, mental, and spiritual benefit. "They ask for yoga as a capsule program, a capsule." "Khatu Praṇām is a capsule program for you: a physical benefit, a mental benefit, and a spiritual benefit—one in all and all in one." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

God loves you as you are

You are not defined by negative qualities; you are the light of God, seeking happiness like all beings. The human distinction is intellect, which can be educated endlessly. Through it, we understand we are not sinners; mistakes arise from ignorance, which is not our fault. God loves you unconditionally, as a mother loves her child even when it kicks. Do not fear punishment; God welcomes you as you are. Our duty is to love and protect, not destroy. Differences in religion or status are human constructs; true unity comes from respecting all paths. Realize your aim through love, removing all obstacles between you and the divine. "Come to me as you are; I welcome you as you are. Do not think that you are holy or a sinner, or bad or good." "God will never punish us. God will love us always, as He is loving. Who is punishing us is our own stupidity." Filming location: Prague, Czech Republic

The Day of Holy Guruji's Holy Incarnation

Spiritual birth arises from a lineage of grace cultivated through lifetimes of austerity, devotion, and renunciation. Tapasyā is the disciplined, humble life of prayer and kindness, forging a heart ready to give everything. Such spiritual souls incarnate into families where parents, through many generations, embody this devotion without ego or selfishness. It is rare to attain human life, rarer still to find spiritual parents, inspiration, and a true master. Meeting these conditions signifies one is already self-realized. One must then continue as destined, multiplying this spiritual inheritance. However, progress requires relinquishing negative qualities like gossip, jealousy, and anger. Failure to do so leads to lower births, as actions, thoughts, and speech determine future states. Therefore, practice humility and kindness, offering genuine support while avoiding misguided advice unless one is self-realized. "Blessed is that country, fortunate is that land where Satguru Dev is incarnated." "If one meets all this, one is already self-realized." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

The rules are for the fools

Rules are for fools. Someone shared a critique: many rules exist, yet many do not follow them. Another stated, "The rules are for the fools." This is perfect wisdom. For those who behave properly, rules are unnecessary. Rules are created for fools. Initially, a warning is given: "Don't do that." After repeated warnings, a law must be established. The critique was shared openly to avoid gossip. The original speaker of the phrase remains unknown, though they introduced themselves. "The rules are for the fools." "For those who behave properly, for them, it is not rules." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Spiritual Health

Spiritual health is the foundation of human life, avoiding fanaticism and misuse of spiritual achievement. It means not fighting other groups or creating fantasies of godhood. Humans uniquely understand God and problems, unlike animals who cannot avoid them. All world conflict stems from differing beliefs where each wants universal acceptance of their own. We must create tolerance, support others, and not take their beliefs away. Practice meditation, mantras, and embody non-violence, respect, and forgiveness. Think carefully before speaking to avoid hurting others. This health leads to spiritual development and self-realization, achieved through yoga and dedicated living. "Spiritual health means practicing meditation, mantras, and prayers, and practicing in life ahiṃsā (non-violence), tolerance, respect, understanding, and forgiveness." "All the problems in the world—the fighting and war—are actually caused by differing beliefs." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

What is Yoga in Daily Life?

Yoga is the balancing principle of the universe and the foundation of human existence. It is union and harmony, present in all creative thought and action toward realization. Human intellect requires the education of yoga, beginning with basic principles like health and non-violence. This noble way of living is the kindergarten before a long journey of spiritual schooling. True inquiry into the self begins only after mastering these foundational principles. The Bhagavad Gītā illustrates this path, where even a close disciple must practice yoga to attain the consciousness of divinity. Our condition is knowing the self is divine yet not trusting it, remaining on the surface of feeling and knowledge. Civilization cannot exist without this integrating principle. Daily yoga means living by its laws for all twenty-four hours. Speaking, hearing, or seeing negative words destroys one's inner spirit and causes long suffering. The practice protects the self and environment, aiming to transform human into divine. It is a complete system for rescuing beings by offering kindness, understanding, and freedom, countering a world poisoned by negativity. "The whole world, and especially humans, cannot exist or cannot have social life, or they cannot be civilized without yoga." "Do not speak bad, do not hear bad, and do not see the bad." The Deep Practice of Relaxation

True relaxation requires harmonizing body, breath, and mind, which are often in conflict. Outer relaxation involves the limbs and creating distance from the world. Inner relaxation, more essential, stems from renunciation—detaching from problematic thoughts. This is difficult but achievable by not fixating on thoughts and consciously rejecting them. Systematic practice begins by making oneself comfortable and closing the eyes, detaching awareness from the external world. One then withdraws further, relaxes the entire body, and focuses on relaxing the breath. Feeling the trunk expand and contract with the breath induces deep calm. The conclusion involves reawakening awareness through breath and sound. Relaxation is therapeutic, alleviating physical tensions and psychic problems. A quicker method is stretching to release blocked energy and allow fresh blood flow. "Inner relaxation cannot take place unless you have learned to give up." "The most significant part of relaxation takes place with the breath." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

What is Yoga?

Yoga is the principle that unites space and consciousness. The universe is endless space, Brahman, filled with universal consciousness. The balance maintaining equilibrium between this cosmic body and its conscious embryo, Hiraṇyagarbha, is yoga. This balance manifests as harmony, resulting in unity—the union of individual and cosmic self. The obstacles to this unity are your own negative thoughts and qualities. They are personal, like bubbles on water, unreal yet they create suffering by projecting your own reflection. Only you can remove these obstacles. The master can try to help, but you must choose to stand. Therefore, physical exercises alone are not yoga's essence without changing your inner attitude. "Yoga means a balancing principle. The manifestation of this balance is harmony, and the result of harmony is unity." "Your physical problems, your emotional problems—everything is a projection from your mind." Hatha Yoga - Nauli

Agnisāra and Nauli are powerful yogic kriyās for health and longevity. Practice Agnisāra daily on an empty stomach with external breath retention, moving the abdomen in and out to purify the digestive fire and clear bodily blockages. Nauli involves churning the stomach muscles in four directions: right to left, left to right, up to down, and down to up. Mastering these practices over time leads to formidable digestion and eliminates concerns about weight. These techniques promise a long, healthy life free from modern ailments, as illustrated by a 136-year-old man in perfect health. Aspiring yoga teachers must master all variations within three years. "You can definitely dedicate one minute to your good health." "If you can master these Nauli practices, you can digest iron beans." Filming location: Czech Republic

Hatha Yoga - Basti

Basti and Śaṅkha Prakṣālana are advanced yogic cleanses for the intestinal system. Basti uses naulī to draw and expel water through the anus, cleansing more effectively than a standard enema. Śaṅkha prakṣālana, named for the conch's winding path, cleanses the entire 8.4-meter intestinal tract. Long intestines are for vegetarians by nature, so meat consumption is inadvisable as retained food causes disease. This practice should be done four times yearly under guidance, aligning with seasonal changes in the body. Post-cleanse, avoid meat and eggs for at least 35 days; some traditions advise 90 days of abstaining from meat, fish, eggs, and alcohol. For one week after, avoid raw food, limit alcohol, excessive citrus, and reduce coffee and tea—taking them with milk to neutralize effects. "Performing śaṅkha prakṣālana every three months is highly advisable." "Avoid meat and eggs for at least 35 days." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Hatha Yoga - Dhauti

We learn the cleansing practices of neti and dhauti. Neti involves rinsing the nasal passages with warm salt water, creating a good feeling for the day and aiding sleep. Applying a little oil in the nostrils afterward can protect against allergies. Dhauti refers to internal cleaning. Jaladhauti, or kunjal kriyā, is done on an empty stomach by quickly drinking warm salt water and then expelling it to purify the stomach channels; it should be done weekly, not daily, and avoided by those with high eye pressure, certain diabetic eye conditions, or hernias. Sutradhauti involves swallowing a long, soaked linen cloth and then pulling it out to clean the digestive tract; it should also be done infrequently. These practices, along with prāṇāyāma, are beneficial for conditions like asthma and mucus, as prāṇāyāma expands the lungs and increases oxygen absorption. A diet of fresh fruits and vegetables is recommended for their life energy, supporting a vegetarian principle of ahiṃsā. "It is very, very good. Sometimes it is not good for those who have a hernia, because the pressure also disturbs the hernia." "Fruit and vegetables are still living; they have fresh energy. It is a life energy, and this is very important for us." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Swamiji's closing speach at the Youth Conference 2006

The duty of juniors is to receive wisdom and become the light for the world. The time of seniors is passing, and their wisdom must be left for the future. The modern world faces deep suffering: refugees are abused, families are destroyed, and violence affects all life. Humans possess intellect and the power to act, which carries the duty of non-violence. True peace begins within one's own heart; it is time to act from that place. The young are attentive and think of the future; they must not remain small. Great beings all began small; you must continue your work. "The flame spoke to the sun: 'Don’t worry. I will try. I can’t be the sun, but I will give light to the world.'" "Charity begins at home. Peace begins from your own heart. So it is time to act, not just to sit and observe." Swamiji's opening speach at the Youth Conference 2006

The future depends on educating youth in wisdom, love, and environmental care. Current education lacks spiritual and ethical foundations, leading to conflict and ecological crisis. Parents and teachers hold responsibility for shaping the coming generation. Sustainable peace requires imparting values of tolerance, respect, and forgiveness. Practical actions like planting trees and protecting water are essential. Knowledge must be shared before it is lost. A sustainable future is not built on pollution, weapons, or war, but on clean water and a pure world passed to children. "Please pass over to us the flame of wisdom before you go away from this world. Do not let us stand empty-handed in the darkness." "If we cannot offer them more, then we shall offer them at least one glass of clean water." Filming location: Zlin, Czech Republic

Hatha Yoga - Tratak

This is a guide to the Trāṭaka practice of gazing at a flame. Prepare by sitting upright with eyes closed. Relax the entire body completely from toes to head. Become aware of the natural breath without changing its rhythm. Maintain absolute physical stillness. Open the eyes only when instructed to gaze solely at the flame's brightest part. Observe the flame's colors without blinking, allowing any eye discomfort as purification. Then close the eyes and gaze at the inner flame perceived in the Cidākāśa, the space of consciousness at the brow center. Observe this inner light without trying to grasp it. Mentally repeat the mantra. Subsequent rounds involve gazing at the external flame, absorbing it within, and uniting with its divine light to illuminate the entire inner space, awakening the inner consciousness. "Become one with the flame." "Lead us from the darkness to the light." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic

Hatha Yoga - Neti & Kapalbhati

Netī is a nasal cleansing practice in Haṭha Yoga. The nose filters air, trapping dust with moisture and fine hairs. Netī cleanses like clearing a pipe, using salt water to prevent irritation and aid cleaning. The water should be slightly warmer than body temperature. This process gently massages nerves connected to the eyes and nasal system. Sūtra netī uses a waxed cotton string or catheter passed through the nostrils for deeper cleansing. Always use personal equipment. After netī, one must perform Kapālabhāti to expel residual water from the sinuses. Incorrect practice can force water into the forehead, causing headaches. Exhale through the nose with abdominal pressure while inhaling only through the mouth. Perform it with each nostril individually. Do not confuse it with Bhastrikā. Practice netī in the morning before breakfast or in the evening at least two hours before sleep to allow sinuses to dry. Daily practice benefits the ears, eyes, nose, throat, and respiratory system. "If there is too much salt, it will burn. If there is no salt, it will also burn." "Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose, generating pressure from the abdominal muscles." Hatha Yoga

Haṭha Yoga is the union of willpower and the body's subtle channels. The term haṭha signifies the will to achieve, illustrated by four types: a child's persistence, a woman's determination, a ruler's command, and a yogī's self-reliant resolve. True will is lost upon dependence. Anatomically, ha represents the Iḍā nāḍī and ṭha the Piṅgalā nāḍī. Yoga is their union and balance, achieved by purifying these channels to awaken the central Suṣumṇā. Modern practice misidentifies āsana and prāṇāyāma as Haṭha Yoga; these are components of Rāja Yoga. Authentic Haṭha Yoga comprises the six purificatory kriyās—Netī, Dhautī, Bastī, Naulī, Trāṭaka, and Kapālabhāti—which rejuvenate the body and awaken the triṇāḍī system. "As soon as you depend on someone or something, your will is lost." "When these two nerves get balanced, harmonized, and unite, that union is known as yoga." Bhakta and Bhagawan

Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa are an inseparable union. Without Rādhā, Kṛṣṇa is half, for the devotee and God are the same. Where there are no devotees, God feels lonely and questions His manifestation. With the devotee present, He is happy and performs His divine play. A story illustrates Kṛṣṇa's omnipresence with all devotees. A man verified this by finding Kṛṣṇa uniquely present in every gopī's room. Yet one gopī, consumed by jealousy, felt abandoned and had not seen Him. Such a mental tendency creates loneliness and self-torture. All are one as beautiful devotees in various relationships. Be happy and relaxed without tension. "Where God is, devotees are. Where there are no devotees, God is so lonely." "If you have such a vṛtti, then you are lonely. You are torturing yourself." Filming location: Strilky, Czech Republic
